First of all, I am very difficult to please. Secondly, I almost NEVER post reviews online. That said, I was so impressed by the service I received at Visionworks today that I OWE them this review. I lost the earpiece screw in my glasses and stopped in this shop to see if they could replace it. I was anticipating the need to leave my glasses, but the staff member took them right away, replaced the screw, tightened the other earpiece, cleaned my glasses and returned them to me with a case. When I asked her what I owed her she said, Nothing! Please keep in mind I was not a former client; had never been in there before. I will definitely be going there when I next need to order glasses. I really appreciated the service.

Went here for son’s eye-exam and his new glasses. Remote eye exam was such a new experience for us. Throughout the process, Lamont helped us. He was knowledgeable and kind—explaining each step and finding the best deal for us. I would definitely recommend this store—especially Lamont to my family and friends.

I Just wanted to share my experience with Ms. Markeda. She gave me great options, for my budget and treat me with a lot of respect. I enjoyed her witty comments and she kept a smile on her face all the time. I always come back around this time of year and she always makes sure my appointments are kept!

We just visited Vision Works a for example and new glasses and had a great experience. Dr. Jessica Hahm was so thorough! They mentioned doing a virtual visit instead and there’s no way that would replace seeing a doctor in person, especially her. They have a great range of glasses. Will come back every year if Dr. Hahm is here!

I was thoroughly impressed with Vision works. I went in there and Christina the Optician helped me to select a pair of glasses. The warmth and friendliness that she has, and such patience. I ended up having to make a return and it was late, and she was just as enthusiastic about that as she was trying to make a sale. This is a first rate place. So happy to recommend to friends.

I had a wonderful experience it was clean and fast. I was helped by a markeda (not sure if I spelled that correctly) she was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family members to come to this location and get help from her. I was surprised I received the great customer service that I did due to covid and what not but I had a great experience once again.

DJ and Jena were a great help in getting me in for my eye appointment after having technical difficulties all day with their new telehealth eq. On top of that I had an insurance issue that took a while to resolve and both were a pleasure to deal with during all of it.

In my 13 years of wearing glasses, this was ABSOLUTELY the best experience I have ever had at the eye doctor. My appointment was in the evening so I arrived with the notion that the staff would be unhelpful and unfriendly. I was seen immediately upon arriving for my eye exam. The doctor was very willing to answer all questions I asked.Now to the best part! The staff members were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me select a pair of stylish glasses within budget! They even gave me the option of picking up my glasses within 48 hours at the White Marsh location. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THIS WAS POSSIBLE.I BELIEVE the managers name is Kristina but I am not sure. Anyways, she runs a great office and I highly recommend you choose this location.

I had an eye exam and ordered three pairs of glasses today at the Cockeysville, MD location of Visionworks. I was very happy with the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff that helped me. They even found that my medical insurance coverage qualified me for a discount and worked to find the least expensive way for me to order so many pairs of glasses. The prices were so much more reasonable than I was used to paying! I am so glad that I found this store and will never go anywhere else in the future for my glasses.

My 10 month old broke my only pair of glasses (which were about 5 years old). I went in Thursday evening to see about getting an eye exam the next day with my 2 boys in tow (Im a stay at home mom in the summer). The lady (I should have paid more attention to her name) was so nice, said she was working the next day and could hold my infant during my exam. She held him to see how he did with her that night and he was great. Friday we went in for my exam, all of the ladies were SO helpful! My exam was quick but thorough (I opted out of dialation) and my prescription needed to be tweaked just a little. I found a pair of glasses and sunglasses and was in and out in about an hour. The glasses came in so quick (Monday) to my relief because the super glue couldnt hold on my old pair any longer. I was fitted quickly (after hubby came home and could watch the kids) and Im so happy! Seriously cannot recommend this place enough! Every single person had amazing customer service, helped me to get through quickly, and kept my tight budget in mind. Very family friendly!

A great experience for all services: eye exam, frame shopping, pricing and pickup. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to make it all easy. Love my glasses and will return when needed. This is my second experience here and I won’t go anywhere else!

I went to Visionworks Cockeysville and so appreciated the excellent work by the store associates to make sure that the customers were safe, well cared for, and attended to. There are only two associates bc of COVID and both did an admirable job assisting me patiently and quickly.

Had my glasses break last night. Called Visionworks this morning and took my glasses in. Sweet girl fixed them while I waited. I was in and out with glasses fixed and cleaned within 5 minutes...no charge. Noticed they have a large selection of frames. Definitely will be back.

Awesome service. Came in for repairs on two frames. Expected to pay some fee but was surprised when I was told it was free of charge. Definitely will go back next time I need to buy frames.

The manager of this location is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had forgotten to refill my contact rx with contactlensking and frantically had to have Visionworks confirm the rx with them. Visionworks made it happen EVEN THOUGH I WASNT PURCHASING THE CONTACTS FROM THEM!!! I was so impressed. I was due for a visit anyway...so I made an appointment for a check up. It was so easy, so pressure-free! I placed an order for a full years contact supply from THEM this time around AND bought a whole new pair of glasses. I was going to just have them replace my lenses, but their frame selection is amazing. The location is soooo convenient to my home and their hours make it so easy!!!! I will be back!
