Jeff was super prompt in visiting my home and very professional. His coworkers were at my house within a week and beautiful storm shutters were installed. Mr Jeff Kleinman attention from the initial contact, ordering the materials for the shutters and the installation process was excellent. The experience as well as the correct product for my home was price less. I recommend them hands down.

I had a great experience with Jeff from Shade Solutions. I needed to buy hurricane protection for a new home after Irma. Every other company that I called couldnt come and quote or deliver for 6 months. Jeff called me back right away, gave me a reasonable quote on high quality hurricane fabric opening protection. I had to change my order because of HOA rules and he worked with me to do that, and went above and beyond. My order was a bit late, but his communication was great and Im really pleased with the result.

We have used Shade Solutions for multiple projects from interior window treatments to exterior awnings and Hurricane Protection. Always a great experience would highly recommend.

They damaged two screens and would not take responsibility, was told it may have already been there (NOT).

Went on Home Advisor Pro Finder site on Sat 1/13/18. This company was recommended by Home Advisor. I checked the box next to his company name requesting quote. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Jeff owner of the company. We gave him all the dimensions of the windows to be covered along with exactly what we wanted blind wise. Since he was in Brevard County we asked him to give us a quote over the phone instead of driving all the way to Ormond Beach where we live. It stated that he gave quotes. After not hearing word one from him on 1/16/18 I contacted him by phone. Jeff promised a quote by end of the day, which never came. On 1/17/18 he contacted me by text message( not even the courtesy of a phone call ) stating he was very busy and suggested we go with one of the quotes we had. The one time I spoke to Jeff on the 16th he could of told me then he was too busy to handle job. It took him 4 days to text me with excuse given. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS as I can just imagine trying to make contact with him if after the job was completed if you had a problem !!!!!
