This office provides exceptional service. I previously had a high quality hearing aid which was not giving me the hearing that I expected. I came to this office in Clive and was given a hearing test which results showed I had a high degree of loss. This office was able to understand the loss I had and were able to engineer and set the technology on a new set of aids to enhance my hearing to a level much higher than my previous aids provided. I am now able to better understand the small voices of my grandchildren, and the improvement using my headset on my work phone is amazing! My overall hearing has also improved providing much clearer conversation with others. I attribute my improvement in hearing to the knowledge of the staff in this office. The staff explained everything along the way, and was friendly and professional always! This is definitely the office to go to get quality, knowledgeable, and friendly service with much improved hearing!

Ultimate Hearing is the best! Since 2016 to present they have been taking care of my hearing. I was amazed at how small the hearing aids were and the color choices. The staff has always been sincere and caring. They really want what’s best for your hearing. No more ringing in my ears!

Michael was wonderful at explaining all the features of the smartphone application to adjust my hearing aids. That has made it easy and fun for me to get used to wearing them. They were also very helpful in working with my insurance company to get the greatest benefit available to me and setting up financing for the balance. I am very happy I went with Ultimate Hearing.

Great service. Had an initial problem with the tips on the hearing aids. The service technician replaced with a different type. Much more comfortable. Training on use and cleaning explained well. My wife knows when I am not wearing them. i dont have to guess at what people are saying.

Very professional office. Tim is excellent at not only his knowledge but of personal skills with his patients. I would highly recommend Tim and his group for any hearing deficiency you may have. I have been a patient for over 3 years.

Making the appointment was easy and everyone was friendly. When I got to the appointment they only had earbuds for the hearing test. I cannot have things in my ears and they didnt have any over the ear headset available- this was not reviewed over the phone as I have only ever been tested with over the ear headsets and I figured that would always be an option available to me. That was only a slight inconvenience and certainly not enough to warrant a 2. What I didnt like was that they took my name and number and made a note to call me when they found an over the ear headset for the hearing test and they never called back - not to reschedule, not to say hey sorry we dont have one/ cant find one here are some other options for testing places. The lack of follow through was thoroughly less than impressive.

The staff and hearing aides are GREAT!! They allow me to hear what I couldnt hear before and best of all, with the Tinnitus Management System I am now able to NOT hear the ringing! First times in years there was silence in my world, it made me so happy I cried!! (Now I think my husband needs a pair.)

I had a very good experience, when I went to Ultimate Hearing, The Regional Director, Michael Lown was very pleasant with me and listened to my problems I had purchased a pair of hearing aids from Sam’s Club in the year 2012 and one of them had broke and Sam’s Club didn’t have that kind, so I saw a newspaper ad about hearing Aids they had at Ultimate Hearing and decided to go there and see what they had, Michael Lown checked my ears and he said he didn’t want to do the test yet because I had a bunch of wax in them, and I have had problems with that for some time, Michael even tried to clean them out, and he though I should go to my Primary Doctor and have him clean them out, I thought that was pretty neat that he tried to clean them out his self, so I got that done and went back on June 26th and purchased the Linx Quattro 5’s and Michael Lown, even said that one I choose had a discount of 250.000 on each aid, and that helped a lot on making my decision to buy them. I have went back for my check up’s and he was very good about explaining how they work and answering some of my questions that I had for him, I now go back in four months, but told me if I had any questions about anything he would be there to help me out.
