Reviews are so important. Most serve to inform consumers where they should spend their money. Please DO NOT waste your money on this place. Drive one mile west and go to Raw Addiction instead. The staff was horrible, they made us wait 30 minutes to serve our wraps then when they finally served us the order was incomplete and missing one entire wrap. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to make it at which point we just took the wrap and left. The kids at the counter are clueless and didnt even apologize for the food talking so long.

If I could rate zero... I would. I have been buying acai bowls from here for well over 2 years. Same order every single time, with the same exact price every time. Tonight, the price was higher than usual. I asked the girl at the counter.. and she replied that the tip is now included. Tipping is the customers perogative, it is not to be forced. Especially for a pick up order. You lost a long term customer over 3-4 dollars. You should be ashamed of yourselves...

This review is for this specific store and not aero juice itself. I always have great service at the coconut creek location. I placed an order for pick up at 1:30 and once I arrived they had no clue they had an order. Then I ask how long and the lady lets me know 10 min. I wait in my car and come back just to see them handing smoothies to people who came after me. I only ordered a panini and a smoothie and wasnt ready until 2:10 which is a 40 min wait. I only have a 30 min lunchbreak and this was not convenient at all and the lady in front has bad customer service. My last time at this location.

I love this place, but I arrived at 8:45pm and the guy that make the açaí refused to make more because he was already closed for the day. He also refused to male more paninis because he already put the equipment away.

This is my favorite place to have Açaí bowls! Always fresh and consistent! They have really good sandwiches as well. They have healthier options and it’s quick and convenient!

So yummy! Ive never had Acai bowls like this. And you need to try their cheese bread. Its amazing!!

Used to be really good with previous owner. They downgraded the acai its too watery now. I ordered a large and a small acai and they all weight the same thing, less fruits, poor service and people argue with you when you know youre right.I do not recommend it.

The food is great when you get what you actually order. The girls at the front counter do not know how to check the order before bagging it. Constantly getting the wrong order or half of the order. The owner should really consider more training for the girls at the counter or have a manager present to confirm the correct orders. I will not go back anymore, which is a shame since the food is good.

The juice was good but the salad was bad and on top of it they left out a major part of the ingredients and left the one ingredient I asked to take off. Definitely not worth the price

Açaí is watery and when it comes to customer satisfaction they do the bare minimum

I used to go there at least 3 times a week my boys go to school next door. Not going back ever again! Manager Rafaela needs to learn how to treat clients. Not kid friendly at all. Keep it up and this location will close like the other ones did. Açaí is loaded with ice. I will buy my kids açaí somewhere else. F- grade.

This place is awful. I ordered a large acai bowl (which was very expensive $15) and the strawberries where not fresh; It was old and had that taste when berries are about to be spoiled. I was so upset that I had to throw it away. Wasted $15 Will NEVER go back there!

Bad quality and customer service! Ordered a smoothie and wrap for delivery and I received rotten lettuce on my wrap, this is the second time I ate their wrap the first time it was a lot of yellow lettuce. Disappointed I thought i found a nice place, they hung up the call and wouldnt answer when I called again. I told them its a delivery order and I wanted to talk to a manager, unprofessional and impolite staff sorry. Wouldnt touch anything there..do you see the lettuce? I mean who in their right mind would serve brown lettuce. The wrap didnt make itself....made me sick and couldnt eat lunch today

I came here today with my family and we ordered various juices plus a delicious açai bowl. I drank the Super C which consists of orange, kiwi, lime, ginger and honey. It was soooo good. The establishment was clean, service was smooth and juices were exquisite. Ill be coming back to try out new drinks for sure.Edit: also tried the Super Health Açai with granola instead of nuts. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service experience with the manager apparently instructing the girl at the counter to provide the worst service because kept saying “my manager said”, And the girl telling me to call her manager since she “can’t solve my problems” and I quote. The literal problem being to go ahead and cancel my order. Nasty service, ORDER FROM THE DEERFIELD AEROJUICE, this one is a dump.

Food is ok. However did take a lengthy time to get my order simple chicken wrap and a green juice. However on line orders were being completed before in house orders.

Great food and great service! AeroJuice has become one of my favorite places to eat. They have a very good variety of things to choose from and their acai is to die for! Definitely check them out if you havent already.

Honestly this place has been decaying since day one. They take forever to make an acai, the consistency of their food varies a lot, the place smells like sewer water sometimes and they rip you off with the toppings. for example they charge you for Nutella and give you some great value cocoa spread thing.. just imagine what else they do to your food

I like this place. I genuinely do! However, they always tend to take forever when making just a single, simple smoothie. Food is even longer. From the time stamp on my receipt to the time I received my 1 smoothie took approximately 13 minutes! There was 1 other customer in the store and she was already waiting for her order. Also, the last few times Ive visited, there has been a very potent and unwelcoming smell when you walk through the door (like a moldy/musk scent). - 2 Stars because they take too long to prepare in comparison to a Jamba Juice or Tropical Smoothie and the unpleasant odor. But other than that, the food and smoothies are really good! My advice if you want food/smoothies from this place... Order WAY in advance!

I come here to get a healthy meal and or smoothie, but every time its the same thing. Most times the place seems empty with a lack of customers and it still takes over 20 minutes just to get a wrap. Even when its premade tuna. Seems like they need more help in the kitchen and it would be a better run facility. And dont order the chicken salad wrap as it seems as though they only put about a teaspoon of that in the wrap with lots of lettuce.

Always delicious! The food always tastes fresh, comes out relatively fast, and is a great deal for the price.

Super fresh and natural. The sunny day Acai bowl is my go-to on a hot day. You will leave feeling refreshed and full. They are not cheap with portions, I was very surprised to see how big the paninis are. Totally recommend, it has become one of my favorite places.

Great taste but pricey.

I use to love ordering from here but there’s no quality control anymore. You’re going to get a more delicious juice at the other smoothie places nearby. The juices sometimes have a taste of freezer burn and are extremely watered down for $7.

Really loved the place and the staff, I ordered the Sunny Day Açaí bowl and it came exactly like the picture on their website and it was delicious. I will be coming back and will be recommending it to all my friends and family members!

Walked in asked for a smoothie the lady at the front desk who never says hello how are you or anything just says, no smoothies today. This girl is never nice never has a smile on her face. Never says hello, Not appreciative of anything or to anyone!! I took my business to smoothie King. I get one everyday after the gym!

We called for pick up, but when I got there they didn’t made it because they didn’t have Pitaya. Also, they said on the call they can do it so I didn’t worry about it. Therefore, I waited for my order as acái bowl instead for quick pick up. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Please save your money and go somewhere else! I asked them if they have wheatgrass shot and if they juicing it fresh , they said they juiced in the morning. I tried and was a powder wheatgrass shot .... well they lost one more client .

Horrible experience- I was in there for 45 minutes waiting.... it’s one thing if they were making my items but the items I ordered were already made yet 5 people receipts were placed before my done and handed to them and please note two of which paid after me. Not sure how this is possible and why the staff wasn’t communicating with me at all as to why my food was taking so long in addition being the last person served my food was just pulled out of the refrigerator again why was I waiting when it was already made !!!!!! I won’t ever return to this property the staff wasn’t even apologetic they just shrugged as if I wasn’t a paying customer !

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Went in with a friend and the cashier was a girl, and she was rude, and worse than we thought it could get, my friend ordered an acai bowl and it was $10.50 my friend payed $15 and she rung her up and didnt even give her her $4.50 back!!! The girl then runs to the back then my friend waits for her to come back out and my friend asks where is her change and the girl rudely responded What? No tip? YEAH NO TIP FOR YOUR RUDE CASHIER. SHE REALLY EXPECTED 50% TIP!!! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

Went here to grab lunch and ordered a grilled chicken panini. I got what looked like 1 slice of deli meat and onions loaded with mayo and 1 small piece of spinach.... WOW. Couldnt eat it. I will not be back.

I love the food in this place love the shakes i love the whole menu, what i dont like is the attitude of the people that take your order then they talk bad about there customers in Portuguese i went there with my daughter and they were talking about my daughter and not good little did they know we lived in brazil for 2 years and we speak and understand Portuguese. Thats why we have not returned.

Some people swear by the acai. Its mediocre. Not the greatest. But I do like the way they serve alacart. Sometimes you want to mix it yourself:)

Every time Ive been here it takes at least 15mins to get a juce or smoothie/ acai bowl. I was empathetic when they first opened but a year later..... come one. Figure out how to make a juce in less than 15 mins please!!!!Price is the same as my ORGANIC juce bar near my house and the portions are smaller at Aero😡
