Mike took the time and figured out how to access the hybrid battery that was in the trunk of the Lexus. He really followed through and made sure the battery worked good. I would definitely recommend his service.

Within 6 Hours the tire was flat again. Called Mitsubishi explained the dilemma. Due to me being afraid of possible retaliation I’m keeping my real name private. My insurance company sent this company out to me due to a flat tire. Person who came out didn’t seem to interested in changing the tire he first told me I should take it to a gas station and put air in it then take it to a tire shop. Not sure how I’m supposed to drive on a flat tire anyways he did end up changing it. Also his car was not marked just had emergency lights on top and he was not wearing a mask.
