The store dirty, service is bad. Bathrooms clean the restaurant inside ok. The coffee cold, an at night it slow. Quick fuel is good

Staff were very pleasant. Needed to do weekly laundry. $3 for washer, no problem. Our of quarters so used my credit card for the $3 dryer. Accepted, then wouldn’t start. Tried again, accepted but wouldn’t start. Got more quarters at the counter. Put $3 in, nothing. Put $3 in another dryer, nothing. Called the number on the machines for repair, message says you need to go online. Too much time/money wasted here. Cranked the heater in the cab to dry the close. Would give them a 1-star, but staff was nice.

Its a wonderful place to come an eat .fule up or if you need a shower... or just wanted to rest before you head out to the road 😅

Typical TA. Nicer than most. Best Arby’s iv ate at in the whole US. Usually they mash the sandwiches together and it’s a mess. This Arby’s food was perfect. Showers were clean. Lots of parking. Fills up fast at night.

We are regulars at TA. We asked for shower. They ask us to fill fuel first and come with the reciept.They refuse to give us shower.Worst customer service from team leader LUPE. Drivers deserve better after staying on the road.Me and my team moving to Pilot

They are refusing service to anyone without a mask. So I am refusing to purchase fuel or anything else from them. Considering we are from Kansas and aren’t required to wear a mask anywhere. We don’t even have one. We own 7 trucks and none of them will fuel here again.

Came for a trailer tire. around 1:30 P.M. Wait time 1 1/2 hour. 2 hours later, came in, was told, youre next. As soon as I get an open bay, I will call you. 2 hrs later, no call. Now I am told that I am no. 2 on the list. How does that happen? Stop lying to me!

Very busy place during day ,,if you are here with RV ,,please dont try to stay here overnight.,,There is RV parking for free by casino and its quiet over night ,,!!I stop here very often and is always overcrowdedThere used to be a good buffet bud not anymore its been replaced with fast food restaurantsGood coffee,,and welcoming staff

RV Transporters - don’t stop here for the night unless you are ok with parking with the big trucks. They have a HUGE parking lot out front with plenty of room for a truck and RV to park out of the way at night, however, they won’t let you. Their armed security guard - in full Kevlar with an AR-15 style rifle and a pistol is extremely rude and arrogant and informed us that if we parked for over 2 hours, he would have us towed. At first he blamed it on management and then he said it is a TA company policy to which my husband told him “No, it’s not.” My husband told him that we buy fuel and stay at TAs and Petros all across the country and this is the ONLY one that has told us we can’t park for the night. The security guard said, “I’ve been told that before.” Sooooooo………what?? He just made up a lie on the spot???? Heck, the TA we stayed at last night had separate RV parking!! My husband told the security guard that he is a commercial driver and that he was out of driving hours and needed to stop for the night. He asked the security guard if the 2 hour rule applied to the trucks in the truck parking area and of course it doesn’t. So my husband told him that we would just park back there to which the security guard very flippantly and arrogantly replied, “Well you MIGHT be able to find a spot back there.”We buy thousands of gallons of fuel every year from TA/Petro specifically, because of their prices and because we prefer their showers to the other large truck stops. My husband is so mad he swears he’s never spending another dime at TA. I will definitely be calling corporate tomorrow. I’ve never been to a large truck stop that doesn’t allow overnight parking in their car parking area.Update - the Love’s across the interstate allows overnight RV parking and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very nice.Also, I thought maybe this TA didn’t allow overnight parking because it was a California thing or something but we’ve stayed the night at other TAs in California with no problems or hassle from the employees.

The lady on the phone was super rude. I asked her for pricing and she hung up on my face.

Washer machines are always broke down. Every time I come here. It was a line of us today waiting to use one washer machine and two dryers. They have six washers and six dryers and still only one washer and two dryers work. It’s ridiculous!! Please get it together.

I heard good things about TAs but this location must be an off one. I had to get work done on the truck so decided to take my 34hr here...that part was a good experience. I was in and out relatively fastAs far as the amenities and staff inside the store..All laundry broken, no signs saying any machines out of order except for one that had trash cluttered all over it. I had to try each machine 🥺It just sucked. This is also the first time I felt a little unsafe even walking around inside the store. Staff have that “oh well” mentality.. ehh I guess I’ll be avoiding this one for now on.

I always stop here when I pass. Great place to recharge, eat or rinse up. Not to mention the luxurious Chicas across the street! 🤙😎

Great TA. Large parking lot but only a couple pumps, but it wasnt too busy when I went so not a big deal. Restrooms were clean and there was a great selection of food to choose from inside of the store.

Definately need to get rid of the taco bell staff. They are rude and disrespectful. They accused a customer of lying and stealing when he said they missed part of his order. After that, i cannot eat here

Was having some mechanical issues lol with my trailer and the staff at T/A was very professional and got me back on the road safe/sound and legal and in a timely manner.Thank you @ Benjamin and Guillermo

I went in to order food from Arby’s and when I was done ordering the man made a comment about my mask that had a American flag on it. And as I was waiting for my food a man went over to Taco Bell and tried to order food. They would not serve him because he didn’t have a mask. He explained and I was very obvious that he had a medical condition and was physically not able to wear a mask. I do not think it is OK for Taco Bell or any other place to discriminate against people that are handicapped

One of my favorite TA stops outside of the ones like Iowa80 or Joplin44.All staff were wearing their masks correctly and a few cashiers were even wearing gloves.

Decent truck stop. Found parking immediately after getting past all the drivers taking their 30 minute break on the fuel island...(SMDH)...at 4pm. Got food and took my 30 minutes in a PARKING SPOT and was able to leave with no issues! Service department was great on previous visits....and even remember waking up here many years ago shortly after an earthquake shook everything off the shelves back in the good old days of trucking!

Slowest TA service in the Southwest!! Employees are everywhere less working. Slow doing everything. Always add 4 hours to any time they tell you to wait. If you are in a rush, keep going trucker, you are going to loose your day waiting there!

Tons and tons of parking although I will say that the lot is somewhat like a jigsaw puzzle. The lot is very clean as is the store, thank you thank you to the courteous drivers. Restaurants are also clean and quick in filling the orders.

Dont go here ever to rest they have a security gaurd that walks around at 5 am knocking on windows telling everyone to leave in an hour i called to complain and they said everyone who comes to the gas station must tell them they are going to sleep before they sleep or they will send someone out to knock on windows and wake people up not because they dont have room its just something they like to do the security gaurd even said he does to try and catch women naked

Not all OTR’s have a CDL, however, still utilize truck stops to get to rest, showers & food. Thanks for forcing me to drive when tired. Update I did not fall asleep & die. FYI

This isnt as much for the truck stop as it is the Arbys at this location. The employee was not exactly the most friendly, she rang up my breakfast it came out to 4.01, after swiping my card 4 times she says the internet is down and I would have to pay cash. The atm fee at this location is 4.95. More then what my breakfast cost. I pulled out a 20 to pay for my food. Got to my car to eat. I ordered a ham and cheese Swiss croissant. What I got instead was egg, cheese and no ham. Probably not going to use this Arbys again for a while until they can get their act together.

Very clean shower. Lots of crazy parking. The girl who was cleaning showers as well as bathrooms is a great worker!! Counter staff checked cell phones between customers as we stood in line. All in all a good stop.

Ok, this may not be so much about the place, although it was really a great place to fill up the tank, get some needed traveling items, and fill up an empty belly. Still the greatest thing was the people eating in the Taco Bell. After eating, when I so up, my leg has fallen asleep and as a senior citizen I had some difficulty and fell onto the floor. Totally embarrassed but unhurt, I was so relieved by the concern, care, and help of EVERY person in the area. My faith in my fellow man received a huge boost!! The staff members were totally included in their concern.

Great place for gifts, good gas prices, very clean and good food.

All the bays were completely empty, so my husband and I thought we could have some work done since they obviously were not busy. Apparently we thought wrong! The service advisor was too busy talking with a friend to provide customer service. It’s sad that so many people lack good customer skills.. We were tired of waiting for him to get done jabbering, so we left to go elsewhere. Another shop will get our money.

Food choices for drivers is overpriced. 2 Arbys Roast Beef sandwichs (not combo) was $15 and they were dry, slapped together (half the meat was in the wrapper) and tasteless. Restrooms needed attention. And the trash on Dillon road in front of TA is disgusting, its their trash regardless of whos property its on

Worst TA Ive ever been at. First when we got there . We explained whats the problem( simple flat tire repair on trailer). They told us to wait 1 hour. Driver waited for them 2.5 hours before checking back with.- You next in line. Give us 5 more minutes - was the answer1 hour later One of the service guys came out to my driver and told him:- We have road service call. we have to go there. one of trucks AC not workingBy that time Driver waisted almost 4 hours waiting for this Jokers. Just to hear this kind of answerI called there myself trying figure out what is really going on there. Sir you are next in line as soon as we are done with road call and other trucks you will be in for. im next in line 4 hours already and nothing changed . At least be honest with me on first phone call.I understand you will tell me as is and try to go somewhere else.I dont recommend coming here

For Rot service is bad, I am waiting for 3 hours and no one shows. This is bad, they take all his time and the costumer waiting.

I never stole a thing in my life, but they act like I am. This TA and the Petro in Ontario are always racial profiling me. I dont pick up a thing unless I intend to buy it. Its sad that this is in my own state. I work hard and probably make more money than the people working there. They need to treat people better, I see yall always watching me.

Tons of parking before 4pm but does fill up quick. Luckily there is a loves across the way and about 3 miles theres a rest stop

Nice employees, clean showers and facility. No info on how to get to the Casino, which is next door and the only means of transportation (as a OTR trucker) is to walk to the place. Maybe one day there could be a shortcut fenced walkway, from the truck parking area to the casino? Just a thought, but all good.

What a awesome ta this was. Parking lot was up kept nicely. Nice view of Coachella the staff was quick and friendly. Bathrooms were super clean with plenty of stuff to browse through. Truck parking was super packed so beware an make sure you have a plan b!

Always a great spot to stop before getting on the highway. Good place to get gas use the restroom and pick up some snacks for your trip. And if you are traveling with a cat or dog, I think they would appreciate the stop so they can relieve themselves.

Its great compared to that bum ass loves down the street. Overall pretty good and parking is spacious plenty if room for 18 wheelers to move around with ease. Youll get the occasional hustler knocking on your door trying to sell maps or whatever but other than that its a good spot to rest at

It is a travelers place of dreams. It has the cheapest gas in the area. Carls jr. Is right next door. The staff is extremely friendly. The store which is well-lit and sparkling clean has everything a traveler might want including every possible snack on the planet.Plenty of parking for any size rig!

Great place to do your 30 minute break on the fuel island, fuel desk is lazy and doesnt care worst staff of all TAs in the country.

Great pit stop even for passenger cars. Grab a hot shower for $15, big enough for 2 people. Big parking lot, plenty of snacks hot coffee and cheap gas.

We pulled into this ta because we got an engine light coming across the desert come to find out it was the dreaded def system. After the initial crazy talk about replacing everything like these shops tend to do we came down to earth and had the filter and gasket cleaned and everything was fine. I want to highlight mechanic lugo for providing excellent service and recommending the replacement parts for the future. They still got theyre 3 hours labor but that was expected and we didnt leave feeling violated... Full disclosure we get lots of work done by ta

Awesome clean plenty of walking room inside to stretch your legs in air conditioning instead of the record heat! Staff was great because I do not remember them at all so they were doing their job. Lol seriously I just stretched my legs and used the rest room.

Good selection of drinks hot and cold. Clean bathrooms. You can find Arbys , Popeye, and Taco bell.

Crazy place will not go there for gas again. The guy getting the trash almost ran in to a pickup people leaving there vehicles and going shopping. Sat there in li e for at least 45 min. To get fuel. Didnt go inside so have no idea how it was inside

A usual truck stop with plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and rest rooms where clean. If you need a truck wash or trailer washout you can get that here. Other than that nothing really stood out so thats why Im giving 3 stars.

Made a reservation on the app to get a tire changed on a trailer a full 90 minutes ahead of time. Was told upon arrival it would be another 30 minutes. Then I got s call saying it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. Thank you. You have successfully completely defeated the entire purpose of scheduling ahead. GFY.

Always clean and courteous here. Its very roomy and the bathrooms are big and a lot of stalls and toilets which seemed to be maintained well. The only problem Ive ever had was with the security guard at night time hes super nosy and really rude and he gets in your face about whatever he thinks is happening and hes really rude like I said and its unacceptable but they dont do anything about it they keep him around for some reason thats all I got to say about this place dont go there at night time

As a truck driver by trade i always stop at truck stops when we travel. Truck stops always have more fuel islands and multiple restrooms that are clebed every hour. Stopped at The TA for the frist time in years and i was not disappointed. Quickly fueled and the family used the restrooms. Also got an air tire gauge to check my tires. Quick fuel stop, clean restrooms and easy access to the highway. Cant go wrong with that.

Stopped for gasoline because it was posted with lower gasoline price... but that was only for the regular. The 91 octane was much higher. The pump didnt take the card, had to pay inside. Mini-mart is well stocked

Hard to find the restroom. Popeyes chicken is good, but dont get the shrimp. Its hard to find the shrimp in the breading . The jambalaya is terrific.

Taco Bell employees always look mad or sad. Coffee refills are 2 dollars lol everything overpriced might as well go to loves.
