We really appreciated his honesty, as we’ve dealt with other salesman in the past that would have just tried hiding the issues in order to get the sale. Robert showed us newer versions of the vehicles we were interested in, that we were in much better condition, and helped us get a great deal. Robert Morales delivered great customer service. I’m in TX and everything we did was through phone and email but he always kept it transparent and informative. There was this incident where they mistook the price ($25 difference) when the paperwork was given to me to sign, I called Robert and he assured to send me the check and later that night the guy who was responsible for the paperwork (I guess financial manager) called and apologized to me as well. They each took the blame which I considered very professional and responsible of them. The check was mailed to me days later.

They not only gave us the information but told us about their services for oil change etc that was cheaper, more inclusive, and done by GM certified techs. We have used their online scheduling for that and other services. Easy to use and to cancel was a quick phone call with no issues. Their notification hits the email and is easily added to my phones calendar. All of this makes for a great experience.

Twice I’ve been there, with an appointment and twice they’ve questioned why I’m there. Last week, I went there while apparently there were recalls on the vehicle. I didn’t know at the time. If they ran the VIN, like every dealer should with every visit, they would have known and they could have helped me. So, instead I have to risk my safety. When I then, the next day, tried to schedule the recall remediation, they had no time available for two weeks.

My husband has gone in twice to service and the first time they said they had to order parts well they had four months to get the parts while he was deployed and they failed to order everything they needed to fix the issue with his truck so we had to wait even longer to get the parts in then once they said they fixed it we took it home and like literally less than a week the check engine light was flashing and back on so we called and took the truck back in and they said they couldn’t pick out anything wrong with it from the diagnostic machine so they drove it and I guess found the issues and changed out what needed to be but now that we are on vacation once again this is the third time it has started flashing and turned on so my husband and I are very disappointed in the service with them. With that being said we will have to and will be taking the truck to someone else while on vacation....

Salesman was pretty straight forward for the most part. I do feel as though the dealership is pretty set in their ways though. Meaning, I felt as though I was being given the run around when talking about trade in allowance. Texas dealerships definitely wanted to offer more. I was recently stuck on the road during a trip from New Mexico to North Carolina. I called Bender Chevrolet, told them my problem, and they were so helpful. AAA delivered my 3/4 ton truck that needed a fuel pump that night. The next morning, they were on it. Jennifer went out of her way to makes sure I got the work done correctly. They offered me extras, but also knew that I was value minded and got me out the door at a very reasonable rate, actually less than the independents. This is using GM parts and repair warranty. They provided a nice lounge to wait, and everybody was very friendly. I cant say enough good about them. If you are looking for a new or used GM product and want someone who is going to stand behind their sale and help you in a pinch, you owe it to yourself to go to Bender.
