Amazing with my children.

Taking classes here is among the best things I have ever done in my life.Ive been taking classes on and off for about three years now. I signed up because my brother used to attend when I was a child. They taught things I couldnt find elsewhere(and I looked). When I discovered the teacher was the same teacher, I signed up with few reservations.I started classes with severe lung, back and flexibility problems, yet I was not turned away or ridiculed. I was allowed to grow and push myself to new limits. I experience a mobility, flexibility and ability to protect myself that I have never had in my life. I am surprised over and over at the results.It is a family environment with a focus on safety, self-defense over show-boating, and personal improvement. My experience there has indirectly saved my life more than once.As a side note: Im hard pressed to get as good of a workout on my own, compared to in-class.

A highly recommended martial arts school, owner, and training! My son learned excellent self-defense, confidence, respect, and discipline there in the 1990s. Wish they had a school in Elk Grove CA for my grandkids.
