My experience with Floors Direct was exceptional. Scott could not have been nicer and Terry who measured for my carpeting was great. The carpet layers Nole and Scott were courteous and professional. They worked so hard for so long... I was impressed. They worked all day and into the evening to finish. You dont see that often, usually when 5 oclock rolls around the workers are gone. All in all I would say they have a fantastic crew there and I would highly recommend them to do your flooring work.

Hello I was a return customer and worked with Scott the first time and everything was great. Long story short our dishwasher leaked and we had to get new flooring in our kitchen. From there we decided to go into our living room. I called and got a quote for 20 boxes of adura maxx scratch proof, water proof flooring. I spent about roughly $2100 on flooring $4.20 a sq ft. The company working on my house noticed the new flooring didn’t have the texture like our old flooring did, it was more smooth it didn’t look bad and I told them it was fine because you couldn’t tell not unless you were right on top of the two floors. The floors were installed Monday and here I am Wednesday 5/26/2021 with two scratches on my floors. One I am thinking is from my daughters little plastic Barbie house that doesn’t even weigh that much. I called on 5/26/2021 and spoke with Scott and told him what was going on he said he would call me back later and I did get a call but it was from Terry. Telling me there wasn’t anything they could do because it was already installed. I am positive this isn’t the right floor but they just keep saying it is. I am so mad that I told the company that was working on our house to go back to here because we had such a great experience the first time. I am in tears to see that we spent so much money on floors for it to be cheap and getting scratches already. I have pictures of the scratches that won’t rub out and they aren’t even that deep scratch. I feel like they were just trying to get a quick sale and now we are stuck with cheap flooring that I over paid on.

We first purchased hardwood flooring and carpet from Scott in 2014. We were so happy with the whole process and customer service that when we moved into our new home and needed to expand the existing hardwood into our living room, we decided to use Floors Direct again.Scott was able to order a product that I dont think they usually carry in the store and he was able to get us a great price.The gentleman who installed our hardwood, Zach, did an amazing job by lacing in the current flooring with the new. You cant even tell where he started and stopped.Floors Direct has always taken care of our flooring needs and I cannot say enough good things about them and Scott.We will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family and friends.

Got a sample, salesman (store manager) contacted the LVP distributor. Quoted me a price of $2.77 went in to order he wasnt there, didnt write a cotton picking thing down. Then quoted 3.47 wow! You lost a customer! Bait and Switch!! Beware

I am a return customer and very pleased with the whole experience. Scott was very helpful and made the whole process easy. The installer was very professional and did a great job removing the tile in my foyer and installing the new luxury vinyl. All my floors look great and I would definitely recommend Floors Direct.

Scott was AWESOME! Extremely helpful. I bought a piece of teal carpet and had it bound to use as a rug in my dining room. It looks great. I had a large enough scrap left that I am going to take it back and have it made into a rug for in front of our chairs. After looking forever to find rugs and not liking anything I found I am convinced this is the way to go. (p.s.) the binding was a perfect match.

Salesman was great the 1st visit then did not return my call when requesting an updated quote. So I went to their competitor almost next door to them & was treated great.

Hired Floors Direct to install to remove existing ceramic tile and install LVT in my kitchen and eating space. Quality of new floor laid is good with the exception of the installer did not have the proper transition piece.Owner Chris personally took time to come over to my house and meet with me and look over the job, and to make sure that it was completed satisfactory. Love the new look vs. the old ceramic tile. Salesman Zack was very helpful in picking out the product.Also had new carpet laid in our front room. Zack sold us the premium pet proof padding and the high quality stain resistant carpet. Absolutely love it.Would highly recommend Floors Direct as they are a locally owned business and not some national corporate store.
