Went there yesterday and today at 2 different times and nobody was in there, but all the lights are on stood there for 30 minutes each and even called and no one. Not even a sign in the door. Waste of time

I wish I could have given less. Just as another customer stated. I got there at 5 pm the 1st time the guy stated he had an emergency and was closing early. Today I went back and the lights were on but the door was locked. I called and waited in my car. I am a disabled veteran and I use a scooter due to a knee injury. NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE OR THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO SEE ANYMORE CUSTOMERS. YOU FIGURE IT OUT IM TOTALLY DISGUSTING.

Christopher is very knowledgeable. He has helped me several times with various issues. I strongly recommend the Verizon Store at the Airport Plaza in Coatesville, PA

Customer service at this store is spectacular! Very courteous and a great willingness to provide customer satisfaction! After calling about certain phone accessories, they had them all lined up on the counter for me to look at when I arrived. They offered discounts to me that 2 other Verizon stores did not offer me! I will definitely shop at this location again!

Nothing but the run around! I tried to return my phone on day 9 after purchasing it and was told that I only had 7 by the employee. Complete misinformation! I called customer service &they said it was 14 days. Went back on day 16 (5/13/19) because of the holiday weekend.The short- I went back and forth to the store 4 times! -One time went to the Verizon store in Downingtown- before the situation was finally resolved. They now are charging me a restocking fee yet they are the ones that screwed up. NEVER get a phone from an independent store like this. They have different policies, systems, customer service, and consistent lack of communication.THE WORST PART- When I finally talked with a manager (Lee) on the phone from the store-- he was a complete jerk. He was rude, cut me off, talked down to me, avoided my questions, was talking to someone else at the same time, and was 100% unprofessional. If he was actually at the store my review would be much different. I wish that the call was recorded like they tell you when you call real customer service.They should tape their calls because Lee would no longer have a job.*The only good thing was Kevin T. at the store. He went above and beyond to do what he could. He was always patient, sympathetic, and professional. 5 stars for Kevin

I had to get a new phone since mine died. I dread this as much as buying a car. I thought I would give this new store a try and Im glad I did. It was the easiest phone purchase I have ever made. Last week, I had a really bad moment and discovered my brand new Samsung S10 had been left on the roof of my car and was crushed. I walked in to this store and the associate was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She helped me get a new phone, get it activated, and was sure that I got all my info back on the new phone. I would totally recommend using this store.

I went into this store because I broke my phone. The lady there was such a great help! She helped me upgrade into a new phone. I got The Google Pixel and I love it. She took the time to talk to me. Use to have an Iphone so glad I switched. She even gave me a free ipad mini so I could still facetime with my apple loving friends. Go to this store!! They are just great people!

Akilah is an exceptionally competent worker at the 156 Airport Road, Coatesville, PA Verizon store. Prior to Akilahs assistance I visited 3 other Verizon store locations seeking assistance with my monthly prepaid wireless account. Only Akilah took the time to walk me through the problems while teaching me at the same time what I needed to do. I feel confident that I will be able to proceed on my own from now on all because of her patience, knowledge and willingness to assist the customer. She is an asset I strongly encourage you to keep.

So I broke my phone and went to the new Verizon store on Airport road in Sadsburyville .Very happy with the price and the service.Thank you Matt for all your help and knowledge!
