Thanks to Joshua I will be enjoying the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned! Coming into the store I was sure I knew exactly what I wanted. However, Joshua went through the motions and allowed me to test out a few beds. He even showed me a cool new feature for adjustable box springs. Ultimately he sold me on the new purple bed. At first I wasn’t sure I liked it but the longer I laid on it the more comfortable I felt. Joshua explained the inner working of the mattress and what makes it different from others. I purchased a new bed and 3 cooling pillows from the Dundalk location. However, due to Mother Nature causing havoc, the store had to temporarily close. I was having issues with my delivery and was unsuccessful with obtaining any help from the Boston St location (where I had been directed). When low and behold the Cockeysville location Store Manager, Candace and Sales Associate Josh stepped in and assisted me throughout this process. The end result, I did obtain all of my newly purchased merchandise as they rescheduled the delivery date for me. They kept in touch and also most important they kept me up to date with the entire process. I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed, mattress, etc. go the extra couple miles and deal with the Cockeysville store. You will NOT regret your decision. We just bought our 3rd and 4th mattress from Mattress Firm. Mike and John were professional and very helpful to determine which type of mattress would suit our family the best. Mike convinced us to upgrade to an adjustable base - and that purchase has paid back in dividends. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and was able to comfortably rest and heal at home post-surgery because I could easily raise and lower our bed. Delivery was always efficient and the delivery crew was meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. We will come back to buy our next mattress here too!

I purchased a mattress that I thought would help me sleep better. I have sciatica in my left hip. I tried it for a couple of months but it was not helping. I went back and exchanged the mattress for one with more plush on top. The same salesperson waited on me as when I bought it. He was very nice and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all at having to return the mattress. It was delivered a couple days later as promised. Very nice place to deal with. I will use them again when I need a mattress.

The Cockeysville sales staff went above and beyond to make the sale and to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted - even calling Macys to see if they had a particular mattress model on the floor that their store did not currently have. That enabled us to actually test the model and determine that it was right for us - and they beat the price offered and arranged delivery in a different state. They were patient with what wasnt a simple transaction and that effort really made the sale!

Posting a late review for a mattress and foundation purchased in February. Mike was super accommodating to our needs and did all he could to get us the best price.
