I highly recommend Data Dan. When pages started going black on my laptop , I had an IT coworker look at it. He had no idea what was wrong but found a work around. When the problem reoccurred several months later I dreaded taking it to a repair shop, expecting a long wait and expensive fix. Dan fixed it the same day and the fee was super reasonable. He even cheerfully answer some dumb computer questions.Absolutely go to Dan!

Not only did this guy charge our grandson $50.00 to “fix” his computer - instead he fried the mother board causing another company to have to repair it for $228.00! And hung up on our son 3 times when trying to discuss the situation! Steer clear!

I highly recommend you not utilizing this company’s services. If you choose to, I highly suggest you confirm the services rendered are as intended prior to leaving with your computer. A $50 job resulted in a “fried” motherboard and a $228 repair to fix the damages.

I brought my OLD, SLOW laptop to Dan two weeks ago asking him what could be done to improved its performance. My initial thought was to simply purchase another laptop....but after a few questions, Dan determined a solid state hard drive and an upgrade to Windows 10 would help immensely.....which it did. My old laptop runs five times faster when booting up and brings up programs .....like a new computer. Dan is knowledgeable, generous with his vast knowledge and reasonable with his prices and gets the job done quickly. Dont buy a new laptop, just bring it to DataDan! I cant recommend him enough!

Dan had my pc for a whole week before even starting to work on it. By the end of the week, he told me that the part I brought in doesn’t fit. Then I had to wait an additional week for him to start working on it. I brought in my pc 11 days ago and I am just now getting it back. I also specifically asked him to put the case fans he took out back into my pc and he agreed but then he ended up just handing them back to me in a cardboard box. I wish 0/5 stars was an option.

DataDan is informative & especially with someone thats tech challenged. I called about my husbands work computer. He gave me several options to try. Apparently, hubs knows this stuff, but hasnt gotten around to it. REALLY? Hes worked from home for the last 7 years!! Geez... a vacuum works for MINOR problems per DATADAN!!! Ive been telling hubs that for a LOOOONG time. Whatever... DATADAN? YOU ARE TRULY THE MAN. When we need something? Youre my go to guy!!!! Data Dan is a great find. He is very knowledgeable and knew just what to do. He restored an older laptop that was snail slow (and slower) to perfect health. I was so frustrated with it I was considering a new laptop. He checked out the specs and realized that the operating system was slowing me down and an upgrade was all I needed. I appreciate that he didnt sell me anything I didnt need a plus I saved money from buying a new laptop. He also had it completed sooner than expected and is reasonably priced. If that isnt enough he has a positive helpful attitude. Well done Data Dan I will definitely use him again.

Purchased a couple SSD from Mr. Data Dan. They worked perfectly. He has plenty of computer and tools and odds and ends for sale. Between this place and another up the road now if we need more stuff we can come here. Good prices and great service.
