Love this place more than any other coffee shop. Sugar free options are great I always get a carburetor, sugar free tuxedo style with domino shots adding another shot of white coffee and coconut milk. A little pricey for a coffee drink but so worth it to me. For a quick pick me up I order a lightly sweet dark chocolate domino dub shot with a splash of coconut milk, yum.

Brand new location and it is very convenient but be prepared for a long line but it also depends what time during the day.Always be prepared with their newly released application on Android and iOS for stickers and promotions.Was busy in my first time here but they got it out quick.

Fast freindly service offers 2 drive threw lanes. Parking can be tight but not bad. Great prices way better than Starbucks.

Went to this location at a fairly busy time. They had 2 employees outside taking orders. Some time passes, and the line doesn’t move. We start to wonder what’s wrong because there’s 6 cars in front of us, and we haven’t moved yet. A little bit longer, and still nothing. Then, their baristas start bringing out the drinks to each car. Apparently they had a new trainee that had to remake a drink, so it was causing a pause. The whole line of cars (probably 9-10) hair their drinks, and were ushered out. Wonderful customer service. They did a great job!

Dutch Bros is the only coffee I drink. I love how flavorful it is without having to add a million different things to it. The lines are crazzzzzzy, but it’s because their drinks are so good!My favorite thing about Dutch Bros though, is the customer service. They have the absolute sweetest, most down to earth, and genuine people working for them. You can tell they really love their jobs. Unlike some others popular coffee destinations, the baristas always have a smile on their face, they chat with you like they’ve know you their whole lives, super nice. That’s why I’ll wait in those lines. It’s not just good quality drinks, it’s the whole experience. My friends who don’t have one near them, go every single day, sometimes more than once a day, when they come and visit. Highly recommend!!

The staff is very friendly and nice. They cant seem to get my order correct. More then half the time its wrong. My daughter had the same experience. I ask for hot and I get cold sugar cookie latte. I ask for sugar free as possible and I got black coffee. I asked for sugar cookie latte and got a mocha whatever that was so sweet I couldnt drink it. Last time I came back to have my order corrected had to wait for my coffee until everyone else got theirs. If you make a mistake, your coffee should be remade first! I had already waited in line for 20 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix my drink. I think I may end up driving to the Palm and Herndon location even though the Fowler and Herndon location is much closer.

City needs to do a better job when allowing businesses like Dutch brothers in a parking lot. Line is always a mess. I pulled up today, last one in line and this girl runs up to me and started yelling ah! Ah! Ah! you have to come from that direction! pointing the other way. I have no desire to argue with a stressed out coffee shop worker first thing in the morning.

30 minutes to move 10 cars through the drive through. Ive crossed international borders that were less of a hassle than getting coffee here.

Its a shame this location, and probably all of them, dont allow walk up service anymore; despite having a window for it. Its likely due to Covid Im sure, despite being outdoors, distanced, masked, etc.I work nearby and take walks on my breaks. I would love to just walk up and get a cup, vs making a special trip in the car just for coffee. Ill stick to my break room coffee till then.Like all Dutch Bros, theyre friendly and the coffee is good. So looking forward to coming here more than the one time. Until then, its the Starbucks inside Vons for me.

Ive never really had a bad experience at Dutch Bros. This time I tried the orange dream (I think thats the name of it). It was delicious! It tasted like an orange and vanilla popsicle. Cant wait to go back and try something new 😁

They had people taking orders outside to help keep the cars moving along, and yet they were all very friendly and helpful, and the ice coffee was nice.

Drinks got smaller and it seems like they put a lot more ice in their drinks now, especially on the rebels. They started out at 6$ for a large and are now $7.80, thats ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible location. I waited 40 minutes in line for no reason. Cars were spending an average of 5 minutes at the window because they are so unorganized. There was a table full of drinks and the person at the window had to find the right ones. It was unacceptable. Very unprofessional staff. Most of the baristas are very rude and short with you. Most of the female staff was wearing extremely short shorts. You are at work- not a party. They need to up their standards. I dont want to be around that. Too many food safety violations for my liking. I wont be going back.

The people who work there are the greatest always go out of their way to make you part of a family. Smiling all the time.

Only giving them 4 stars because I am broke because of Dutch! 😅 It is worth it though most definitely. Theres so many options for the whole family with smoothies, coffee, teas, rebels and so many different combinations.

The first time I visited this location I had a positive attitude towards this new location, employees were helpful and kind. However, I visited this location again this evening and now might not be back. I pulled up through the drive through on the side where all the cars had been lined up (two lane into one lane drive thru). We were the next car in line, the employee looked directly at us. When the employee was finished with the person in front of us, they looked at us again and then proceeded to go to the vehicle that pulled up about a couple minutes after us. Fine, maybe it was a mistake, understandable, continued to wait until our turn again. However, after the employee finished with the vehicle that pulled in after us, she looked straight at us again and then another car that just pulled up...the employee then went to that car instead. At that point, we left. How long would I have had to wait for my drink if other cars continued to show up?

I love Dutch and will continue to go, but this time around walking up to the window there was 4 gals who looked at the window while walked up, didnt greet me, and turned to continue to making their drinks was kinda rude in my opinion. I will stick to my usual Dutch at Herndon and Palm. 💜💙💚
