They have always taken good care of us. On time and very helpful. While there I saw them give a piece of 36 round glass to a couple for their wedding wine barrel. Just because they had it and it fit perfectly. Businesses dont give that kind of assistance anymore.

They are busy so they may not get to you right away. But they are good about call you back, and the service is good. Ive used them twice now.

Needed window replaced. They replaced glass quickly , I brought broken window into facility. Did not have to sleep w a broken window in my apartment I was very pleased. I brought window 30 mind before closing and they were able to replace quickly.

Waiting over 4 months for a window replacement. I understand the issue with the product being back ordered from the vendor, but just saying wait longer is not a valid way of doing business.Please offer your customers something if that does happen, or better yet think of something else that can be done. This was the most ridiculous vendor I have ever worked with. Would not recommend them to be used or would use them again.I understand the restrictions with covid, but after you receive payment, maybe remember the people buying from you are your customers, and try and do something for them.

Everything went sour from the start. It took 8 months to complete job. My glass was late to find that they were late ordering my glass. Upon installation i noticed that glass was not what i had ordered when asked they claimed the glass i ordered wasn’t available well then i should have been informed from start but wasnt. Install techs were rude to my wife. I informed them that due to covid and my wife being high risk due to health they needed to wear mask at all times they of course ignored me. They damaged glass frame during install and tried to hide it i would call be informed they would research call me back whichbof course was the brushiff do not do business with these people worst experience of my life

I didn’t want to believe that bad reviews, but they really do have bad communication and when you ask about the process of the windows they are very vague. They told me it would be a 4 week wait so I waited until the 5th week I called and called everyday after that because of the vague answer give by Randy “I’m still checking on the warehouse” until the 6th week and no windows because my sales person didn’t answer a few questions warehouse had about the measurements. They were very quick to take half of my money but didn’t care after they took it. I requested my money back so I’ll be back to update this review but don’t waste your time and money here just go with someone else.

Awesome, experienced people? they must have been out to lunch when I was there 3 weeks ago I got the same guy Pa Houa had assist him (I use the term assist loosely). I try my best 2 give people the benefit of the doubt because thats just messed up and it can really get 2 u. Im sure Clovis Glass has some very awesome and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately I didnt run into any of them while there. 🤔

Excellence in (1) making available exactly what we had in mind, which involved their selecting products from two manufacturers, to replace an odd size sliding glass door with a french door and two coordinating screened sidelights, then (2) working with the manufacturers to ensure products used were without flaws (which involved their sending back items, more than once, to obtain perfect products, before installation), and (3) a first rate installation job. Everyone at Clovis Glass with whom we interacted was professional, conscientious, and considerate. We now have the functional and exceptionally attractive addition to our home that we anticipated, to enjoy every day.

I went into Clovis Glass to inquire about retrofit windows and to get a quote. Mike came out to measure my home and said he would get my estimate right out to me. It has been over 3 weeks, I have called 3 different times and left voice messages, left messages with the girls at the desks, no one has returned my calls. They dont want my business, they have made that clear. I have moved on...I wouldnt waste my time here. They have no knowledge sales staff in the sales room.

Had someone come to give estimate. Week went by didnt hear from them. Called sales guy Randy. Said he would get right back to us. Another 10 days went by. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course he wasnt in but I left a message and my phone number. Well that was 48 hours ago. Useless. Terrible customer service and this was a big job. Whatever you do do not use this company.

Went to Clvis Glass for a simple sliding glass door lock. The lady at the counter there was very prompted and very personable. Great price on the lock. I was very satisfied. I have used them before for window glass and got the same kind of professional service.

Clovis Glass replaced all of my windows and patio door about 20 years ago. It was a great experience! Recommended them to all my friends and family. For 20 years! Now I need service. The customer service guy shoved me off to the manufacturer. My problem isnt even a warranty issue. Still need service. Ugh!

Clovis glass has dropped the ball again. I had one of there tech come out last Wednesday to measure for new windows and he told me he would sent the quote via email the next day. So Monday rolled around and I called to see what was going on and why they couldn’t send a simple email to me. But they couldn’t give me any answers. So I called back yesterday to see what the hell is going on, and still no email on my quote for windows. I would not recommend this company. How hard is it to send an email. Very disappointed. You lost my business for sure!

Dunno if they are too busy, or just dont want my business... walked in, called and emailed, but never even got a quote. guess my money isnt green enough for them?

Today was a very special day. These men were beyond exceptional. Brent, Willie, Nang, Jośe and David, were quite professional, meticulous, great communicators, kind, polite, experts in their field, and very clean to boot. They made our day stress free and remarkably much easier than we expected. I am so pleased with these hard workers. Through 105F+ they did not slow down. They persevered and still came out with the smiles in a picture for us.These gentlemen just proved that its not only about the bid. Its all about the hard workers that care about the quality of their work and the people they serve. They didnt hesitate to exemplify their personal integrity. I called them first to get an estimate to repair windows on a rental I own, they came out & gave me an estimate. I then called with my own measurements & asked what they would charge for replacing the windows. They emailed me an estimate. I was finally ready to move forward & called to schedule the window replacement since I had been talking to them & was told I would be charged $35.for measuring my windows, I made an appt with them but everyone said no one charges for that which I thought was weird too. So I called to cancel & told them why & was told I shouldnt have been told I would be charged $35. For measuring & estimate because that is only when they are giving an estimate for repairing windows not replacing them. I said well thats weird cause I already had you guys come out & give me one for repairing them & I wasnt charged, so long story short I felt like they did it because they were annoyed with me for calling a few times but my circumstances changed so I was able to afford the replacement but I ended up going with another company that did it for me for way under what they had quoted me anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had Clovis glass out to home in May of this year and it seemed like they were going to be a great resource for us. They looked at our sliding glass door removed and cleaned and photographed the rollers and told us they would order the rollers and come back and replace them. We had not heard back from them, so 5 weeks ago we called and asked about the rollers, at that time we were told that would check to see what happened and give us call back. As of today we still have not heard back. Called back today, spoke with Rachel, asked to speak with supervisor, Rachel said she would have me speak with Roberta and put me on hold and somehow we were disconnected. They have not call us back. Terrible customer service!

A man named Frank came out and measured my patio door for a replacement door. He told me to go into show room and pick out what i wanted then pay 1/2 down to order doors. So i went into show room today. I was so disappointed. I was first helped by a lady, then handed off to a man that was supposed to be the expert. I was interested in a more expensive door but needed a 10 ft. Opening (mine is 8 ft.) I told him that was doable in my space. Then he informed me that it would be my job to find someone to enlarge opening (no suncontractors??) So i said forget it, ill stay with the 8 ft. Then i was told i had one optin of door with choice of two different frame edges. This was still only half my budget so i had to ask about upgrades. He put on 4 added upgrades and i ran out of options. Worse sales experience of my life. I practically had to beg him to take my money. Was not shown or even offered brochures with other options. Only good thing, i got a decent door and kept my extra 2000 in my pocket. 🤔

Terrible service. We went in a few days ago wanted to discuss our window replacements throughout our house and did not receive much assistance at all. One of the employees walked us through a few models and quickly said he’ll email us a quote and did not seemed to provide any further assistance in person. It felt like we were rushed out of the facility and not wanted. We were told to expect to receive an email of our quote within 20 to 30 mins. It has been a few days later and we’ve received no communication yet - not that we cared anymore. Perhaps we were judged by our appearance. We took our needs to Lowe’s instead and received a much much better experience and treatment.

I was mowing the yard when a rock shot out and broke my patio door glass. Called a couple of places and Clovis glass was opened on Saturday and had what needed. I took my frame to there shop and they had It put back together in 15min. Thanks to Ron and everyone there that helped me out👍

Clovis Glass will not honor its warranty for windows they sold. Horrible & frustrating customer service, or lack thereof. Ive had every stall tactic from the supervisor ranging from...we dont show you ever being a customer, are you sure it was CG that was at your home, cant find your file, etc. Ive been dealing with them since Nov. 2016. Technician said it would be an easy process, at least he was professional. I got the manager involved in Feb. 2017 he assured me that they would have the issue resolved. Instead I get an email Mid March from the manager saying that since they cannot meet my expectations in this service process CG will no longer be involved and I need to deal with manufacturer. Which is great because CG has half of the order sitting in their warehouse. Thanks Clovis Glass for the worst warranty experience Ive ever encountered.
