All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a well stocked store and they will special order, if asked.

So rude to me for no reason and questioning the integrity of my id when it is clearly real and i am in fact 21. i didnt cause any problems or anything and they didnt just ask my information but just rudely put me down for saying where i was from as if i wasnt. i get when someone looks young it raises concerns but to be blatantly rude is another thing. i went 9/30 at 3 pm. check your workers attitudes.

I wish there is 0 star, we specifically asked one of employee that is it manufacturer date or expiry date but he said it is special beer made by Budweiser and it is manufacture date so we bought it and went home after open the case we saw that it is expired, when we came to return it same employee said ‘you already knew that it is expired’ which is totally a lieAnd they took it back & got different beer.

Boyfriend cashes his checks there so thats a big plus. And finally this pass weekend we got some drinks . Very nice selection!

Very disappointed today! it was a guy stocking liquor on the selves as I came in the store. He looked at me and continued to stock. A woman came in behind me and he asked her could he help her. So at this point I am like WOW please do not let this place be another Vinnies Crabs Because my organizations to dont mind picketing and stirring up to the media. I called and spoke with a manager I guess but he did apologize for dudes action but I tell ya if I ever decide to go back I hope dude has is manners in check!!!

Decent liquor store off of York Rd. I was looking for a special new product and Cranbrook Liquors had what I wanted.

I use this store regularly. A serviceable selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Large cooler. Will special order for you. I have ordered cases of beer, received in a few days. Happy to text me when available for pick up. Also kegs available. Watch for their Dollar Days, great pricing.

Cranbrook liquors is one of the best stores in Baltimore County. They have a great selection if craft beer, wine, liquor, and often feature tastings and special rotating sales. Beer lord Zach is a pleasure to talk to and always directs you to the newest and best craft beer in the store while Jeff with his always hilarious attire and pleasant demeanor is up for banter and makes the store feel lively and fun. Great store to shop in

Arrived at 7:48pm to a employee who was at the door and unfriendly saying they were closed. I was confused because posted hours were for 8pm. I waited until he let out another customer and asked for clarification, he said they were over capacity and close at 8pm. I was able to drive to a competitor make my purchase and be back in my car before they also close at 8pm. The employees could handle the situation much better and not leave the customer confused and frustrated. Ill avoid the frustration and just go somewhere else in the future.

Great local store good prices

Cranbrook Liquors is by and far the best in the area. Selection is vast, prices are fair and they actually have knowledgeable, attentive, and personable associates. Fridays are sampler days and they always have some sort of special going.

I stopped in here to pick up a few Christmas gifts and was surprised to be offered samples of cocktails in a can! Wow! Really good! My Christmas shopping is now complete! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They will even carry your order to your car for you.

They have a large selection with competitive prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Once they even have me a free sample of a featured cider. I would really recommend keeping an eye out for their dollar days. You can get a lot for very little.

This place is ginormous who knew that this was tucked away in this little out-of-the-way shopping center I bought a bottle of Jim beam Apple for twenty bucks on sale great deal people were really friendly knew what they were talking about and you can find just about anything you need their wine liquor drinks snacks awesome

Great selections, friendly customers but the cashier was rude, she snatched the receipt out of my had after I signed it and threw my copy on the counter. Dont know if it was racial or that she hated that I had on a Tom Brady jersey (adding a little humor to an unpleasant encounter). However, life is great and its her problem not mine.

Great variety of liquor and beers and wines, the staff is very friendly and upbeat always willing to give us a suggestion. I look forward to visiting with them very soon especially when they have the distributors in to give tastings and samples its an adventure check them out.
