Ive cream is a favorite and Im a frequent flyer at several Dairy Queens. Love the Blizzard. Unfortunately my favorites (Snickerdoodle and Girl Scout Thin Mint) are seasonal but Ill deal with that.

I was told that this is the original location of first ever Dairy Queen. We got pretzels and I got a strawberry, banana, hot fudge milkshake. Everything was great!

Always good, hey its ice cream. Haha. Only complaint is employees need to pay better attention to the ice cream they get down the sides and how much they fill the cups because as soon as you open the container it will melt all over you.

Will probably never come here again!!! I ordered a large m&m blizzard with extra crushed peanuts. I get home and the blizzard has the whole peanuts, now I’m not a rocket scientist but crushed and whole are 2 totally different things. I called and told the other person on the phone that when I order something for the amount I pay for it I want my order to be right. I go back to get again a large m&m blizzard with crushed peanuts and this time this is what I got. I took pictures so that you could see the melted catastrophe they call a blizzard which I know was done on purpose.

Staff is friendly, food is great. Charming old school atmosphere. Always a treat

No one washed their hands or wore gloves. The young girls were literally so disrespectful and mouthy to the woman in charge. Ill never return.

The Coatesville DQ does not give the same amount of product as the Salisbury Commons DQ. Coatesville tends to not fill up the containers to full capacity.

I just got a peanut buster parfait it was all icecream very little chocolate or nuts a quarter inch of chocolate on the bottom then icecream to the top and some chocolate and nuts on top it was the worst one I have ever eaten there I will go during the week from now on

Horrible. Waited in drive thru for rush job. Blizzards were half full looked asight and my bag got handed to me like i was just going to leave no i checked my order and a woman comes to window asking if everything was ok smh no im like why the icecream look like this? She stated the way the machine pours. But as she saying this she closing window same time. It was a slop job my banana split slop the only thing right was bag of dilly bars its packed outside n in drive thru at least give people their money worth. And they need to take dairy queen off that building if its a franchise because they are destroying the name presentation sloppy and service worser

Great food but thire slow and are always half melted

It was an ok experience. Young man taking order was very nice but he took the money and made the dessert. Never put on gloves, general sanitation is one thing, but being in a pandemic cleanliness should be next level. In addition, they must have made part of our order first and allowed it to sit while they waited on others and made orders. My blizzard was more of a melted milkshake. Complete disappointment honestly 😪. Need some real grown people working there, not a whole staff of young adults.

Its got a bunch of nice highschool kids that work there and are tip worthy though its not expected. If you like fries and fried things with your array of awesome desserts, than theyre gonna dissapoint you before you do the same to your doctor...lol

The chilli and the cheese were ice cold and the bun was on the brink of being stale.

I have been here about a dozen times. Majority of the time it is a good experience. Quick and friendly service. There were a few times our order wasnt correct, but they fixed it quickly. I think it may have been because the person was new. They also have a seating area outside that has a fence around it. This lets the kids walk around and not have to be careful of cars. They have a drive thru, which is a nice perk. That also has fast service.

We just moved here and both times we went to this DQ, theyve messed up our orders. The first time, there was only mixins in our blizzards for the first 5 bites then plain vanilla icecream. The second time, we asked for peanut butter crunch blizzards and got Reeses blizzards...again with little mix ins. We wont be back here, theres other DQs around here that can actually serve what we ask for, especially since its $6-7/blizzard.

Most of the time I get a Blizzard from this Dairy Queen they have failed to mix the toppings all the way through. I often find the bottom half of my Blizzard is just ice cream. Ive gotten a Royal Blizzard from them twice and both times they did not add the fudge core. If you get a regular Blizzard and finish mixing the toppings yourself its better than driving to the next closest Dairy Queen. Plus they do have a drive through which is convenient. They have no indoor seating though, just outside seating if you were planning on eating your treat there.

Stay far away from this place!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would! Not only will you wait in the drive through line forever despite how many cars are in front of you, but the staff couldnt be more incompetent if they tried!!! The order taker had no idea what pecans were despite trying to explain it to her so I had to change my order. I ordered a blizzard with 3 separate ingredients (which I know is extra charge). They accepted my order and charged me extra for the 2 additional toppings. Then they only put 1 of the toppings in my blizzard...complete rip off. On top of that, not only did they put the hot food and ice cream in the same bag, but they put a chili cheese dog in the bag on its end so that all of the toppings ran off and leaked into the bag. Last, they never even gave me the receipt. And this was all during the same interaction there!!! I have tried this place a few times hoping it will get better but every single time is worse than the last!!! Save your money that they will steal from you anyway, go to Ritas!!!!!

💜💜💜Dairy Queen always makes me happy!!! Ive never been to a bad location. I believe, overall, everybody seems happy to be working at Dairy Queen. Our local stop in Coatesville has been around as long as I can remember and Im gonna be 44 in July!! Lol!! Ill be there, first thing, to have my usuals: either the large strawberry sundae with wet walnuts OR the banana split blizzard with extra strawberries AND my ice cream cake with my name on it!!! Lol!!Thanks Dairy Queen!!!

Will never been going to DQ again after my experience here...I ordered a Reeses brownie royal blizzard and the girl who made it but half peanut butter in it...I almost throw up on how much there was...I didnt even finish...not to mention it was my birthday when I went and tried to use a BOG1 coupon and they wouldnt give it to me ... the girl was completely rude to me and simply replied sorry...happy Birthday... called corporate And complained about my experience and someone was suppose to reach out to me but never did...last time I EVER go to a DQ!

This Dairy Queen has the best ice cream out of all the Dairy Queens Ive ever been to, however they dont have seats inside, so you either have to eat in your car or at the picnic tables, which arent the cleanest, but its still great!

They do not participate in the promotional deals Dairy Queen advertises. By the time you get through the line to place your order and discover this, its too late. You are committed to buying something. The price for a cup of custard is more expensive than the deal for 2 would have been, but again, you are trapped.

So slow and extremely rude! We could see the kids fooling around rather than make our order. The girl handing out the ice cream snapped at a couple of old ladies that asked for lids for their orders.

Really like to go here instead of ritas but this will change! Was there 3 times this week and each time the large cone got smaller!!!!! Today was told the cone was bigger,. I go there for the ice cream NOT the cone!!!!!!!!

Why are your Prices different from advertised prices..??? $ 5.50 for a small blizzard ?

Everything is smaller and priced higher. Buying a bag of Dilly bars is hit or miss Besides the tiny size, the chocolate dip is inconsistent, many times its so thin you can see the ice cream through it and often speckled coverage. Ive bought about 6-8 bags this summer with NONE satisfactory. I hope the negative ratings cause them to re-evaluate their practices. I like ice cream but am now buying half gallons of Breyers or Turkey Hill. Ill occasionally go to DQ to check to see if theyve improved, but until I see consistent improvement, I wont be a regular.

Crowded. No definitive lines. People brought their pet Husky in and was not told to take it out.

Cant spell Blizzard right. They spell it with the Zs backwards. I tried letting a worker named Becca or something like that know but she just flipped me off and threw a cone at me covered in a mystery liquid. Will not be coming back.
