I came in on a Tuesday and ordered six hats with my company logo just like I have for the last seven years. She told me the wait was the standard two weeks which I told her wasnt going to work for me so she said she could have them done by Friday. Its been a month and Im still waiting. I was told there was a problem getting the hats I wanted so I ordered different ones (ones she texted me pictures of and told me she could get). I called at the three week mark and was told they were only able to get two of the six. I cant believe Im still waiting after all this time.

Ordered face masks and t-shirts as part of the Mountain Strong fundraiser. I was initially sent wrong sizes and quantity of my shirts, but I called them up and they very quickly took care of fixing my order. I was shocked by how quickly my missing items were sent out to me! Thank you for having such a wonderful fundraiser to help the mountain community!!

M & M was a delight to work with! Their customer service is prompt and polite, they were able to provide us with a sample of the logo before moving forward and they were able to finish our order so much faster than I anticipated!I work in a medical office and we ordered scrubs from a retailer that is not affiliated with M&M. We had about 200 tops that were separated and bagged by the retailer with the employees name on each bag. I had never used M&M before and was worried that they may not be willing to keep them organized during their embroidery process. I had no reason to worry because they took the time to re-bag everything perfectly! I appreciate that they went above and beyond what they are expected to do and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had an extremely important order, we were late to pick up it up, (past 5pm) and they had already closed. They came back an HOUR after they had already closed on a Friday to allow us to pick up our order. I was almost in tears thinking we were screwed.M&M saved us!!! AMAZING. Old town Clovis way of life type stuff. I really appreciate this company. Thank you again. Highly recommended

Your brand did not keep the words of your facebook video. None of this is true concerning my experience with this company and this customer review. It wasnt as much about ownership of a imperfect job that I am unsettled with, its the way I was treated! Will be making a consumer complaint with FTC and rating Better Business Bureau. If I feel up to the fight I will be filing a complaint in small claims as well. Bad service, and even worse customer treatment. Im guessing you owners were only speaking of the customer service you give the big companies, not the community. #Nostar. Dr. G.

Had a great experience. They made our family reunion tshirts for us and they came out looking just as expected. Very good quality and the shirts have held up well through wash after wash. Ive had my shirt now for about 5 years and it still looks new. I recommend them to anyone.

Not happy with the service at all initially we were told it would only take 1 week it turned into 3 weeks didnt even give us a courtesy call to let us know it would take longer than expected every time we called it was a different excuse as to why it wasnt ready I really would have appreciated a call to at least let me know why it was taking so long
