Granted full disclosure I have a art/computer engineer background and my father is the welder of the family. I am able to strait up rebuild power supplies for high voltage applications. Dad works during the week and I wanted to get his old welder back up because why not we need to patch a few things and it would be nice to learn a new thing.Story: I called these guys around noon April 16 2021 and I wanted a estimate for Lincoln Electric 3200 HD the guy over the phone informed me that ya we could order the part for you. So I said, great because its something wrong with the wire feeding system so I would just need that replacement part. Dont know what the sticking point was but he couldnt give me a estimate of the part even though I provided the correct name. He didnt ask for a specific model number or inform me that they dont look up parts we only take in model numbers then order it from Lincoln Electric directly. Instead I was talked down to so I made myself crystal clear on what I needed because the motor the drives the feeding unit sounded a little strained. How much would that be. I was given a off the top estimate when he consulted another gentleman off the phone of 400$ on something that isnt even worth that much.I was recommended this place by my brother since he does industrial technology and deals with these men all the time. Now I am just not going to deal with this gate keeping mentality.

I get 12oz paintball tanks filled here that I use with an adapter for a SodaStream. ~$5 per fill. I usually go Saturdays and there is almost never any wait. Highly recommended.

Called in Friday for filled bottle pickup on Saturday had it ready and out the door fast. Competitive bottle prices and gas is gas no matter where you go Tri mix is high but will be back to buy a c-25 gas filled bottle to own would not think of going anywhere else

My personal favorite welding supply shop in Fresno/ Clovis. Bottle swap is super quick and mig wire is almost half the cost of Praxair. The guys at the counter are always ready to help. The location is convenient for me as well.

I went in at a bad time. Only 1 guy covering the store. Inside and out. Everybody else at lunch. Had to wait 15 minutes for a couple of small items.

Super quick and cost-effective service, the guys here had my tank of Argon at my van before I was even done paying, and they saved me $60 over the next cheapest shop in town. Steel prices are going up, therefore tank prices are too; pop by Barnes sooner, rather than later, when theyre forced to join the other shops in raising prices.
