I just went to return I purchase I made last week. I had the receipt and even looked online at their policy. When I went into the store, I was asked for my ID. I asked why if I had the receipt and it was under 30 days and it wasn’t required at the time of purchase. They stated it was for security purposes. I’m sorry, absolutely not. I don’t want my information in their system and I don’t see why they’ll allow a charge without one but refuse to return the money without one. The cashier was rude to boot. I absolutely will not be shopping at Toys r US any longer. You need to update your return policy, have it spelled out on your receipts and the website. I just wasted a ton time- we live outside the city and it takes a lot of time and effort to make it into town.

I dont know what people are talking about when they say the staff are terrible. I had wonderful people talking with me and checking out my purchase. Of course its messy, but its a closing sale with lots of people picking through everything. Come back when theres less items for sale if you want a perfectly organized store.

I have a lot of fond memories for Toys R Us. We would go here as a family about once a month when I was a child, and I would even continue to go here as a teenager to purchase video games later on in my life, but the problems for Toys R Us started when they failed to compete with big box stores, and online merchants and no longer offered anything special that you couldnt buy from just about anyone.Ill miss Toys R Us, mainly because I wont get to share it with my own child, but I understand why it is going out of business.

Great selection of toys for all age ranges. Lots of American girl dolls and paw patrol. Most everything is 30% for store closing. Other items are 10% - long wait for checking out, though.

So glad that this location is closing. Staff has always been rude and acted to busy holding down the counter to actually help customers, prices too high and store is always cluttered and disorganized. Frequently the store would receive exclusive items for various things and they would sell the items before the official street date or claim to be sold out as the employees bought them all. Good riddance, can we please make this location a KB toys.

Great selection of products. My suggestion is to buck-up and don’t whine to customers about the chain’s problems. One and done.

Bought 2 bicycles for my kids. They both broke. Had a horrible time returning them. They did not honor the extended warranty and also did not refund it with the bikes. The bikes were less than a week old.

Some of the middle areas are too small to fit 2 carts down. Some areas a dark. But overall the place was clean and very well orginized!!! And we found some great deals for our daughters birthday

After going to their close out sale, I can understand why they had to close. The merchandise on sale was still really expensive. I never had enjoyed shopping there as the employees always act as though you are bothering them when Ive asked for help.

Well he was so pissed he wanted to speak to a manager when he brought that up thats when a scanner was thrown right by my head along with a pin and stapler. No wonder they went belly up. All I can say is I felt really bad for this guy. If you make the mistake fix it. Its not the customers fault you jacked his sale up. And another tip TAKE SOME ANGER ISSUES CLASSES! Before you get sued for hitting someone up side the head with you throwing items.

Okay to shop at. Ive found lower prices at most dept store, but they say they do match the price. If it gets busy the wait at check out can take awhile. I miss the 90s ToysR Us.

Obviously a huge selection, hence the store name. Extremely disappointing was the fact that at least 3 items we picked up had incorrect price tags next to them. My friend who was doing the purchasing was too nice a person to raise a fuss but when several items are in the wrong spot and the total is about $100.00 more than expected it tends to make me more than a little irritated. Help people out and put your pricing on the item itself as well as the shelf tag.

Store is going out of business. Deals are still on the low end for items worth getting. Staff doesnt care about your experience.

They lied to me to sell a replacement plan. They would not look up my receipt after I moved and misplaced it. The manager had a nasty attitude and told me to look the receipt up online. They did the purchase under my mothers reward number who wasnt even there during the purchase and no one bothered to ask if my name was the rewards number name. This caused me to have a crying and devastated toddler because the store was too pathetic to do their job. I will never purchase from them again.

The store is under new management now. It much cleaner than in years past, and Tim says theyve fixed the retun policy. The customer service person I talked to tonight was freindly and attentive. Maybe theyve turned a corner?

Still have a good selection right now during the liquidation sale

The store was okay at best. I felt a lot of items were out of place and was unorganized and messy. The customer service was not good. When I checked out the girl at the counter didnt greet me, ask if I found everything ok, or even acknowledge me until she told me my total and I did receive a thanks.

Im going to miss this place when its gone.

Workers try to be helpful, but most employees do not seem to know the store merchandise very well. From previous visits they seem to have a higher turnover rate than other retail stores.

The store is well kept and the prices arent to expensive. Best Amiibo display Ive seen and the employees are helpful and kind.

ToysRus let me down over the holidays I was standing out in the snow waiting for hatchimals and about an hour before they opened a clerk csme out and said all hatchimals and nes had been claimed.....the store hadnt even opened and this the first day of the ad. So I drove an hour in the snow to stand outside in the cold for nothing. I did eventually get a Hatchimal but not from ToysRus and they lost my business by the way they handle this years hot toys. Allowing people to claim them before the day on shelves is not fair business in my opinion.

When I was a kid I had several fond memories coming here over the years. They definitely have a wide selection of toys. This store doesnt have the best management though. It might have something to do with me growing up, but I dont like going here anymore.

Ive purchased some toys from this particular store and the customer service was quite unsatisfying. Ive also heard some of the employees exchange swear words with each other. This is suppose to be a kids store for gods sake. I suggest anyone to shop either Online or a different Toys R Us store.
