Best customer service around. Good stock competitively priced. Much prefer shopping here than in the Big Box stores. Highly recommend!

95% of the times lve been helped very quickly. The back key counter can be a little slow. However, every one here is very friendly and helpful. They are excellent on returns, usually no problem at all. Very good spot to get fix it items if youre in a hurry. Very well rounded selection. A little bit of everything in small quantities. Nice hardware section.

Very clean and wonderful staff. I was approached by 4 different employees asking if I needed help to find something. I cannot remember the last time workers were that helpful in a store. I went looking for brass fittings and specialized bolts. Since OSH closed I havent been able to find a store to fill its void, True Value does have a smaller inventory of the same.

Great small hardware store. Functionality of the old OSH. If your list is small shop here. Usually find what I need. But browse so you know what else is here. Great for small quantity nails, screws etc. Family used to own Fresno Ag. Know what theyre doing! Friendly and helpful.

Great service from such nice staff. When I asked if they had a particular item they walked me to the aisle and found it with me rather than just tell me what aisle and let me search on my own.

Good local store, has most basic things you dont feel like driving to big box for.

Some things are too High & some can save u if u can go smaller. I just bought a 36Wire trading cage down the street, & true value hade a 24 on sale @ 30$ difference. I thought some stuff was too high in the gardening tools. But you pay for guilty there NOT price.But when ever pennies counts youll go for CHEAPER so as to get more.

This store really surprised me true value Ace hardware. They have almost anything the large hardware stores have. They are well supplied and theres always a cashier available or someone to help you. I live very close since we moved and from now on I will go to the store if I need anything.

The customer service is poor. Everytime I have gone in to this store (evening hours) I was never greeted by any employees or asked if I need assistance. Two employees were available at the checkout counter each visit. They were clearly available. They clearly could see me from the counter. Is customer service dead?

Great COVID procedures, very helpful staff. If you need a bolt, screw or anything else quickly this is the place to go.

This little store has saved me hundreds of dollars, they will help you do things yourself if that is what youre looking for. More than once Ive come in thinking I knew how to fix something and the staff has suggested the pros and cons to doing a task/job my way vs their suggested way. I have only been talked down to once, by a male associate and have just sought out other employees for assistance instead. I am more than happy to pay a buck or two more for items if it saves me a trip to the big box store where I can never find anyone to answer a question.

This store practically has everything. From lawn mowers to cinnamon rolls yall. Its really clean inside. The employees are nice & friendly.

Very helpful workers, price for my purchase was too high. $40.00, too much for 1 gal of rubbing alcohol.To answer your question it says 80% rubbing alcohol. Which I felt was a little high for just 10% more alcohol. It was all I could find in your store, after checking all the places I was told you had it. I was in desperate need for it so I bought this one.

I went in today to pick up a Stihl chainsaw. This is my second time in this store to take a look at the chainsaws. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. I was contacted a few times by staff to see if they could help with anything. I looked at another local store for stihl chainsaws. Clovis True value has a better selection with all of the products in stock.

Excellent expert advice. Thought I needed a new cartridge for my shower, but was told to try cleaning the old one and reinstall it, and thats all it needed. Saved $20 by not getting a new cartridge. Prices may be higher than Lowes, but in the end, service and advice outweigh the price differential. Very satisfied.

Store was well stocked and presented well. Personnel welcomed you into the store, after that no more contact. Cashier asked me if I was in their companys customer service system. I said no, cashier offered no assistance in joining.

I recently bought a 1 Orbit Anti-Siphon sprinkler valve from Clovis True Value that, after installation, unfortunately required immediate replacement. Adam, the service manager of Clovis True Value, kindly made a personal visit to my home and brought a new replacement unit, which he also installed for me -at no charge at my home. This kind of outstanding and exceptional customer service made me an instant customer for life of Clovis True Value. Thank you Adam, and all the kind and supportive staff at Clovis True Value!! :)

I have had two different kinds of experiences here; when there are nothing but women working, they are accommodating, informative and clear in their manner of assistance. Whenever I have asked anyone male who works there, they are cocky, arrogant, have given me bad instructions... They are so stuck in their own procedure, they cant seem to understand the questions I have asked. If I were an expert, I wouldnt need help to begin with. The inconsistency in service here is disappointing. I never know what Im gonna get when I go here, and the bad experiences are 3:1. Really need to work on that.

Big things come in small packages. Lots of selection for a small store.Staff is awesome, very courteous, patient, and genuinely listen, they offer multiple solutions to almost any project. 👍👍👍
