1) a single person behind the counter to assist the numerous customers. i timed it and waited 30min IN LINE before I was helped. outrageous wait time for a $19 trailer.2) the trailer was absolutely filthy inside and covered in what looked to be a mix of saw dust and engine oil3) HALF of the interior tie downs were broken or missing, so there was limited ways of securing my equipment4) the guy who attached the trailer said everything was good, but my smart truck immediately sensed an electrical error with the right turn signal. i told him and he said he doesnt have an extra trailer to swap out and he cant fix it. so what do I do?5) i dropped the trailer overnight and left it in the back so no one else would take it and so it was protected by their security cameras. i got a call in the morning stating i never returned it and i would be charged a 2nd day. i called back and waited on hold so long that an answering service picked up and said that i had to check the trailer in on my phone. Ive been renting Uhaul trailers for 15 years and never have I checked in the trailer on my phone.After some time on the phone, i told them where the trailer was and they did refund the 2nd day, but it was a process that never needed to happen.Overall, a terrible experience but since U-Haul has a monopoly on the trailer rental business, I dont really have a choice and thus, there is no incentive for U-Haul to improve.

Very nice clean place for storage. Went to the office to buy boxes and tape. They do not accept cash today the lady said that’s it. So because she is evidently to lazy to keep track on a Sunday I have to go elsewhere because I don’t have a cc with me. And she had an attitude.

This place has it all! Great Trucks ( newer and very clean) , very convenient location, easy to get in and out, and the Staff is great. Cheri the Manager always goes the extra mile for her customers. Look no further, this is the best of the best!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Tried to drop off early to the location I rented a truck from. The girl on the phone could care less. I spent 40 mins on a call and on hold and still got no help. Told I had to drop off at another location 10 miles away.Decided to just keep the truck until morning as originally scheduled. Called the next morning. Trying to do off to original location as it is 2 mins from my house. I have now been on hold for 15 mins after calling and not actually speaking to anyone yet. They picked up the call and immediately put it on hold without saying a word. The truly do not care about their customer.I would not tell anyone I know to go here. Stay away. Your move is better off without them.

Pickup of the trailer rental was quick and easy. Unfortunately, when they told us that we had 5 days with the trailer, they didnt specify that it needed to be back around the same time as our pick up time 5 days later. We had to pay for another day because we couldnt possibly have made it at the time requested. We worked directly with the owner when we picked it up, too, and Im frankly disappointed he didnt give us the specific details necessary to avoid this debacle. The worst part is that now weve inconvenienced the person who got the trailer right after us by not being able to get it to them in time.

WARNING. Do not go to this place. Worse experience ever in a U-Haul location. After reserving online, the assigned trailer was broken, and the replacement one did not met the towing capacity. After I expended 1hr trying to resolve the issue had to cancel my reservation and plans. 4/5 other customers at the same time had the same experience.

Ive been here twice, first time was just thru the app, second in person. Both were good experiences. Employees are helpful and friendly. Will try to use them for most moving needs if Im in the area.

Used this location a few weeks ago and needed to get a larger truck after realizing the Truck we selected was too small. We called the location and they were able to accommodate. I spoke to the manager and he was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, an named Doug was extremely friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this location!

I needed to rent a trailer, last minute, and they hooked me up. Their rates are very reasonable. Their inventory of trucks and trailers is crazy. If you cannot find what you are looking for here then you have no idea what you want... Definitely would use again.

I hadnt rented a U-Haul truck for some time. The truck we rent it from this U-Haul store was well-maintained. They have changed quite a bit since the last time I have used U-Haul. They are all automated like it should be. It was easy and easy out period and drop off was quick too. Hopefully I will never have to use you love again. I hate moving

Let me tell you something about a Shanique..Probably one of the BEST associates I’ve ever dealt with at coconut creek uhaul, besides Samir.She’s so customer friendly, really cares about your problem being taken care of as best as she can while still following whatever uhaul rules has.Ive given her a big problem and made her have to work extra hard but she did amazing she was so nice and friendly!!!I will defiantly continue to keep my storage here due to her. She’s a keeper and fantastic.

One of the guys there is so rude and disinterested. Constantly says he doesn’t know and doesn’t try to even figure out solutions. His massive sigh after every questions is also unhelpful to our stressful time moving. However the girl working there is very sweet and helpful.

Any time I need to rent a truck, I always go to U-Haul. They have great prices for the truck, but their storage fees are too high.

I have rented from this location several times because it is close to my home. I had decided this would be the last time because of the aggravation I experienced the last time I rented a van to pick up some large light fixtures. But now they have Raquel working the desk and frankly she makes the difference. She is on the ball, I didnt have to read the company pricing printed right on the wall to the employee like last time, she found the right rate for the time period I needed a truck and she recognized me as I came through the door by name when I returned the truck over 2 weeks later. When I had to call to extend my rental, she actually recognized me by voice and first name only. She always had a smile on her face and a good attitude. She gives this branch of U Haul a good impression to the public which it was really lacking before.

They have a large selection of trucks and trailers, however lack on the customer service. I had a reservation there, which I needed the trailer fast to go pick up something and was standing there for an hour just to be able to speak to a person. They had the place full of customers and only two people working, and out of the two, one was a trainee with the same customer the entire time. Frustrating.

We rented a truck that gave us a headache. the battery ran out and it did not work anymore. I lost a day trying to solve the problem by phone, internet and even going to the store was possible to advance some fast solution. in the end it all worked out.

Got about 50 boxes and moving supplies in multiple trips from here. Nice layout, easy to find everything I needed. Associates helped me carry large boxes to my car.

I’ve used this uHaul location a couple of times and have had to wait in excess of 20 minutes every time to either pick up or drop off. They really need to pay attention to when they’re busiest (weekends!) and staff accordingly. Staff are friendly and helpful, but location is clearly understaffed.

I will never use this location again. I arrived promptly for my pick up time and had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Last night I completed all of my personal information to “ expedite my check in time“ in which I was asked to repeat information I already submitted.When hooking up the trailer to my vehicle the man doing it claimed that there was no where to plug the lights in and wrote me off! He told me I wouldn’t be able to rent the trailer. As the customer I had to volunteer to look the information up online. I knew it was possible because my family rented a trailer last year from U-Haul and had no issues. I inquired if I could not rent the trailer if I could rent a truck, which I was told I could and another employee argued with his coworker regarding whether or not there was one available. Regardless, it was unprofessional to do in front of the customer.Finally, after calling my parents and adamantly encouraging the employee there was indeed a solution - I Showed him where the hook up was and it worked! This employee was so quick to disregard my input. There was no apology or any humility whatsoever.Upon returning the trailer I waited outside for half an hour. I called the place of business and waited on hold until I was redirected to the main customer service line. Finally a gentleman came out who possessed customer service skills. His name is Earl. He tried to get me checked in efficiently, but the server was not working. I was then asked to go inside where but the server was not working. I was then asked to go inside where a very nonchalant employee took her time coming to the front. I was surprised to see that there was no one in the store considering I had waited on the phone for so long.Two other customers hundred behind me. We exchanged experiences about how displeased we were with the customer service. However he was also the employee who needed to receive my return and since the inside employee put all the work on him, I had to wait even longer. This was by no means Earl’s fault. I think this was one of the cleanest UHauls stores I have ever been to. They hooked me up, no pun intended, and sent me on my way. Throughout the years I have specifically used UHaul and probably will not use another service.

The Management complained about his company and said Its a waste of money to pay for a Storage unit ! He could not use the computer system to changeover my due date like he said he would and then quit and U-Haul would NOT refund my money even though i can show i had one more day till due and i moved out in time but they not only cant find any of my account information at the Corporate level they seem not to be at all surprised that they can actually help. Even thou the store manager quit and the kids they have working the counter know most of what The manager Eric was doing every month, because they couldnt figure out the new computer system i ended up paying full month and even had to pay $10 for 24 hour access ! They literally let me have half my stuff thru half the day then locked me out at 4pm saying pretty much pay or they keep everything left! Horrible Customer service horrible Customer experience and they all point fingers at Corporate and yet Corporate seemingly HAD NO WAY TO FIND MY ACCOUNT OTHER THEN THE $10 fee that they couldnt explain because it didnt show on their end why it was there! Its very simple, you should not charge for service you arent giving just as it is illegal to walk out without paying as a Customer It is theft of Service but apparently Uhaul on Johnson and 441 in Coconut Creek parkland border they feel they are above the law and above doing right and i will let all know to be warned. I am now very happy at new storage same price every month no phone calls with crazy person complain about his job and ranting about how my account went from Just over $110 monthly to $400+ somehow when he tried to make my due date one week later! This please has the worse customer service on the existence of the planet. This place has storage units, and has inside air controlled A/C units well I had some thing there and unit (1032 i think) the manager is Samir I have delt with Samir with other issues and help and have never received any issues with him, untill I went to retrieve my stuff from Storage and found that the roof leaked all over the back right portion of my unit, a liquid that had almost to eat send White Construction dust material all over the couch that I had in there was Ivory leather the NaTootsie it had water spots about 12in in diameter in two spots that were facing towards the spot where the roof is leaking that had mold growing on it brand new couch with black mold growing on it I had a chair a wooden chair that had that white leaky stuff all over it almost like it rained on my TV a 60-inch Vizio smart TV, wasnt new but it worked, which now doesnt. And all over a couple of black trash bags that only had some Linens clothes and some other things and the top of a box and about a quarter of a box spring of a bed. So I talk to the employees they took pictures and they said that they talk to Samir and said he would call me Sunday its been a week now he hasnt called me hasnt made any attempts to apologize talk to me or look into this matter horrible manager to follow up on the detrimental bad ugly stuff. But he was great with everything else. Going to call my lawyer and then talk to corporate.

Manager extremely rude!! Been there to rent a 26 truck and they gave it to me with EMPTY TANK. They asked me to put 1/4 tank and they would refund it to me. Never did! Compmete BS! Besides truck was dirty and didnt run well. Poor maintenance!Definitely not UHaul standards!Went back a few days later to try to get my refund and manager said they would not refund me since the contract showed the truck had gas.Even after arguing that 1 hr lost of discussion wouldnt pay the refund they did not want to pay me back. Cheap trick from miserable people.For sure the manager is needing those $20 more than me. Feel sorry for that poor guy. His life must be miserable.Never going back there again.

We had a great experience at this location. Matthew made the process easier and great.

The truck says $19.95 when you get there its the $19.95, refill the tank, and pay $0.75 per mile. My 1 hour trip to move a mattress from my moms house to mine costed me over $80 and a lot of back ache. I could have paid someone else to do it for around that.

Never use this organization exclamation mark I was told that I would receive a military discount and they would not honor it exclamation mark they were not willing to help or be helpful at all. Prior to all of this I reserved a trailer at one location and it was moved to a different location last minute.

Needed box of packing paper, couldnt accept cash! What kind of a business cant change a twenty on a $10 purchase. Went out of my way to go here, never again.

Terrible...I ordered a tow hitch installation online. They even had me pre-pay. Showed up for appointment and they said they don’t have anyone to do it. Manager did not care.

6 months or more here and today I go there and discover they charged late fees plus liens fees every month 5 days after due, a total RIP off and scam on what they say are their policy fees
