I am only going to state facts. I took my truck in around Christmas. Was told transmission needed rebuilt and needed u-joints. I was told that if he could get parts I should have my truck in a few days..that turned into a week then a month...always some sort of problem..nothing to do with me or the truck then it almost two months and I get a call. Yep you need u-joints .I told him he already told me that and I already paid to have all the work done. He says oh it does say that on your invoice. I will have to order the parts..another week passes...just shy by a few days, two months he had my truck. I picked it up to discover Rats had gotten into my truck at his shop ate a hole in the seat and left many droppings behind..I give them two stars because I enjoyed chatting with them....

I came there after having trouble putting my transmission mount on myself. They swiftly did the job with accurate and quality results, they are professional and friendly. They were able to do what I needed and I will definitely use them again soon for my other engine mounts.

Took 5 months to get my vehicle back and I had to call to get updates. Also had to be somewhat rude to get it back and the problem was not fully fixed so i have to take it elsewhere to find out the exact issue.. also had mouse droppings throughout the vehicle when did finally picked it up and teeth marks under the cupholder. Jd is friendly but has poor time management in my experience.

Does not like to stand behind his warranty. He put sterling bearings in the valve body of the trans on a 4l80e. There is not supposed to be any ots all electric

Its been 5 months paid in full! now I have to go to the police and court to get my jeep back and I dont even know where my transmission is at!

Trust this guy with all my vehicles. They give all they can to yale care of their customers. Both vehicle and pocket book. I send my customers to him for transmission jobs knowing he will take care of them. So if you want real mechanic work with reasonable prices talk to Jd. He will get it dunwright!

Jd is not a good guy, he has lied so many times and made every excuse in the book. Dropped my truck off for tranny rebuild and it failed within 1000 miles , it’s under warranty but has been sitting at his house for months, I now have to take court action on him because he’s not doing the work. He has told me many times it will be finished this week, or he will call in 2 days for me to pick it up. Months later I drive by an my truck is still in the spot I left it in out by the street. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! Or get everything in writing because you will have to take him to court

Dishonest, how u going to sell something with no title and band aid a transmission when ur offer transmission service him think bout that folfs
