My family and friends were constantly pestering me to switch from a flip phone. Okay I will give it a try. First I have to investigate the plans and prices. A friend recommended metro so I gave it a try.Carmen , the salesperson was so VERY helpful in making the decision. She had the patience of a saint with all my questions and ignorance’s about the iPhone. Without her patience and help I do not think I would of switched. She is a tremendous asset to the store and it’s owners. Thank you.

Pretty good customer service and the joint is clean

This has absolutely been the WORST customer service I have EVER received from a “Manager” in my entire life. With both warranty and insurance on a phone I purchased from this specific location the manager Martin made it clear to me that he did not want to help me when the phone just stopped working out of nowhere. I had only had the phone for 4 months and it just shut down and wouldn’t turn on with no previous damages. This so called manager not only turned me away and rudely refused to explain why but he also spoke to a complete stranger (to him) about my personal account information without my permission and without me being present in the store. This stranger I’m speaking of was my BF but Martin had no right to speak to him about my situation/account information without me being present. To make matters worst he explained step by step to my bf why he “couldn’t do anything” and what he thought “I had done to the phone”. The very next day I went to another location (not a corporate location) and explained what happened to my phone and they were able to honor my warranty without an attitude and simply order a new phone for me.

If this is the one on coconut creek, it was the best customer service Ive ever had. Lots of help and good service available. Unlike the one I went to today on Federal Hwy, where I was refused entry by some big girl outside the door. I work in peppertree plaza and I wont go into the store in my plaza, that a store where I think they are criminals and have ripped me off before and not good or polite workers. Coconut creek location is owned by different people. Martin waited on me and explained alot of useful information on purchasing a new phone and even helped me send an email, when I didnt know how. I am a senior citizen and not computer or phone savvy, but Martin spent plenty of time helping me. I highly recommend this store and Martin.Thank you Martin.(sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

The is this guy Afro-America don’t know his name, I think is Tom or Tony. He should be fired! Worse customer service ever, he don’t know about the air pods promotion on Black Friday, he can’t even open his mouth to talk. I called today and he pickup the phone and I asked for the manager and he don’t know the manager name and when he will be in, and told me they will be closing and have a good night. Run from that store and from this guy. He don’t respect customer who pay his salary.

Worst place to get a phone. There is a lady that works there Carmen Lopez she actually recommended me get T-Mobile because she uses it and it is better service.....I said I understand, can I get the service here please? She opened the account for me but refused to give me the password for my account that she created ,so I will not change my plan or make any changes to it so she could get I am assuming a bonus for the sale. Then she told me to call her and she gave me the date when to call so will release my password and gave me an attitude because I asked her if she could show me how to change the app language from Spanish to English, she asked you are Spanish correct? I said yes, but I prefer the app to be in English ... I tried to call the store couple days before and line was always busy so I went there again and I told her the phone its always busy here when I call..so she volunteer her cell phone and said call me in a week. I called her the day she told me but she responded that she was not working that day. My phone got disconnected the next morning... Had to go back and she was off so explain the situation to another employee she did not say anything to me and did not responded when I asked if that was a company policy or was just that ladys decision to refuse to give me my password, she completely ignored the question pretended to be busy and wrote the password in a piece of paper and just stared at me without answering... I walked out. Reported to Corporate.
