Employees are super friendly. place was clean. ice cream was cold and not soft like often times I come across at other locations. The only issue was they had no toppings like fudge or strawberry. the peanuts didnt taste too fresh also.

Being the only Baskin Robbins in the area, I called before making the trip to confirm they carried peanut butter chocolate.The gentleman on the phone confirmed that, yes, they do have peanut butter chocolate, so I made the trip.Unfortunately, the gentleman on the phone was incorrect; they did not have peanut butter chocolate.Baskin Robbins peanut butter chocolate is like a party in my mouth and everybody is invited. There is a generous peanut butter to chocolate ratio, it’s not too sweet (I’m sweet enough), the chocolate is dense while creamy, and the generous swirls and chunks, of the salty and crunchy peanut butter, deliver a contrasting balance.This was quite a letdown since I am really craving Baskin Robbins peanut butter chocolate while writing this review. I mention peanut butter chocolate in every sentence.I will change this review to five stars and add a photo when this Baskin Robbins carries peanut butter chocolate on my next visit because it truly is the only ice cream worth the calories.

Zero customer service skills, walked in, no acknowledgment, no hello, no smile, spent 20 minutes watching the mans back, no sense of urgency at all

The slowest Baskin Robins I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! With only one group in front of me, still took over 30 mins to receive a few scoops of ice cream for the family.

This place was very dirty yesterday.

Horrible service turned away four uber drivers saying they don’t have ice-cream or my order. Waited 2 hours to get this resolved. Will never buy from here again.

This is probably the worst customer service ever! They just closed the doors in our face!! No respect for working hours! They close whenever they want! I tried calling the person and asking him they just didn’t care! Him and the lady working there either!!

The guy that works there at night was very rude lashed out because I asked for a medium cup for two scoops of ice cream. One he gave in a small cup and another ice cream in another small cup. I want to two scoops in one container he got angry at me through the container on the floor and said this is what you should’ve asked me for before this is what two scoops go into and was very rude and said that’s what’s wrong with people in the world like you. Horrible horrible place, don’t go unless you want to get yelled at!

Ice cream cake was great! But the girl helping me behind the counter refused to write Happy Birthday on the cake. And was very rude! Ive gotten cakes from Basken and Robbins before. Next time Ill drive further to the nicer store.

We waited for almost ten minutes while two employees took turns massaging each other. Finally a nice employee came and asked if we needed help. My wife wanted a small chocolate shake. The bin was near empty and rough looking so he said he would get another. After searching, he came back and said they had no more. My wife chose a different flavor, he made hers then asked me my selection. This whole time the girls were still massaging each other behind the counter. As he was making mine, my wife then asked him if the other two employees were working and one of them turned around and started yelling at us. She stated she wasnt on the clock and went on and on about people like us.I tried to diffuse the situation and she wouldnt stop. I went to pay and she followed me and kept yelling. We asked him for the name of the manager to go over what just happened, then she said she would never get fired, she was about to be made shift manager and she always deals with people like us. She then became even more brazen and gave my wife a piece of paper with her name on it so she could tell the manager who she was dealing with. Then to make it worse, as my wife was leaving she started yelling even more that she wanted it back and assaulted her to get it back. All this happened in front of an off duty police officer who stepped in to stop her escalation. At first she didnt care but then what he asked if we wanted to press charges, I guess she realized what she had done then she backed down. We have been to this store many times and have never witnessed anything like this let alone been the target. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but treatment like this to customers is why some businesses close theor doors...Message to management, you can do your very best but if your employees arent on the same page, all your efforts are lost.

I wish I would have read the other reviews first. I paid $5 for flavored milk was supposed to be a milkshake but was the consistency of milk luckily I had a $2 coupon or I would have paid $7 for it. Will not be returning!

I had no idea buying something as small as ice cream could be as terrible as the experience encountered at this location. My first visit, the staff was rude, unfriendly and lack professionalism. They had absolutely none of the ingredients or ice cream needed to make all three items I needed. EVERYTHING was not available. I reached out to customer service and was contacted by an individual by the name of David, he apologized and offered for my friends and I to return and get our items for free for the experience. I was deeply appreciative of the gesture made to make up for the terrible encounter we had. The best part though is my friends went to the location and yet again had to endure the disgusting service provided by the employees but most of avguy by the name of David(which possibly is the David I spoke to) was sitting and bluntly informed my friends that he is not affiliated with the company right now and is off the clock. I was in SHOCK at such a response, also was told by staff they are unable to contact both David or Jennifer and wished us a great evening and good bye. This is certainly the worst experience and location I’ve been to and seems like a pattern as others have gotten the same disgusting service there.

Went to get some ice cream only to be turned away BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I walked up to the door to see two young girls also wanting to get some ice cream, but they told me the door was locked. I look in and the employee gives me a thumbs down to tell me they are closed. Definitely not returning.

This is by far the worst ran business I have ever seen... You have to call 3 to 5 times for people to pick up the phone. But the worst is when you finally get through: I was calling to get a cake made and the cake maker rudely got on the phone with thick accent, I believe she said her name was Maria. I asked what size cake they make and she was extremely impolite and rude, to the point where I was like, are you serious? She replied by telling me I can call in the morning and speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I tried calling back after again five times of calling she actually picks up, she doesnt let me have one word in and again she hangs up the phone. My wife ordered a cake there few months ago and it was a nightmare as well... She literally had to call and stop by a few times. What a shame!

The Store Hours are WRONG!!!!, The store closes at 9:00 P.M. every night. The only reason im giving 5 stars is because a couple days ago a nice young man opened the door for me and allowed me to get ice cream after closing, the hours really need to be updated

Service has continued to decline over the past year. Staff seems as though you are bothering them by placing an order. And last time I checked it does not take advanced training to make a banana sundae.

Best place to get mint chocolate ice cream with fine chocolate chips, instead every other place that have big chocolate chips inside.

I came in an hour beore they close and they let someone in before me and they decude tonot open the door for me clearly the door says they close a 10pm and they decided to close the store an hour early that crazy i will never eat ice cream there again

Went to try and get ice cream at 10pm but the store was already closed and the employee was mopping the floor. According to the times the store closes at 11pm. My children and I were very disappointed because we drove 15 minutes to get there to find it was closed. Absolutely terrible.
