The professionals at this location are extremely helpful! I came in to adjust a pair of new glasses that were giving me a migraine, and the representative told me that I could exchange it within 30 days of purchase, which no one ever told me before. From there on, they helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses for my exchange.

Most detailed and personalized experiences with my exam. 33 years of wearing contacts and glasses and never have I had better care and concern and treatment from very thorough exam to contacts selected, tried and ordered. Not a rush job or just another patient.

We took our 4 yr old son today to get his first pair of glasses. He was scared and aliitle difficult to get fitted but the associates were so kind and patient. Great glasses and great experience! I will be going here for my own glasses next time.

Brielle took her time with educating me about contact lens and encouraged me during training, which was truly appreciated. With a promotional offer from Lens Crafters the price was very competitive. However; it was the customer service that really impressed me.

I had a really bad experience with Barbara, she was grumpy, rude and misjudge me the moment I walk in.Please don’t go to that place, she only catered to certain people. I will never step foot in this store again.

Not only has LensCrafters not been able to get my prescription right, they have added things to my glasses that I didn’t want and didn’t authorize to be in my glasses. I returned the glasses and will likely never comeback to lens crafters unless out of necessity.

Great store even better representatives as we all know glasses are donting and seem to all look alike but the ladies here are super helpful. Just wish the product was available more timely and cost effective.

I was impressed with how quickly I was able to have the eye exam and the help I received in picking the right frame and lenses. I was seen by Dr. Kramer who spent time explaining everything to me so that I could really understand the health of my eyes and how the glasses will help in maintaining them moving forward. Once that had been done the salesperson (I forgot her name, sorry!) helped me in finding a pair of glasses that are nice looking and will fit my everyday needs and lifestyle. I feel that I should also mention that they work with my vision insurance and that it was a very easy process to be measured and complete ordering the glasses using said insurance. I will be returning in the future for eye exams and glasses when needed.

The customer service was excellent. Tiffani did all the eyes tests with the machines. (Very sweet young lady) and than I was seen by Dr. Kramer. Dr. Kramer made sure that I understood that my prescription had changed and explained all my options. I would definitely recommend this LensCrafters.

Came here to buy glasses and was greeted by the manager Visquel. I did not know she was the manager. She was so humble and eager to help. She had gotten us started then she had to assist as someone needed a manager. At that time, that’s when I found out she was the manager. Then we had gotten assistance from Karen. She was very kind and got all of my information. She assisted to help me find the best deal with my insurance and the manager also came and popped in to assist me as well. Have been going here for a while and had the typical experience. However, when my child had and emergency they said their equipment couldn’t be used on a young child and referred me to someone in Plantation (an hour drive away). I do not understand why a doctor could not look at the eye the old fashioned way. Luckily, Target Optical was able to see my child right way.

Bitter old hags working here who are very unwilling to help. Worst customer service Ive had to deal with. Dont waste your time going here. Had to leave before I lost my temper. Treated me as if I didnt have money or insurance. I have excellent insurance by the way and own my own business.

The lenscrafters portion of this location is pretty straight forward, however the optometrist office associated is worth mention. The staff is extremely pleasant! Dr Kramer is great and the front desk persons are awesome.

I do not recall the name of the girl I saw before seeing the doctor, but I made it clear that I could not afford to do the extra $39 test for the retina scan and the girl left the office and then proceeded to come back in and tell me that we were going to do it and if the doctor did not need it then she would not use it. When I told her I didnt want to take the test (again) if I was going to have to pay for it, she told me to ask the doctor about it.So I go into the next room for my exam with the doctor now (young doctor, reddish hair. I usually see Dr. Verblow but she was not in that day). Low and behold she goes over the results of the retina scan with me. I tell her (again) that I could not afford to pay for the retina test at this time (since it was right before Christmas) and she told me to ask the girl who does the billing because she personally does not see that side of things.I got the complete run around with all the girls present in the office and ended up having to pay for the test anyways. They basically forced me into taking the test after telling them more than twice that I did not want to and could not pay for it. I was not happy and it was very disrespectful. They knew exactly what they were doing when they made me do it anyways......

Only went in for my eye exam for glasses / contacts. Dr. Trisha Sagmiller was great. Very friendly, great doctor and very efficient. In and out within 30 minutes and with a smile.

They replaced the nose things on my glasses for free, they where very nice, other places wanted $20.

My glasses had to be returned 3 times so I was not very happy about that. Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. My glasses cost almost twice as much as they would have from other places (I usually go to VisionWorks). Unfortunately Lens Crafter has most of the popular brands because it is owned by Luxottica, which also owns Pearle Vision, Sunglass Hut, Target Optical, Sears Optical, Ray Ban, Oakley, and Eye Med Insurance Plan. Luxottica also has exclusive rights to manufacture frames for Chanel, Prada, Armani, Burberry, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Mui, DKNY, and Tory Burch. So if you want any of these brands there is no escaping them.Next year I will be returning to Vision Works. The cost and hassle was just not worth the money even with the great customer service.P.S. The $34.99 insurance to replace your glasses is optional. Don’t let them just add this on! Especially your paying with an HSA account; this charge will not be covered and you’ll have to pay it back to your HSA.

Went in for an adjustment on my frames and waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Neither of the two employees inside acknowledged me. A woman came in 10 minutes after me, and both employees greeted her and asked her what she needed. She was also there for an adjustment, and one of the employees got up and adjusted her glasses. When I stated that I was there before her, they just blandly said sorry and then ignored me. I ended up leaving and went to visionworks instead.

My husband was exchanged his glasses for a new pair that it was insured, in coconut creek lens crafters. And sales person was very rude, is not the first time that we have a bad experience at this place

After they take your money they dont care about you. Waiting for pick up takes too long. I wish I could go elsewhere now.
