I use the Tool Rental portion of the store regularly and it has been a great experience for several years. Knowledgeable staff, good equipment, and fast service. Things like man lifts, trenchers, heavy duty tow behind trailers, augers and much more. JUST REMEMBER TO BRING...1.) Valid CA drivers licence.2.) A credit card or debit card (TIED TO A BANK)~ No Pre paid debit cards and no cash payments accepted!~Remember to hose off the equipment & top off the gas before returning, and Im sure you will enjoy the experience. Home Depot had the same prices as did Amazon so I was glad to get my products in hand and totally satisfied with my shopping experience today. We always find everything we need here. If they dont have it, they will order it. They have delivery. Lots of helpful workers on the floor and they know where everything is! We highly recommend this place! We have bought everything from as small as a washer, to as big as a fridge!

It was cool had a hard time finding the gravity feed paint sprayer which took a good min to find. Also at the cash register I told the lady get all the expenses stuff out the way first n I had 2 chargeable batterys at the reg. N she rang them up last I was all like!!

The lumber guys are lazy and their employees are void of knowledge about products and location in stock. Dont ask for a lumber cut either. 20 minutes is insane to wait.

I love the Clovis home depot. They are all very helpful. Weve been there a few times because were working on a project and everybody recognized us. They say youre back again I say yup I feel like family now.

Employees not much help except self check out assistant. They are very nice and helpful on pricing items and comp. glitches. If you know where to look they mostly have what you need but they are not stocking items they used to.

Im a true fan of HomeDepot I actually prefer them over Lowes. However, everytime i go to this particular HomeDepot everytime I go inside its like Im invisible. I rarely get a greeting and today I went looking for a light. I literally stood there like 40 minutes employees walked by me. The on purpose avoid eye contact walked super fast to avoid me asking for help. Then when I get ready to leave a employee who stood at the end of aisle I can only assume he was there the whole. As soon as a older lady not my color comes in with light bulb that is very easy to find.. She gets greeted and offered help immediately. However the one I was looking I has to find it equivalent and I still ended up with the wrong one. Im a true fan of HomeDepot but I want be going back to that one. They get a 2 cuz they keep a clean store. Where can I find fdl-18le light bulb.

Had a very pleasant, peaceful meal with my mother and niece. Only one other couple dining as well, so due to social distancing the line was all drive thru... very wonderful service and dining experience.

As Ive said before, the in-store shopping experience will always be better than flipping through an app. If I was in charge of Home Depot I would concentrate on making sure that everything the company sells will be available immediately or the next day shipping. This is where they are missing the target...sadly.

Love the smell of Home Depot. Also, I can spend hours at Home Depot just browsing through the shelves. They’re just amazing.

Fantastic.. was looking for a small patio set I saw there last week (should have brought it then,but) and had a difficult time locating one. Called several H D stores with little luck. Contacted Hanna at this store and she was very helpful!!! Took the time and showed she cared and even placed item on hold. Went to pick up and sales people were fantastic as well. Great experience for this purchase.

There was a time where the customer service at Home Depot wasnt worth sharing. Today we celebrate the passing of that time. I have been frequently shopping Home Depot since I started my garden. Each employee seems to genuinely care about the customer experience and checks regularly to make sure everything is being found ok. After saying no, or I have a question, they be sure to tell one where to go, answer the question, or even call someone who can answer the question(s) to ensure the shopping experience is as best as it can be. I leave there feeling like I am able to accomplish the new project at hand, and ready to take on my day.

Get off your phones and do your job. Quit hiring 15 year old children that dont pick up the phone please I need a job they dont theyre moochers.

We were looking for a 12” ceramic and a 12” ceramic look alike plastic pot, I really wanted. In fact, we passed 2 Home Depot’s to go to the Clovis store because the online inventory said there were 12&16 of the pots. The sales person Marci Klipper, in the garden center at the Clovis store #0664, who helped us, went well above and beyond to get us those pots! Really, she was Incredible. Frankly, we’re not used to anyone, in any big box store willing to spend 30 minutes assisting us get two locate something (a $75 sale) she found out where they were stored...up in the rafters, she got one with a ladder, but it was necessary to get a forklift to get the second pot down! We couldn’t believe it, but she had already called the forklift driver for us! We will call Marci for any future Home Depot garden orders from now on. Really amazing customer service. We have a different view of Home Depot now. Thank you Marci Klipper! Sometimes, it really is a little extra kindness, that made all the difference in how we felt today. Paddy and Paul Peters

This is the only location that was stocked with what I needed and its a basic garden supply. They have a self checkout lane that gets you through the line faster in the garden center. Good garden center customer service on the phone to help locate my items availability.

Not 5 stars because we called down from Coarsegold and they said that they had the wood pellets we wanted but they couldnt hold it for us, so we went down to their store(40 miles), when we asked where the product was located, they said that they have been out of stock in their store for that product for some time. So we were about to leave and I spotted the product we were looking for, so I loaded 8 bags of wood pellets for my moms pellet stove, the bags had holes in them so the cashier gave us 50 percent off each bag. Good trip, we got our wood pellets. 👍

They were extremely friendly and helpful for them being 4Females that helped us.

Well if anyone else goes here make sure you look up your own item that your looking for, dont ask the employees, asked 2 of them and they both told me the item I wanted was not in stock and also I could order it online. Well I looked it up and found it myself in the store. So guess from now on Ill do it myself.

Home Depot on Blackstone is extremely unprofessional I had an unpleasant experience with the manager who is absolutely not in the best interest of Home Depot I said thank you I left drove to Lowes in Clovis and was beyond impressed. Ill never go back to Home Depot again

I hate this location, everything from calling over the phone to in store customer service. They are never helpful over the phone nor in person. They really need to improve on everything here. I can never get any help from anyone and they’ll be calling for people over and over and no one comes to help. Not sure if they’re understaffed or just plain lazy, but the wait for someone’s help is always 1/2 hr-1hr, it’s horrible. The employees here are young and inexperienced and others are just plain rude with attitude like the woman who supposedly helps in doors and stuff like that. She’s horrible, heavy set woman. Home Depot needs to improve big time.

My husband and father in law went in and had a million questions about paint , paint guns and primer as we are painting a apartment complex with 0 experience and a young lady I believe her name was Kaylee working in the paint department was beyond helpful she explained the best paint vs primer and one coat paints as well as paint guns. She was very knowledgeable and eager to help!

Its impossible to get through to a specific department on the phone. I was transferred to tool rental about five times and they never answered. After a half hour of trying to get through I just gave up and went to Lowes.

Horrible customer service I had an online order they said it was in stock so I did curbside pickup they took my money and did not find my product and still cant find the product that supposedly two are in stock they need to get their stuff together cant just take a bunch of people out in the aisles if they cant help you

Caught a deal, buy 2 Ryobi batteries and a charger, get any too free. I opted for the new impact wrench that they have. Easily removes lug nuts off my truck with 300 ft/lbs of torque. Best deal out, especially if you already have Ryobi tools
