For the past two days10/21 and 10/22 I had to do business with this establishment on 10/21 I dealt with an employee name Jackie who Custer service skills were super. She made everything so simple for me.Today I dealt with a manager name Kris who really made my day.I purchased a iPhone and exchanged a necklace(without having the peace of mind warranty) and she made the experience great. She made sure I was happy and explained the importance of the peace of mind.

This establishment is nothing like it use to be. The professionalism had significantly went down.Everytime I come on there is always a mishaps.Managers is always getting locked out of the safe.No one knows whats going on anymore.Im writing this review while a manager is supposed to be doing a pawn for me but rather worrabout schedules.The phone is ringing and know one answering it.No one is busy.Thete literally two customers in the pain shop

New management and a ton of new product. If you havent been in the last month or so, you definitely should. Theyre taking pretty much anything, and theyre fair about pricing as well!

Got a great deal on a desktop and tv today. They are very friendly and understanding. Mary was the best store associate to attend me today stop by today and you wont regret it

Out of the two men working, the older gentleman that services you, is not only immensely knowledgeable, he is fair, informative, and quite generous. Ive stopped in 3 times and havent sold a thing, however, I return back again purely out of respect for his consummate professionalism. Highly recommend stopping by, even if your items turn out to be worthless. . .

They really dont have a great selection of things, but I guess that depends on what your looking for. I personally went looking for PS4 video games and the selection was horrible. I did however find one game which was The last of us remake, but when I got home the game didnt work at all! I was very upset so I took it back thinking, well Ill just trade it in for a PS3 game, but the PS3 games selection was worse than the PS4 game selection.

Walked in here and found me a PS4 for a good price. Manager even threw in a game with the system. Went to 3 pawnshops already and so far best price out there. Thanks Cash America

Omg they have the best jewelry selection in town. I didn’t buy anything cause I was doing a pawn loan. 10% interest on my jewelry for the whole loan not 2 weeks like the other places. Came to sell my xbox one to get a PlayStation. They work with you and even have specials on there Cash america App. Trust me you won’t waste your time like the other places trying to offer you peanuts for your stuff.

Larry the manager is a rude person. I found a bunch of my tools in there stolen and i asked how much and he said is something wrong with you and i told him these are my tools and he kicked me out. I called the police and they made a report now all my stuff is off the shelves and he did a no trespas to try to keep me from finding all my stuff. Not like i would ever need to go back to a pawn shop. Watch out they treat you terrible there.

As a customer for electronics, and as a previous employee 10 years ago, I can attest to their ridiculous behavior, manners and attitude. Every employee knows nothing about any product, and couldnt care less if they did. The problem? The just act like robots! The price things in nor particular order, people pawning items get treated like they are lower than them, and usually just look on ebay or use their corporate system of pricing/pawning I can not stress how they just act like robots. Usually everyone that works there seems to uh... know less than the average person? All i can say is you can not teach common sense. But the company does not see that as a problem. There is a reason they have a low rating. They. Just. Dont. Care.

WoW what a joke this place is if you look on their labels you can decipher their cost and their markup, its usually something stupidly idiotic like they paid $5 for something and marked it up to $250! Bring them a brand new computer and theyll offer ya a dime ya you might be able to get most of these junkies around here that way but the proof is in your products. Or maybe the lack there of any decent products! Before you go here, hit up google, anything you find in this store is available online and most likely for half the cost. Maybe one day they will learn to quit bending their customers over and giving it to them with no lube but in the mean time go on and and get shafted!!!!!

WOW This place is a joke. Not only do they underpay for anything pawned but also they have a ridiculous mark up!ALSO, I called once to see if they had a certain product available and the man proceeded to say I am busy right now. He refused to look up the product. After they hung up on me I was so distraught I called back and asked to speak to a manager....The manager informed me on Monday mornings they are to busy to look up a product for a customer.CUSTOMER SERVICE= F-----PRODUCT PAWNING/ RESALE= F----Take your business somewhere worthy of it.

I took a brand new Glock 43 never fired with 4 Magazines to GodFatherPawn Cocoa and the woman offered me 40$ for it. She tried telling me they were selling on ebay for $150. Problem with this is that they dont sell firearms on ebay. I walked out laughing and went down the street to Cash America Pawn Cocoa. They gave me $200 for my Glock and I was extremely satisfied with their service. I would recommend Cash America Pawn to anyone looking to get what they deserve for their items.

I set my phone down to test them and I looked at the time before I hung up and it said an hour and 45 min .
