I come here all the time to buy me the occasional knife to add to my collection. They have a nice selection of foldable and fixed blade knives. Some run more expensive than others but not bank breaking. They also have a good selection of samurai swords from various movies and anime cartoons. The people who work here are always happy to help and show you whatever you want to look at thats in the display case. The rest of the store consists of anime Memorabilia like posters, Figurines and stuffed animals. A great place to come if youre into all that.

Nice little shop in the mall with all kinds of neat swords and knives along with posters and pins and stickers.

I dont know a lot about what they sell there but I know that my granddaughter loves that place so I went in there to get things for her and the young lady at the counter help me get all the things and I know that I wouldnt have been able to do it without her help

I give this place a 3 star rating because they seem to only have flashy merchandise and not really American made knifes and swords. Id really love to see some spring assisted pocket knifes with out all the color. Too flashy for my taste.

This place has always been great. The knives and swords, cosplay and anime are terrific. Most everyone knows how great this place is, but its always nice to reiterate.

Place is cool and all but where do they find these staff workers? I was there today and my gosh the girl at the counter was major depressing and kinda had an attitude. I get that sometimes we dont wanna work but come on at least maintain some positivity for the customers experience jeez.

We love this place. The anime is on point, but their collection of hand held weapons will make any true geek just giddy! The staff is SUPER helpful, and they are always there with a smile. One if my favorite articles is a replication of Sting, from the Hobbit. Just a fun place to see. Although, 9 out if 10 times, I am breaking out my bank card for something awesome.

Love the store, great products, but some of them are EXTREMELY overpriced. And the store seems understaffed. A friend of mine used to work here and she told me about how the owner of the store is also extremely sexist. So keep that in mind when shopping here.

An amazing small shop for anyone looking for some cool items to own, although I’ve moved out of the US recently, I can still recommend to anyone that this store is amazing! The staff is cool and polite, anything you’re looking for, they have it, basically fits the needs of any other competitors! Definitely recommend taking a visit here!

Silkroad is easily the best novelty/knife/collectible store not counting comic book stores. Some movie memorabilia, anime stuff, small knives, clothing and just do much more. The employees are kind and try to connect with their visitors. Its a great store to just roam through and when you do want to buy something the prices are fair. I love this store.

The pictures need to be updated. The shelves were barren.

If youre going to go ANYWHERE in Sierra Vista Mall, you better stop by here. Because the people are so friendly, so helpful, so enthusiastic! And they have a wide variety of things for all ages and people. If you love anime, swords(real and foam) knives, posters, shirts, hoodies, stuffed animals, Pop figures, it goes on and on. This place is amazing. 5 out of 5 easily. 👍💜

I love this place..I went in the other night and I got the friendliest sales clerk, named Victoria...She was so helpful and friendly..I bought a wind chime, and was worried it would get all tangled up, so she packed it for me and it was perfect when I got home..I also bought some tea mugs, which she showed me how to use..The only thing I really miss is they use to carry the Good Luck plants, which they no longer carry...So hopefully they will get them in again , I know alot of other people that would like them as well:)Thanks again Victoria for the great service...

This shop sells nothing but bootleg items. dont waste your time spending money here. i bought a figure from here only to realize it was a bootleg soon after and when i tried to return it they refused to give my money back and said i could switch it for something else when i really just wanted my money. if you want fake and unlicensed things than this is the right place.

They have a number of t-shirts with pop culture references. They sell wallets with pop culture references. They have an extensive selection of knives and swords. They also sell some wall scrolls with anime characters and with Second Amendment Rights proclamations.

Great place for anime merchandise. Things I wished they had: large posters especially Zelda Botw, anime figures of trending anime. I hate to buy online I love to support local, but they no longer have large anime posters.

If you are into Anime or weapons both real and replica you should definitely check this place out.Also they have a pretty good rewards program.

The associate working there I didnt get his name was very helpful. The other associate Audrey spent about 30 minutes shootin the breeze with a friend of hers I was standing by waiting for her to stop and help me but she didnt. She also said she has a friends discount and gave her friend an item in the store for free. Good store good items customer service this day from audrey bad. I will shop here but today she lost out on a sale from me.

One of my favorite shops at Sierra Vista Mall.

The girl who was in there tonight was awful to me!! I purchased two finger claw rings from the store last night with my visa card, I asked the employee if they could be returned if they did not fit, she said yes, I asked if I would be given a refund back onto my card, to which she replied yes. Then tonight when I went in there, I told them I would like to return them, the girl working tonight was a different employee, from the moment I said that I wanted a refund she popped off with an attitude, she said there are no refunds, theres nothing they can do.... and so on. I relayed the message from the previous night, tonights employee decided to call the girl who assisted me before, the girl on the phone then lied and told her that she never said that! I then said I want to speak with the manager, the associate called the manager Roland and, instead of telling him what I had said, she changed the story around and made no mention of what the previous associate had told me, she alternatively told him that I wanted a refund and that I wasnt listening to her, she made no mention of the fact that I paid with a visa, nor did she mention to him what the other associate had said to me, she did not let me speak to him, she would not give me a number to call him, they gave me no information other than his name. The associate tonight did nothing more than continuously give me an attitude and mock everything that I was saying, she was rude, she was mean, and she did not attempt to help me or make alternative solutions to my dilemma. I am disgusted by the way I was treated tonight, I have never had to deal with such an awful person before. I would not recommend ever going in there, unless you want to be verbally abused.
