Do not order a computer from this company. I ordered a computer and paid for it. I NEVER received my computer and they did not refund my money. I have left messages and sent emails regarding my refund with no response. I am very disappointed because when I did speak to some one they seemed very nice and willing to correct the mistake of not sending me my computer and refunding my money.

Ordered a laptop from here in late August for my brother. I never received a call or status update, so I stopped by the store in early December. They promised to get my PC in, in a week or two, no call or update. I stopped in again in mid December, they promised a status update in a week. No call or email. I called the store three times and left two separate voicemails, none were returned. I had to stop by the store, yet again, to ask for a refund. They processed my refund while I waited.

** AVOID AT ALL COST**5 stars a year ago. .5 stars today. Too bad, I really did have an awesome experience the first time around. Sad to say thatI am currently having an awful customer experience. After reading other reviews it seems I need to put a stop payment on my order. From full vm to no call back. I can understand things come up but I cant even get the excuses some others have gotten. Ill look elsewhere.

Service was impeccable! I came to purchase a laptop for my soon to be college freshman. We had no idea what we were looking for and Kevin was extremely informative about all our options and add on features. To top it all off I spent almost $250 LESS than I would’ve at another retailer. Definitely will be back.

Wanted to leave a quick note that these guys do an awesome job. Had an issue with a laptop I purchased and needed it fixed quickly. They were able to swap out the hard drive in my non-working laptop into a working unit and get me back on my feet. They were very friendly and had me back out the door and working on projects for school again in under 20 minutes. Good value and service, check them out.

I have never had a problem with this team. I usually just go to the store and pick out what I want. I dont need fancy computers and with pandemic I am sure he got hit hard with orders as people were staying or working from home or school. I call for a part and Kevin will call me back and said when to pick up.

Always friendly. but there customer service is a 2 they dont update you. i paid for a custom pc with a eta of 7 to 10 buisness days starting on the 27th of january 2021 its now feb 17th 2021 and ive asked for a refund due to my order not being completed in a timely manner. ive only had excuses since my 2nd email to them and never get a hold of them by phone.1 star rating and only becuase hey are polite.

Wanted a Gaming Computer for the Son for Christmas! Was told in order to get before Christmas I needed to come pay for it This was 12/15/20! I still haven’t received Computer! Now waiting on Refund! Place is a Joke!

This place is a scam.... do not buy from them...i ordered a computer in December, its is now 2.5.2021 still no computer. Cant leave a message, voicemail is full, will not return text messages. When they do reply all you get is excuses. Probably will never see the computer or a refund...SAD

This business is closed the building is empty no one is there they do not respond to phone calls or emails. They have folded and are no where to be found. The have no forwarding contacts...

One of the more frustrating and awful experiences of our life, not only from a product standpoint but also from a customer service standpoint. From months to get our original order (beware the endless excuses!), to finally receiving an incomplete order that included a computer missing parts and an inadequate battery, to another month and a half of excuses on the battery replacement. We finally submitted to Better Business Bureau (with which Kinetic Computers has an F rating with 3 complaints in the last 12 months). There has been no response from Kevin or the Kinetic Computers staff at this point and we are stuck with a computer that doesnt work. STAY AWAY.It should be noted this businesss original location was 4043 Beaver Ave.
