Joanns is the classic fabric and crafting store. Odds are they have what you need and then some. And you can always find a coupon online. Definitely worth the trip.

Awesome customer service today! I had some questions about the cricut paper and inks I was buying because I dont make tumblers, they were a mothers day gift for a friend and the lady helping me was so nice about all the questions I had. And at checkout she scanned a million coupons on the app to make sure that any discount available was applied. Just overall great!

I really enjoy going to Joanns to see what kind of seasonal products they have and luckily theyre usually on sale because their prices are just a little high. This time I didnt purchase anything although I did see many things that I liked. I noticed a product that I wanted on their website but it was unavailable in any of their stores.

I needed assistance while looking for buttons (orange iridescent) to replace a button I lost. The young lady who helped me went out of her way to find the perfect button. She was terrific & the price was about $1. A very positive experience for me.

Its a small store with a good staff. They typically have a good selection of linen bolts, roughly half of the super store.

Came here to look for tulle. Then left and came after checking another store. Hard to navigate. Some employees do not seem to like their job. But a real seedy lady made my day. She treated me very well. Interacted with me and asked questions. And checked me out after cutting all my fabric. She even helped me with al my coupons.

Claudia was very helpful today. I appreciated her extra attention as well.

Graft store with a very helpful staff

Unfortunately this is a small store which is severely under stocked. Most likely due to the corporate not anything the employees there are doing. other Joanns in the area are still stocked well with merchandise.

Everyone was helpful, courteous, and inspired to assist customers with their craft projects.

I love Joann as an arts and craft location. This particular one is a bit of a mess in comparison to Columbia and others. If you can get pass the clutter youll have no problems here.Excellent service from the employees. People from the community were pleasant as well. Limited on the baking selection. Plenty of fabric options.

Very dirty outside, very cramped inside. Its the smallest joanns Ive ever been to but the tried to compensate by having narrower and tight isles. Still organized and they had the paint my wife needed. Also there was no one at the checkout when I got to the front. Someone came from the fabric cutting desk in the back to check me out.... After she finished what she was doing, meanwhile I have three kids going crazy.

Really love this store! I can always find whatever Im looking for whether it is yarn, beautiful fabric or the latest in crafting supplies. This store even offers lessons in sewing and most other crafts too. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I stopped in to buy Testors model glue, which they unfortunately do not stock any more. The staff directed me to the glue section and helped make a suggestion. The cashier told me to go to Joann fabrics dot com and showed me where I could click for 40% off!!! Score!! Well stocked and friendly .

Convenient location, but Ive had issues with staff here over the years. They once wouldnt sell a gift card to me because apparently only 1 person was authorized to do so and they wouldnt come out to help. Called to complain and was told I was lying. Will never forget that...Store is usually a mess as well.Be prepared to stand in line.

The Perring Parkway store has a much better selection of fabrics. Dont go during lunch hour if you can help it. Long lines

I needed a couple of baskets to put my fresh flowers in for center pieces on my table for Easter. They had everything I needed and more.

Cashier stopped helping me in the middle of my transaction to ring someone up on the other cash register.

They just have everything and are willing to teach you how to do stuff!

The ladies here are really friendly and also very helpful...when they have the time to be. Sadly, this store seems to always be understaffed. I do not recommend going during peak hours. Its also a very small store for a Joanns.

This store is small and dirty. The staff are always nice, but their craft section is small. I usually go there for fabric, but go to other stores for craft items.

Kept asking Barb for help and she blatantly ignored me and walked away. I was facing her and everything about 2 feet from her as she was putting away fabric asking loud enough for her to hear, about 5 times. Blatantly ignored. Tina is great though.

Its ok. The prices are alright, but the building is getting real old now. The staff is inconsistent, some of them are fantastic and others will ignore you outright.

The staff in this store are racist, they treat the white customers more important than the black customers. They didnt want to help me until they seen that I was leaving out of the store.

Not what I expected but it is small in square feet not a Wal Mart in craft and art but does have the basics if what you need, to sew and paint. People in the store is if typical American mind sets, but what do you expect this is America. It have free WiFi yes! And a Starbucks if you want hit water for tea. For free.

The store off York road make you feel like you just walked back into 1985. The store is old, outdated, and messy. Also, I dont think one staff member even acknowledged me while I was in there.

Just went in a few minutes before closing to pick up one sewing pattern. It was not stocked in the pattern cabinet and when I asked the sales associate for help she said I dont do patterns and did not even stop walking on her way to lock the door. I gave up and left and when she opened the door to let me out I said thank you and she said nothing. So rude. Next time will just make the longer trip to Parkville
