They were so helpful. Had everything ready so we could look at the car, test drive it, and just sign paper work. It was close to closing time and they didn’t rush us at all. They were so patient and helpful. Not at all pushy. Took the time to help set up some of the fun setting in my new Dodge Challenger. They had the best prices in 250 miles.

Just bought my very FIRST car today and I am SO excited! Not long after I got onto the lot Eddie came out and started helping my Uncle and I with picking out a vehicle to test drive. He was great and easy to work with when it came to figuring out my monthly payments. Kurt was also a great help when it came to that and he was very knowledgeable about Jeeps which was awesome! All in all? This was an amazing experience and I hope more people come here to get the same!

Purchased my first Ram from Curt and traded my F-150. These guys had the best prices, I drove 180 miles each way to buy the truck. Curt and I worked out the deal over the phone before I left home, he was extremely pleasant and honest. When I arrived the truck was clean and at the front door, Curt had everything ready to go. I dont love that they require you to pay $1600 for SWAT, but their price couldnt be beat and they were completely transparent about it. I have bought a lot of vehicles and this was one of the best experiences ever. Strongly recommend!

I bought my car from here 1 1/2 years ago. The wait to get an oil change has 9/10 times been extremely long (even when bringing it in first thing on a weekday morning). I recently have had issues with no air flow through my car vents (no heat defrosters or a/c). I called to schedule an appointment and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and was only able to book me an appointment over a month out and cannot guarantee a car if my car needs to be kept overnight. I am a single mother with only one car and I cant even see in the morning when driving my child to school because I dont have any defrosters on my car. I am extremely disappointment with this place and would not have purchased my car from here if I had known the service was going to be this bad.

I cant say enough about the Clovis Jeeps express lube/oil change service staff. Angelo, in particular is extremely attentive to customer needs. He is pleasant and listens to customer issues and/or concerns. I would have given a 5-star rating to this dealership except for my interaction with a particular Service Advisor. I was having an issue with my Grand Cherokees Stop/Start system and needed to add that problem to my upcoming service appointment. When I discussed this issue with this particular Service Advisor, he told that it was normal for this to happen as a host of reasons could render the stop/start system temporarily inoperable. I asked if this was really normal of all Cherokees, he said it was. Ironically, while waiting for my vehicle I heard another customer bring up this same issue. He was told the stop/start battery and system needed to be check. I promptly went back to the Service desk and spoke with another advisor who after listening to my issue, stated the battery and/or relay switch could be causing the system to not operate properly. He added this issue for inspection on my upcoming service visit. I was pleased he listened but disappointed to have gotten such a flippant response from the other Service consultant. Now I know who to avoid on my next visit(s) if I have questions or need help.

Clovis Chrysler sucks. They take forever and never listen to simple instructions. They also won’t do tire alignments. They think they are best and know it all. I’ve sat here for 2 hours waiting on them to just print paperwork out.

I just left the Clovis Dodge dealership and I have never written a review so quickly. We just bought my son a used Dodge at another dealership, because he saw it online and fell in love with it. The car didnt come with a front license plate bracket, as a lot of cars dont now. But, its illegal in CA to drive without it. So we went to Clovis Chrysler Dodge to get the bracket. We fully expected to have to make an appointment for service. When we arrived, we went to the service counter and explained why we were there. He sent me to the parts counter, where we were immediately helped by the nicest woman, who had overheard what we needed over at the service counter. She came outside with us and had a parts employee bring a few brackets out to try, and then had the sweetest technician immediately put the correct one on for us, at no charge! We were literally in and out within 15 minutes. It was the BEST customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Her name was Donna, and it turns out, she is the owner. She truly knows how to treat a customer, and I will definitely be returning the next time we are car shopping. Donna, thank you so much for your help!

Not too happy with last service experience. I waited over a month for appointment to work on a broken A/C during Fresno summer on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee (clearly under warranty). After a day of diagnostics it was determined they would need 3-4 days to complete repairs. I expressed needing a vehicle at day 4 for out of town trip and was told there were no guarantees and they didnt have a loaner vehicle in the event it wasnt finished. I was forced to rescheduled the repair with the soonest available date another month away.... Thankfully fall is near....

My truck was at the dealership for about 2 months horrible customer service about keeping in contact with me about my truck. Not calling me back always having to call back myself and to top it off couldnt even wash my truck after it collected so much dust for that 2 months. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.

I’d highly recommend staying away from getting a jeep. Horrible customer service and the cars are horrible. I can no longer drive my jeep due to issues and they can’t find the fix. The power steering intermittently goes out and the car loses power. They haven’t been able to find a fix and just keep saying they’ll look at it and try finding a repair even though they can’t. Been about 4 months now without a working car and they want me to bring it again without having a rental...

If i could give no stars i would! Horrible all around. The sales team was terrible and the service department is the worst one that could exist and take no responsibility for their horrible actions. Just a bit of why i say this is because they kept my truck for a week and returned it without being put back together. The service manager was a joke! Save your time and money just go elsewhere. Looking to purchase another vehicle but definitely not from this one!

Once again, I made the mistake of allowing my wife to drop off our Dodge at this dealership for a service repair for which they did the original work.Communication was extremely poor, she was told the car would be in the repair bay early (dropped car off at 7:45 AM). By 2:00 we heard nothing, called the shop at 2:30 to learn the car just went into the service bay. Had to request the work stop, went to pick up the car, as Wife had a 3:30 medical appointment she had waited months for. Unfortunately, I had a work assignment 45 minutes outside of town.Technicians, people skills could use a review, If you get Justin, I would ask for another, Wife is so upset, she wants to sell her Dodge car so she never has to deal with this dealership again. I would try to talk her out of it, however, I must agree as this is the third time the treatment of a female has been inferior to what a male receives.

Jason, one of the service providers was great at communicating with me, making sure I was informed on all updates with my car. I did have quite a bit done to it, per regular maintenance, and he was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done and why, how long it would take and certain costs. Called and scheduled an appointment weeks ago for a 9/20 appointment. Gave the man all the instructions that I had concerns about. Dropped my car off on9/19 for the “early” drop off. They didn’t have the list that I gave the service person 2 weeks prior. 4:00 on the 2th I reached out to see when my car would be done to find out it wasn’t ready, as they hadn’t given me the estimate. And after I was given the estimate I was then informed that my car wouldn’t be ready till Thursday! After that I called told the service man to cancel as the is my only mode of transportation and I needed it for work. I got the sob story about being down 5 people etcI fee all that information should have been given to me earlier than 4:00I will be taking my car somewhere else. They didn’t seem to bothered by my decision and informed me that my paperwork would have the part number for the repairs!I don’t understand how thet is good customer service

Dad took our dodge to get an oil change. All went well until we got the car back and it was leaking oil. We took it back and they said that’s not their fault and we would have to pay to get it repaired. Are you kidding me? Just save your time and go with a dealer that won’t rip you off every chance they get.

They refused to serve me based simply on the fact my truck is over 100k miles and I haven’t yet been there.Understand it’s their business and as such they can do as they wish but I’ll say personally when it comes time to buy a new truck I’ll be avoiding they’re lot at all costs due to this refusal of service.Management should reconsider this, Fresno dodge is down the road here... they’re probably a better fit for anyone new to the area

Went to test drive a Ram 1500 and Ram 2500. Was allowed to do so. Every question I had about the vehicle, towing capacity, differences in trim, I had to wait for him to google the answer (not exactly the expertise I expected). After 15 mins, I got the, do you just want to drive trucks or are you gonna do business line. Im trying to buy a $70,000 vehicle and they cant let me spend more than 15 minutes thinking about it? Give me a break. Rude and incompetent. Never returning.

Ive gone in for 2 oil changes and now all of a sudden I cant bring my car in and my husband cant bring his in anymore. Both of us? Why? No explanation just not allowed anymore. Imagine spending TONS of money and not being able to take your car to the dealership for service for no good reason. Avoid these people. Be aware the owner of clovis dodge also owns the fresno dodge so potentially the same issues over there.

If I could rate 0 I would. The owner has a rule that they wont work on my/a jeep if its over 10 years old or over 100,000 miles and has never been in there before. I bought my 2011 stock Jeep JK 2DR, 106k miles (love it) 2 years ago and needed recall work done, they took care of that but in reprogramming the computer I needed to get it smogged. I was going to have them check the codes and make a repair so I could get on with life.... but noooo. They wouldnt have a problem with me trading it in for a new one!!!!! Not going to happen either.

I have to say today i was in there for roughly 3.5 hrs with a 6 month old and a 3 yr old. At first there was 2 salesmen who made me instantly regret going they were aruging with one another quite loudly the younger salesman was absolutely rude to the other worker in front of my 3 yr old but i have to give it to eddy at the front desk by the kids area he was amazing he played with my 3 yr old and was sharing a bag of trailmix and it warmed my heart. That man made my experience a complete turn around and he made my week as well as my sons day so thank you eddy i appriciate you so much for today!

I purchased my Jeep in 2016. Thank you for your kind service, especially since most dealerships are not as kind or helpful AFTER you finish purchasing your car. Making an appointment is not always easy, trying to get service department on the phone takes a couple of tries. Jason in service department is awesome. He helped keep me informed because my work schedule is rather intense during working hours. Happy with the service and the end result.

So i decided to get my vehicle fixed professionally and who better then the dealership. Unfortunately I’m way past the estimated date of completion not once did I got an update call. So a few months back I took my 2019 Ram in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. Well three days ago I purchased new tires and a local tire shop. I went to retrieve the wheel lock for my wheels, low and behold it was not where I had placed it. I looked everywhere for it, including the jack location under the passenger seat. Well it is nowhere to be found. I told the service tech helping me with my appointment and he said they would be able to remove but they would no longer be usable. I agreed because I had taken off work for the appointment and didn’t want to ask for more time off for another appointment. For the life of me I could not figure out where the lug key would have went, then I remembered the tire rotation that I had done at Clovis Dodge Ram. I called the service department to inquire, and was told by the service rep that he would talk to the service manager and call me back, unfortunately I didn’t write down his name, I was walking since my truck was getting tires done. Well I didn’t hear back. I called the following day and spoke with another service rep and explained everything again. He said he would ask around since I didn’t have the name and he would talk to the service manager and assured me I would get a call back. ...Again no call, so I called again the next afternoon, I got the same service rep. He said he had asked around with no success and he had also spoken with the service manager, and the service manger would have had someone come with a master key to get the lugs off and he wouldn’t authorize reimbursement for the locks..... If I had gotten a flat I would not have been able to change my tire and would have had to get my vehicle towed to change a tire..... So in short, the service department removed the wheel lock key (my property) from my vehicle during service at their facility, and then failed to place the key (my property) back in my vehicle. I have been polite each and every time I have called, and can not even get a call back from anyone. Even if you won’t do anything for the wheel locks, at least have a little customer service instead of acting like I did something wrong. Property was removed from my vehicle by Clovis Dodge employees and not replaced.....if you have a choice to go elsewhere, I suggest you do, I bought my truck there and paid for service. and can’t get the time of day......Funny thing is, the tire shop offered to reimburse me for the locks and I spent $1100 on tires, but I can’t even get a call back from a place that I spent $60000. Classy.

Friendly service only reason for 2 stars when I got work done there they had my truck for 2 weeks and still didnt get it right I got the extended warranty service plan which was a couple thousand dollars have to still pay a 200 doller deductible every time they didnt complete the job or ans missed something had to bring it back and now wanted to charge again and there mistake ruined new tires I put on days before the service now Im screwed on 2 tires taking my money elsewhere not getting another vehicle from them 2nd one that was messed up I got from there 2 strikes your out

I recently worked with Jason and he seemed nice at the beginning... he walked to my car with me to make sure I was explaining my concerns correctly.. BUT he was always quick to cut me off in the middle of my sentence.. and this happened from beginning to end of our transaction.. he was always soft spoken, and a little on the patronizing side...They kept my vehicle for 5 day.. and did no work o it because I was waiting on a part form LA that didn’t come in.. When I picked up my vehicle, Jason told me I would receive a call when the part came in because he would keep a “close eye on it”.. until this day.. I haven’t received a call back..Save yourself the headache.. and frustration... do not waste your time and patience with Clovis Jeep.

Should be a Zero rating- worst dealership & management!1st issue: I went in on labor day weekend to trade in my vehicle . My first issue was that after all the research, finding a car, and agreeing on my trade in value, I agreed to run my credit and start the application. The sales man Frank came back with a price that was $7000 more than what the tag on the car showed and he lied about my trade in agreement. I was ready to leave but then they sent over another sales man (supposedly a manger but he wasnt) to help. Long story short I got a different vehicle than the one I had done the application for. The car is great but the salesman are horrible.2nd issue- I returned to have to car washed and detailed like they promised. When I picked up my vehicle they had took a paint chip out of it and failed to let us know. I had to go through a whole process just to have them agree to fix it and I never even got a call from a manager.3rd issue - took my car Im to service to get the paint chip fixed. I was promised a rental equivalent to the car I purchased because I have kids and require at least a mid size vehicle. They didnt have a rental ready, didnt even know why I was there. The they give me a 2 door fiat (very small car) to drive around while I wait for a car or SUV to be returned. I come back and they try to give me a really crappy old Dodge Dart to drive for a week while I wait for my car to be fixed. They said it was that or go to enterprise to rent a van! I went to enterprise and they had several Chrysler vehicle to rent to me. The dealership Doesnt care about you- just saving money!I have yet to receive a call from any manger and I only got an email response because I gave them a horrible review on their survey.This dealership is horrible. Dont come here. I will be taking my business to a different dealership for any services needed. Worst customer service ever!

Beware of un-advertised additional $1500 for the dealer installed SWAT device(GPS/theft tracking). We came down for a vehicle based on advertised online price only to be told (after test drive and initiation of paperwork)that it is standard and non-negotiable. I would have searched elsewhere if I knew I was test-driving a car $1500 more than the advertised price. The dealership seemed proud to have equipped every vehicle with this technology, yet there is no mention of SWAT, nor the added expense on their website.

I went into Clovis Jeep on November 20th. My wife and I decided on a car that we really liked so we went into the office and began negotiations with an associate named Eddie. After some back and forth we decided on a price. Before I began I advised Eddie that I was already pre approved for the price of the car from my credit union and that I wanted to go through them. Eddie gave me a solid offer and in which I agreed with. Eddie then gets up and goes to the managers office. I figured that he was going to go and get the paperwork ready so I could take it to my credit union. Eddie then comes back with a credit application and he starts filling it out with my information. I asked Eddie if he was going to run my credit but he said no it was just to verify my identity. And I guess shame on me for trusting him because he came back with all my credit scores and he asked me to sign a copy, then he proceeds to tell me that just by looking at your scores it looks like we can beat your credit union rate. I began to get upset and asked what this was, because clearly he ran my credit in order to get these forms. I said, You know how this looks right?I thought you were not going to run my credit because I wanted to go through my credit union? I told him. Then Eddie told me Well its just an inquiry. I told him that I was going to go through my credit and then he said that the deal was off because they were going to lose to much money. So I said fine and we walked out. So please BEWARE!! Do not go into this place unless you want to deal with your classic slime ball car salesman who will lie to you to make a sale. Running my credit without permission is really low. And if I could give negative stars I would. Obviously the manager is in on this kind of behavior, so just stay away please.

1/25/20 I took my car for dead batteries. Service advisor called me 5 days later and told me, I have bad batteries. Charged $660 to replace batteries.2/3/20 my son went to pick the car up. Car didn’t start. They said there was a loose cable so jump started the car. He brought car home and parked.2./6/20 I got home from a trip. Batteries dead again.2/7/20 towed the car into dealership. I was told I have a bad alternator. Charged $8002/15/20 I brought the car home. 2/16/20 batteries are dead again.2/16/20 Towed the car back int dealership. 2 weeks later I was told I have bad power board3/5/20 charged me $959 dollars to replace the board.Service adviser told me my power board made my alternator and batteries to go bad too.I am an engineer and I know they lied the first two times and didn’t find the problem. I took the car to another dealership two days before taking to Clovis Chrysler. I have the report stating batteries and alternator were working fine. .beware of them!!!.

Great service experience and this is EVERY VISIT! the little touches are so great...like parking my vehicle pointed to exit so I can get out without trying to figure out myself!!! Thus is such a great touch.. I usually have to navigate through new vehicles to find my way out...having right where I need to exit and pointed in that direction tells me they are trying to make life easier for me and not themselves.. wow! Such a breath of fresh air in this all about ME world!

This unfortunately will be the last time we visit your facility. This is our 3rd negative experience with speed of service and poor communication. My car was in the shop for 3 days before we had an update, which was only received because we reached out to them. After being told that my car would be done hopefully by tomorrow, it was 2 more days before WE had to reach out yet again for an update, and 3 more days until we got our car back. After spending a large amount of money to have the headers replaced, we noticed a hard idle as we drove the car home. We called Jeep and they said to being it back for a diagnostic, but that it sounded like broken motor mounts that were causing the vibration. My concern was, how did my motor mounts break after being in the shop for a week? They ran a diagnostic (more money) and determined it needed new motor mounts, which they did not have in house and had to order (more money and a return visit in 2 weeks.) The next morning I was driving to work and the check engine light came on, we checked the code and it was an evaporation systems error. We opened the hood and there was an evap hose, disconnected, laying there to the naked eye (evap error can cause rough idle.) We called Jeep and inquired how it was possible that they ran a diagnostic on my vehicle to determine broken motor mounts WITHOUT seeing a disconnected hose that was visible just from opening the hood. There was no real answer and they responded that the motor mounts are still going out and will need to be replaced soon. This was an immense cost that we should not have had to pay as the company seemed to be chasing problems and running diagnostics without actually fixing a problem first. We went to Jeep in good faith that you would be honest, upfront, and take care of a Jeep customer and unfortunately not only did we spend an absurd amount of money for things that were not actually the problem, you now have lost 4 customers because of this. We are very disappointed in the continued poor service and communication of Clovis Jeep.

When it comes to replying emails they are fairly quick, but half the time I feel they do not read the email entirely. I’ve answered the same question multiple times but when I ask a question i don’t get a clear response. Also, it’s just travel games with these people. You state a budget they invite you to come “work it out” and it’s no where near the budget in mind . There’s a lot of word play in their written responses so if you have spare time you don’t mind losing, this is the spot

First time I come here to buy a part I usually get my parts at Dodge in Madera never had problems with them I bought a switch for $170 I took it back because it wasnt it the problem with something else never used it but just because the bag was a little bit open the manager in Parts did not want to return my money or even give me 80% of it which other receipt it says 20% restocking fee I will never come here again bad management no customer service at all

Horrible. I will never bring my car to this dealership again! I brought it in for a problem that I believed they caused to begin with from a previous visit. Car was making noise in the front end. I received a call later that they had run my 2014 challenger rt shaker into a pole! They told me that they were going to need to hold on to the car for about a week to make repairs. After a week and a half they had the car back and the paint on the quarter panel did not match the trunk that is immediately adjacent. When I told them I was unsatisfied, I was told that they were unwilling to repaint or do any further repairs. When I contacted corporate, I was informed that this was a franchise and it was necessary to work this out with the dealership. I will never bring a vehicle here again, and strongly suggest no one else does either

My vehicle required a Recall check on emissions control part. The Staff was very courteous and professional! My service rep Lindsay was very helpful!I was treated to all amenities in waiting area until my vehicle was ready. I left knowing my car was taken care of. Very satisfied with the service received will return for all my maintenance requirements for my car!
