Fantastic service here. I used them to mail immigration documents for my wife and they always double checked all of the information. Everything they handled for me was sent correctly and accurately. Tracking numbers are always provided. I also use them whenever I mail packages. They assist me in packaging at reasonable rates whenever it is needed. I highly recommend this place. They are honest and put the customer first. Never a problem.

Owner Dylan does not have good customer service. At one point he hung up on me and when I called him back he stated that he had other customers that he needed to tend to. I had a live scan done and the rolling fee was the highest price in all of Riverside County at $35 (normally $20-$25) when online it states that it was $20. He said it was wrong. He seemed overly rushed and told me that the machine was not accepting my finger prints but he submitted it anyways. He stated if they reject it, that I will have to come back. This is my third live scan, never was it rejected due to the scars on my finger prints that he told me I had. I have no scars. He just did not want to do his job properly. Thank you to the live scan people who take the time to do your job completely and properly. The only reason I did not go elsewhere is because it was a holiday (MLK). I hope I DO NOT have to go back.

Ive been doing business with these guys as far as shipping items Ive sold on Ebay for 2 years now and theyve been very helpful. Theyre very honest and thorough with their work and its also a plus that theyre not too far from my house. ;-)

Came to get a live scan and its not that they had only one guy working but after waiting in line for 20 mins when it was finally my turn the worker took my papers and says to wait longer. He started working on a quote for other people who had just arrived. What a mistake and waste of time coming here, going to UPS

They charge you to send any ups items but when u go to an actual ups store its always free but if you take it here they always charge you money even though iny he ups label says that the shipping is already paid and will be free for you which is not because they charge you here.

Lots of useful mailing and shipping services. You can even pay your bills. The people are always friendly.

Very rude service! Ive gone to other places and have had no issues with label size and he gave me attitude about it when the box I was returning was small to begin with so a large label wouldnt have fit. Went to UPS and has no problem

Everytime i go in there its the same blode girl who looks and sounds like she hates everything and everyone. Shes rude. I wish the postal annex off jackson was still open.

In the years I have been using this Postal Annex have I ever had a bad experience. I also have not heard anyone dissatisfied any of my visits.They helped me geta pakage to my son in Spokane so the itemswould be intact and fresh.If you need to send, fax, or print, they are the ones for you.
