Great service

It’s a shame. I’m as American as they can get moving from California to Puerto Rico.....With hopes for better treatment nonetheless service from such an American Pharmacy. However their Pharmacy Service sucks. My husband suffers from Scholiodis and was given hardcore prescription for his pain, yet, when we went to refill the prescription. We were approached by an associate named Edwin about the doses given, our address, drivers license and whatnot. This uneducated associate even went as far as suggesting I ask “the license doctor “ to review his requested prescription, although it was a DOCTOR who assigned this medication. It was a terrible experience and sad because again. As an American that doesn’t speak much Spanish his service was degrading , humiliating and judgemental. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all. Google additional pharmacy before making this one your “ go to”. 😡😱🤕

I am a scoliosis patient and I came to the emergency where they gave me pain medicine. I come to the pharmacy where I have to remember that I have never taken those kinds of medications and this guy with arrogance and bad humor tells me that what the doctor gave me was wrong. That is, he left because of the doctors enzyme and he did not want to give me the Recipe looking for buts but for my address what he did not know was that I recorded it because I perceived his bad character and arrogance. So that not everyone who goes to a pharmacy to know Pain medications are addicted that is why I suffer pain so that they do not treat me like a tecato especially people like this unscrupulous man I do not return to that pharmacy what a shame some employees are good and help but this is a better judge I pass pain before dealing with people like thatSo they want PR to get up better I go to the towns pharmacies but never there and this man who learns to be more professional.
