My car was damaged during a lock out service call. There was a big gap between the door and frame of car. While waiting for Insurance to get back to me, my neighbor told me to stop by Collex to see if they could help. She had previously had a great experience with them. I randomly dropped in to ask their advice. The man in the office stopped what he was doing and came out to take a look. He asked for my keys and said i could go wait in the office. A couple minutes later they handed my keys back and said it was all fixed! I was so relieved and thankful! I thought this was going to be a big costly ordeal! Sure made my life easier! Discovered some minor side swipe damage to my brand new truck which occurred at an unknown place and time. Trying to avoid an insurance claim a large local competitor provided me with a $3000 estimate. Looking for a better price i found Collex. Todd was awesome from the start! He suggested paintless dent removal at an estimate of $300 to $400. He had me scheduled for the repairs in 2 days and just after noon my truck was complete for $300. I got my estimate done this morning. I mentioned on the phone that I was tight on time. It was such a quick and easy process! They sent my estimate via email within a few hours and they set up the rental with Enterprise so I didnt have to. Super professional and really sweet people. So far, a great experience!

I got hit by a deer. My insurance company recommended them. They did terrible body work. They missed a huge crack in my paint. Dirt all in there clear coat. I had to send it back to get fixed. The dirt still in the clear and now my car has a flooded engine. Dont go here ever
