Wow, excellent service. I asked for part numbers for wipers and air filters. The person at the register wrote the part numbers for my reference. Another associate was already pulling the items for me. The manager cheerfully added a military discount and thanked me for my service. Thanks for being awesome.

Stopped in for a battery and they had no clue what they were talking about . Some of wich was there machines fault as it said that my batterys good. But if they had proper knowledge they would have known the machine was wrong after I explained all the symptoms. An associate even told me that with a bad alternator when the battery dies the car wont shut off. Went to advanced and they said the battery was dead immediately after testing. Now advanced does have nicer equipment for testing but that doesnt excuse the employees incompetence.

Needed a new battery and Hurairah worked hard to get my battery changed and installed correctly. This was not an easy task due to rust and corrosion and he carried on with a wonderful demeanor and great determination. Will use this autozone for any car parts I need in the future.

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THEM!!!! I ordered parts in the store and was told it would be at the store by 10am and they never showed. Then I was told I would get my money back immediately and that was false. THIS STORE IS A JOKE! I will never do business with these thieves ever again…I suggest you look else where for your car parts

The staff at the Cockeysville Auto one has always been very helpful, no matter what the situation or question has been. Their prices are reasonable, plus you get expert advice to answer any questions you may have. Felt the need to purchase my own code reader as I have a Jeep and the check engine light is constantly on 🙂

Sent my daughter there to have her battery checked because of an issue over the weekend. She was told to go to another AutoZone or come back later because there was only 1 employee on duty so they couldnt do it. Really??? So schedule more people or dont advertise that you offer services that you cant do.

Maurice at store #4657 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I visited the store on 2/3 at which time he allowed another customer to interrupt our transaction because the other customer “seemed upset.” He then sold me the wrong windshield wiper blade. I had to travel to a different store to pickup the proper piece (which fit beautifully, and someone offered to put it on for me). When I returned to store 4657 on 2/5 Maurice told me I was wrong and simply did not understand anything about cars. He then refused to allow me to return the incorrect wiper blade that he originally sold me, offering “store credit.” I explained that I did not want store credit as I had already gone elsewhere and no longer needed the part. I asked Maurice for a customer service number which he wrote down for me, but the number he provided was not in service. I looked up customer service online and was given a transaction number and told I would be able to get my money back no problem. All in all my experience was unpleasant and autozone lost my business. Will not be returning to Maurice’s store.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto part store. While this store/location is most convenient, I will not spend another dime here. I called to verify parts availability and was told 2 of 3 were in stock. I get to the store and of course, nothing was in stock. This isn’t an issue. I purchase what I can and the rest is ordered and I was told would arrive next day.I called 3 times throughout the day on the following day (yesterday) and each time I’m told the order has not arrived. My husband made the 4th call at 4:30 pm and was told 2 of 3 parts were accidentally shipped to a store in Baltimore City! I called 3 times and nobody caught the error. Needless to say, I had to drive to the store they were shipped to pick up. The final part never arrived on yesterday. I went into the store today to pick up since nobody called me and I was told it would not arrive until Tuesday.Everyone is sorry for the inconvenience but they don’t care enough to try and right their wrong. There was no offer to check stock at another store or anything of the sort. I would have appreciated someone going the extra mile since I am spending my hard earned money. They didn’t care about sending me out of my way or the inconvenience caused to me by a mistake of the staff at the store. At one point this was the only places I’d shop for auto parts. I’ll drive 2 miles down the road if it means I’ll get the customer service I deserve.

Every time I come to this store I get excellent help and frequently someone goes over and above. Yesterday Kian (I hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing. I had a light out on my Jeep Wrangler, he not only sold me the bulb, he installed it! There arent many dealers around that do that. Any time I need a part, I come here!!

Worst experience at an auto parts retailer EVER. Will NEVER shop here again!Purchased a set of brake pads on Sunday and once we had taken off the old & started to assemble the new, we realized that the package included 3 inside and 1 outside pad. Called the store to ask about exchanging the 1 pad that was incorrectly packaged, and was advised that we would need to return ALL FOUR in order to exchange for the correct units. Even after a back-and-forth conversation regarding the fact that three of them were already mounted and correct, we were still advised that we would have to disassemble, repackage, and return all four.The next day when we arrived at the store, we were met with the same young man who took no responsibility for the incorrect product or the fact that the return policy was flawed, and who proceeded to explain to us that it was AutoZone that had sold us the incorrectly packaged item, not him. He then proceeded to tell us that the three brake pads were used and tried to deny the return.As a member of the retail community, it infuriates me that this level of customer service is shown at a national chain, and that a representative of the company takes absolutely no responsibility for being the face of his company. Never again.There is way too much industry competition to settle for this type of service. My money is better spent elsewhere.

I recently needed a part that was priced at $1 at Auto Zone. The two other auto parts stores nearby had the item at $8 and $20. Big shout out to MrGene and Christian for helping me several times with ordering my item. They where patient, kind and respectful. I was replacing a cooling sensor - my first big repair and they where pleasant while I was freaking out. Thanks so much Guys.

They had what I needed- but unlike reviews said they DO NOT CHANGE HEADLIGHTS. Even if you tell them you have both lights out and that you broke part of the light last time... So do not go there when in need of some help. If you work at autozone and have a good reason for it- go ahead and tell me so I can fully understand.

Got a battery and it died stranding me a couple of years later. Had the car jumped and went there to check the battery. They insisted it was not the battery. A week later same thing. Again they insisted not the battery even when Honda dealer said it was. Happened the third time before they finally replaced it.

Tried to return an unused part (socket) I purchased yesterday (ever bought the wrong sized tool? I know crazy right) and dealt with an employee who refused to return it because it was missing the small plastic socket insert to hang on the hook with. Dont know his name but weighed 350+, black, 510 and unshaved. Too many other places to buy parts from, will not be back.
