The aroma inside was pure coffee bliss. Decorated in farmhouse style with other decor and household items that can be purchased. Coffee and popsicles for 2 came out a little over $20 (kinda pricey). Fun fall drinks and different flavors popsicles to try along with adult-infused ones. 3 separate rooms for customers to enjoy treats.

With the majority of coffee shops in the area being diners, this homegrown cafe checks all the quintessential boxes. Theres space for individuals or groups, a nice coffeehouse rythym and a wide array of good cafe style barista-made drinks. And to top it off, there is a nice added twist of gourmet popcicles. Loved this spot, and will definitely be back when Im in the area again.

This place is cool. My husband tried the Honey Badger Iced Coffee (i think thats what it was called) and I had a coffee crumb muffin. Muffins and other pastries are not made in house but brought in from other local places that make them daily.

It’s a really great coffee spot, I haven’t had any of the popsicles but there is a wide variety in the display freezer. I laughed at their letter board, “Friends don’t let friends drink corporate coffee”. Pretty great.

The staff is very friendly and helpful when choosing your drink. The Popsicles are all different and interesting flavors. I had a polar bear latte, and it was delicious! Definitely give this place a try.

I liked this place before I learned about its practices. First, they dont help you out if you order a new drink you dont like off their menu, they will not replace it and only give you a 20% discount for a new drink, even with most of it left after trying. This is not the case for any other place Ive worked at or been to EVER. Secondly, if they have a new employee working, chances are they are NOT getting your tips! Most employees have to graduate to a level to earn tips, which takes months to a year to get to based on when they started. Unethical and cheap business practices much?

First time visiting River Road Coffee & Popsicles and I have to say, I genuinely enjoyed my visit. I started with a shot of espresso, and they pulled a very good shot in my opinion. I followed that up with trying their cold brew, which also tasted great. It tasted smooth and had a very minimal bitter taste to it.The environment of the shop is super relaxing and has a very “at home” feeling which my friends and I loved. Not to mention the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for fantastic coffee and a chill environment give them a visit!

Strawberry milk latte was a signature drink at the Galentines event. I was a little apprehensive about mixing strawberry and espresso, but it was delicious! A strawberry quick for grown ups. I also sampled the Sangria popsicle. Its 6% alcohol and had fruit and a slightly spicy (cinnamon?) flavor.

Love the place, love the atmosphere, love the stickers and other little things you can buy, and i was really looking forward to trying their coffee flight but the prices are ridiculous for how much you get. no way am i spending $25 for the equivalent of a large coffee? very disappointing

This is a great little coffee shop. Quirky and locally owned. Park in back, youll have to go down a little alley. The Nutella covered in chocolate is divine. The lemonade is sweet tart and the coffee is smooth.

The vibes here are as awesome as the coffee. Baristas are happy to try anything upon request, and have never disappointed. If what is to your liking is not on the menu just ask. A lovely atmosphere welcomes you and the good customer service keeps you coming back for more, not to mention the coffee, which is pretty darn good.

I tried this coffee on my way home. I ordered Carid party lattee !! Awesome, that delicious cardamom flavour is so good. The coffee is cozy and the staff are super friendly. You Must try it 👍🏼👍🏼

People told me such good stuff about here and we were so disappointed. My honey and chamomile popsicle tasted worse than a cough drop. And they forgot to put lavender in my latte which I didn’t noticed until after we left because I had such a bad taste from the popsicle that I couldn’t drink it yet. It was a $18 mistake for 2 lattes and 1 popsicle.Maybe it just that one flavor because the place was very cute inside and had lots of kiddos.

The Nutella popsicle was excellent and the space is really nicely laid out.

The lavender mocha latte was so tasty. Its my new favorite coffee shop in town. Plus its super relaxing/inviting for all ages including children. Also have a kid friendly area as well as tasty dairy free natural flavor pop sickles. This is definitely a place you should check out!

Although I have never had there coffee, I have had their popsicles and they are amazing! I go there to cool off on a hot Florida day, the popsicles have cool flavors and are not your regular store bought gross popsicles, they are unique and taste amazing. Also the staff is very nice and personal, they I will get recognized by the staff as well when I come in which is nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great coffee shop I enjoy studding there. However a hand full of times Ive gone I had to shorten my visit, people like to use this space as a day care bringing lots of little kids running around, being loud, and even breaking decor Im the shop. This isnt the owners fault but I wish this place wouldnt tolerate it.

Im so glad I finally stopped in!! What a cute addition to the village area! Reusable mugs! Lots of local art! Great use of space and salvaged furniture. Really smartly done. Feels like the perfect local hip spot. I love the separate rooms and even a private room to host a special meeting or event.This will definitely be a regular spot for me.

Amazing coffee and fast friendly service!

First of all, the staff and atmosphere are amazing! Relaxing, calming, smells of amazing coffee. The products themselves are also incredible, including the Black Cat Coffee beans you can purchase. Other mainstream coffee places don’t compare. We haven’t had a bad drink or popsicle, ever. And we’re regulars! The best part (in a mom’s opinion) is the kids area in the BACK of the shop! Totally fun for the kids and when they’re playing I don’t feel like they’re disturbing the other customers in the front of the store. Did I mention the muffins are also incredible??? So glad we have River Road as our favorite place to go relax and meet up for play dates!

I am SO excited to give River Road Coffee 5 stars and encourage everyone who likes cozy coffee places to check it out! After living in Merritt Island for 2 years and missing cool Orlandos coffee shops, I have officially found my perfect local spot. Nice place to work on the computer or to read a book while sipping a coffee or tea (they have Wifi and music is not too loud). Friendly service and big selection of drinks. Another huge benefit is the schedule: since this place is open until 9 pm on most days, I will be able to stop by after work. I plan on trying a popsicle next time ;)

What a fun place for a date. I took my wife there for a reading date and ended up enjoying local artists and playing board games too! The chai tea latte was just right and the popsicles were fresh and refreshing. The staff was very informative and quick to answer any questions.
