Scheduled to take a drive thru covid test. Didn’t receive a text reply or email with confirmation code. No number or help line. Called this CVS and they confirmed my appointment and told me to come. Get a text finally with the instruction video. No code. Get to the CVS and they turn me away because no code. Staff could confirm my appointment but wouldn’t proceed without a code. Staff just shrugged shoulders at me and said sorry. Very rude. Didn’t try to help.

Inefficiency seems to be the order of the day. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and that’s scary when you deal with an inept pharmacy.

I never had problems with the pharmacy before but this one was very different. 1st- i was given wrong paper work without knowledge of from the doctor. 2nd- The workers handle the situation very horrible. Instead of asking me more questions about my child paper work they accused me of never dropping off paper work, pretty much saying i was delusional and going crazy. 3- I called out the color of the clothing from the worker i spoke to. To let them know i was there and spoke to this person. They still was asking if I remember i dropped it off at this location. After 20 mins of going back and forth a lady tells me the doctor gave me the wrong paperwork. They even refused to look at the camera. I was not just some person off the street looking to pick up someone els medication. This could of been avoided if they handle it better. Please handle people with care you don’t what people are going through.

I have been trying to call over and over again the last time asking the automated device for a manager. I simply wanted to make their job easier by giving them a heads up about a transfer but every single time an actual employee picks up the phone they then proceed to hang up on me 5 times in a row after patiently waiting for close to minutes each time. Whats the deal? Ive gone to this pharmacy since I was little and never had an issue with them until today. Sad when staff hates themselves or their jobs so badly that they start taking it out on innocent bystanders.. Also sad that the employee who tried to help me the most doesn’t get paid at all bc its their automated service...

Called to speak to the pharmacy 3 times and say on hold for 45 minutes all 3 times. No one ever picked up and spoke to me. Transfer your Rx to Walgreens or Publix. Do not use them at all.

Rudest pharmacy people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Folks, if you dont like your job go find something else somewhere else. And no way to contact store manager to complain other than to go into thr store in person.

This would be a great spot to open up a pharmacy one day! Ive seen folks with better work ethic at fast food joints, maybe they should walk across the parking lot and change careers.

Website is wrong, this location does *not* make copies, photo prints and such only. Not sure whose fault that is, but a waste of my time regardless, hence a one star review.

Dont get your covid test here because they will mark you as a no show and throw away your specimen. Literally what happened to myself and my husband.

I dropped a prescription off for my husband today and the lady at the drop off counter didnt smile or act like I mattered. I would like my husband to change pharmacies. 1 star.The staff up in front have always been excellent. 5 Stars for front of store employees.I am so glad I do not have to go to the pharmacy very often for my husband.

I tried to refill a script through my phone because it asked if I wanted to and I did, and was called the next day to be told i couldnt do that with that particular script because it was controlled, which is fine and dandy, thats not what Im mad about. It is what followed that I am extremely livid about. I am told after what was said above that I should go to a different pharmacy and that my script was on back order and that they wouldnt be getting it back anytime soon or ever again and that I should, and I quote never have been served here. When I asked where I should go and what I should do I was ignored and was continously told to seek a different pharmacy and that I, again, shouldve never been served here.I had to call my doctor and have them reroute my scripts to a different pharmacy.Ive experienced discrimination before by people before because I am a transgender individual, but never a pharmacy.This is not the first time Ive had problems with this cvs, Ive also been told to wait in the parking lot for scripts that were filled and ready to be given to me because they had to call my doctor to see if I actually needed it. Ive had a male pharmacist glare at me and ask me about my needles and why I needed so much of them. Ive had a pharmacist refuse to give me my hormones because they felt the need to judge me and had to come back hours later to try to pick it up again.I will not be going back and I urge others who are transgender not to go to cvs either if this is how they treat their customers.I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I love this particular store. All of of the employees are so nice. I coupon, and then are excellent with me use.g them.

Very nice helpful pharmasists. Unlike the Publix across the street. Love everything about that Publix except the pharmacy. Always feel like Im a problem there. Not so here.

The pharmacy tells you one thing and then does another. I am now out of my prescription that I need being a type 1 diabetic. Obviously they dont know what theyre doing. And the manager is an incompetent inconsiderate piece of work.

Pharmacist very rude and not helpful. My mothers Doctors office had a very difficult time with her as we did.

Worst place ever if youre youre their friends you can sit by the pharmacy window and wait for refills if youre not there friends you are out of luck
