I took my cell phone in on a Thursday morning to get the screen fixed, they did not have the part (because I have an LG) so I put down a $100 deposit and was told the part would be ordered and it would be done by Monday or Tuesday by the tech. I go in on Tuesday to get my SIM card to see if I can use it on an older phone (I am self-employed and need my phone for business)and was again told it would be done that day or tomorrow(Wednesday) latest. Do not hear back from Sartech at all Wednesday, so I call Thursday morning and they say it will be done by that afternoon. Get a call that afternoon the wrong part came in and they cant fix the phone, they will have to order the right part for the phone. By that point I wanted nothing to do with this process anymore so I went back and to get my broken phone and original $100 deposit. Wasted an entire week without fixing my phone and on top of that not a single sorry about that when I picked up my deposit and broken phone. Extremely unprofessional, non-communicative, and didnt really seem to care he couldnt fix my phone or that it was a burden for me. I will never go back here nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. First off, I bought a deal off Groupon. When I was at work, I called them around 1:30 to make sure that I didn’t need an appointment. I told him I was off work at 4 and would be there after 4. The man that I talked to said I didn’t need an appointment and the tech would be in store until 5:30. Awesome. The place was super far from me so it took about 20 min. When I get there, he said they didn’t accept that Groupon although they could give me a deal. (The Groupon was for $55 and they wanted $80 and they would throw in a screen protector). Ok fine...I’m already here.. He then goes on to say “our tech left, can you by chance drop it off at 9a?”. I said no I can’t, I work. I called to make sure I could bring my phone after 4. He said the tech thought I would be there at 4 “on the dot”. How am I supposed to be there at 4 when I’m off at 4, and even then I was there before 5 WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 6! Why are their store hours closing at 6pm just to have some guys sitting around telling people they have to come back the next day? This place was a waste of time and gas. HEY SARTECH, MAKE YOUR HOURS 9-4 if that’s when you can actually fix phones.

I am beyond happy to write this review for Sar and his team. I met Sar in the summer of 2018 when I was looking for someone to fix my nieces iPhone screen. He was located across the county from me so I decided to go to someone in my neighborhood.However, I remembered my interaction with him because he was so kind and professional.A month later, I contacted him again because I needed to have some work done to my Mac Book (a 2012 model) that was beyond slow. I thought it was toast. He took it, worked on it, and made it brand new.Another month later, my little niece bought the same Mac Book online and she took it to him to make it as fast as mine! She is so happy!Today, my Brother took his iPhone 7 Plus to Sar due to my recommendation. I brought my Mercedes stereo from LA all the way to Clovis to have Sar look at if. Very fast, professional service he came and opened the shop for me to. About an hour later bam it was done. Fair price and Im a car guru i have my own shop and know electronics this guy is good. He repaired the screen on a 2000$ stereo. Thanks Sar

I installed a new screen on my iPhone and had problem with the connection. I took it over to Sar Tech and within five minutes, Sar disconnected and re-install it successfully; he did not charge me a penny. He was genially professional. I recommend Sar Tech for the prompt service.
