A friend referred me to Shaun, and he certainly did not disappoint. I dropped my VW Jetta off for new brakes and rotors. Shaun ended up finding two wheel lug bolts that were cross-threaded in the left rear wheel hub/wheel bearing unit. The wheel lug bolts and wheel hub/wheel bearing were damaged and needed to be replaced (thanks Jiffy Lube). Shaun wrote up a separate estimate for Jiffy Lube, and did everything he could to make the bad news feel much better. I have never experienced better customer service from an auto mechanic. I’ll be back. Thanks again, Shaun!! 😊
