Caliber Collision at Cockeysville is great place to get your car repaired. Professional staff with friendly environment and great communication throughout the process was the key I returned for my latest repair and they delivered with same level of proficiency and great customer service.

This was my third time taking my car to be repaired at this location. Caliber did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle; you can’t even tell it was in an accident! I was also able to get my car back earlier than expected which was great, however, I am leaving them two stars because when I went to get back into my car for the first time the center console was torn apart, my belongings were thrown all around, and my emergency cash I keep buried in there was stolen! When talking to the regional manager, Nate, about the incident he was apologetic and assured me none of the staff did that to my vehicle. He said that when the cars are around back at the shop people come by and ransack the vehicles for valuable belongings. I would like to know if this has happened before (which it seems like it has from talking with Nate) why my car was left unlocked when no one was attending to it? Nate also said they do not have cameras back there to verify what exactly happened to my vehicle. To compensate for my financial loss Nate said he would buy me a Visa gift card. We agreed on a time for me to come by the shop to pick up said gift card. I arrived at the shop at our agreed upon time, waited for over 15 minutes, and was finally greeted by Nate telling me he did not buy me the gift card like he said he would. I am really hoping Nate and the Hunt Valley Caliber Collision can make this right because I am seriously doubting I would ever trust this shop again with my car if it were to get in another accident.

My service was done by Gary...I’m unsure of the last name but he’s a very responsible, prompt young man. He assured me that he would keep me up to date on everything and he did just that. I never had to call into the store besides when I set up to drop my car off. Gary went above and beyond for me and my husband and I are forever grateful. Thank you for all you do, because of you I will be personally recommending caliber collision to everyone I know and meet.

Just don’t go to them, they don’t communicate anything to you. You are constantly calling them. They don’t fix the problem. Would not recommend AT ALL!

I visited this location on Tuesday 09/22/2020 due to a not at fault accident I was in a few days prior. I had already heard wonderful reviews about the company so when it came to my insurance company asking which body shop I wanted my vehicle serviced at I already had one in mind. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given my paper work to complete. The front desk employee was such a sweetheart and Ashley who took note as to where exactly on my car needed fixing she was awesome too! Throughout the whole two day process I constantly received text messages for updates as the process of fixing my car came along. I hope I will not have to be back because of another accident, but if so I’ll for sure head to Caliber Collision and recommend others to go here also!

Staff was very personable. I drove up. Staff came right up to my car. I needed a clamp to secure my bumper he looked at it said what was needed. Repaired lt. I was very happy. I definitely highly recommend them. Thanks to them again

Per my insurance company they were a perferred collusion company. Since the time I contact them to schedule my inspection thru completion of the work, they misrepresented everything ( timing & cost). Would never use them again.

I had the best experience here! Neva was so friendly and kept me up to date with my car’s progress throughout the whole time. The car was ready several days before it was promised. At pickup it was noticed that a stripe of trim wasn’t reapplied so the General Manager Scott applied it while I was there. I was so pleased I didn’t have to come back. Scott was so nice and we got to chatting. I pointed out some damage to my car unrelated to the reason I went in and said maybe I should get a quote for that since I was so pleased with their other work. He started to fix it right there for me but realized he needed some other tools/parts so he got someone from the garage to come out and Scott and and this guy fixed it for me on the spot for free! They are just the nicest, and they really know cars. Couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be recommending them in the future to anyone.

Service went from great to non-existent. I had them replace my front fender and related components a couple of years ago, and the service was near-perfect and took less than two weeks.Fast-forward to Summer 2018 when the exact same neighbor hit my car in the exact same spot requiring the exact same repair (+ some other minor repairs).They kept my car for almost 11 weeks, only updating me on the status of it 2x during that time period. When I finally did get the car back (I had to call them and ask if it was ready), the car overheated and spewed scalding-hot coolant all over the place.I limped the car back in and asked them how this could have happened. They didnt answer, but its obvious nobody thoroughly checked the car or test-drove it to make sure the repairs were complete.They held onto the car another 2 weeks so they could replace a bad thermostat, which they claimed caused the car to overheat.Once I finally got my car back home, I noticed that the new front bumper does not include a spot to mount the license plate, which is required in my state (MD). I also noticed that there was ZERO coolant in my reservoir. I am lucky the car didnt overheat again immediately because it had no coolant.I think this place is under new management which explains how they went from great to horrible in a short time.I suggest you avoid this place at all costs!

Service was prompt, kept me aware of timing and findings, communicated regularly with my insurance company and completed repairs ahead of original schedule. Only complaint was the multiple excessive requests for survey evaluations. First one asked about completion details prior to my receceiving my car. After I answered the survey received no less than five more requests after opting out and calling center asking them to stop.Did not diminish the fact that the service was exceptional

Taken my 2011 Subaru Outback to have a rear bumper cover replaced and painted also had some scratches on the right front bumper cover. This work had taken the shop 4 days to complete. When I inspected the vehicle at the shop the paint did not match and the rear bumper seam on each side has bumps in the paint. They agreed to repaint to match the color and fix marks on each side of bumper cover. I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon and on Friday at noon I called to see if they had it finished. I was told that the cover was still in the paint shop and would be ready that evening. ACT called my wife and told her it was ready and they were closing at 5pm. My wife told the service dept to leave the key under the seat and lock the vehicle beings we could not get there before they closed. When we arrived that evening to inspect and pick up the vehicle the paint did not match and marks on cover were not fixed. I looked to see if the 2 black marker dots were still where I marked them and they were still there. I dont even think they did anything to it.

We had made an appointment, due to an accident, to have the bumper replaced. We dropped our vehicle off the night before the appointment, to insure our truck was there on time and placed the keys in the key dropbox. When I called at 2 p.m., that afternoon, to check on the status of the vehicle, I was put on hold twice and had to explain to 3 different people where the truck and keys were. I I was then advised that they could not find our keys and was told that they would have to find them and give me a call back.what is the point of having a key drop box if thats not going to be the first place you look, for keys, in the morning. Total incompetence. Will now look for a vehicle repair shop that employs people with common sense.

Had 2 cars repaired after accident they have done a great job on both.

My car was promised within 2 weeks and the rapir took over a month and a half later. Would not recommend this repair shop.

Ive worked with Caliber on three different occasions an every time Im beyond satisfied . Theyve met all my expectations an even above and beyond . The customer service level is MAGNIFICENTLY SUPIEROR!!!!!! Thanks to all the staff in the office for doing such a great job I would definitely without a doubt reccomend this place to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment on their site for an estimate. Drove 40 minutes and reached there 20 minutes before they close just to hear that all of their estimate guys are gone and I should come back again later. Told them it was just some scratches that I wanted paint job for which shouldnt take more than 2-3 minutes. These guys did not seem to be in a mood to spare 5 minutes to take a look at it, maybe because it was closing time. Never going back there again.

Great customer service and work

About a year ago, I brought my car,bmw z3, in after having side of my car smashed. After a lengthy time, problems were still not fixed. My door is still not properly on, leading to whistling gust of wind. I was told to wait because the door was new and would adjust, but never did. My lock was put on wrong, but then fixed the second time going back. And rear bumper was loose and now slowly doing worse. Only plus side was they called regularly and updated me. I will never be returning or recommending this auto shop. I plan to fix my car at Kellys auto down the street from them now.
