Listen, this place isnt an outlet mall. Dont be fooled. Its regular shops that are selling last years stuff at a marked up then discounted price. Sometimes at not even a discounted price. If you looking for a specific item then by all means shop there but dont think youre going to get some spectacular deals. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It has a wide variety of name brand stores with great deals most of the time. Fun to walk around and window shop too.

An excellent place to buy footwear and Merch at the Timberland Factory Outlet!

Not many stores that interested my family but good for middle aged women. I think the outlets are having a hard time staying afloat and its starting to show.Somehow it always feels 10 degrees warmer here and they must not restock the soda machines because multiple times weve gone to all of the vending machines and they never have water. So weird.

Dont know if its all because of post pandemic. But there is absolutely no selection anywhere. Its all the same with just different labels. Were being duped... Shopping in Europe is much more different, Not all is made in the far east..

Clinton outlet has a good selection of name brand stores.

Great store selection but the layout is a little weird. The sports stores are off in their own little section to the left which you cant see well because they are blocked by trees from the main parking lot. A few places for food/drinks/ice creams mixed in also.

Great place to shop with better deals. We visit everytime Nike and adidas store usually has waiting. other than it is good to shop at one place.

Some stores were closing early due to low staffing and made us feel rushed while shopping…but there were employees there. Kind of frustrating. Had to go back the following day to get specific items. Nice stores though, and many offer military discounts.

The shops within the outlets themselves are great and very clean but once you use the bathrooms not located inside stores they’re disgusting. For how nice the courtyard between the stores are you would expect to have clean bathrooms that aren’t broken and don’t smell but the bathroom near where the UGG store used to be located was disgusting with garbage on the floors, only one open and working stall, and the entire room smelt disgusting.

Much better than Westbrook. I always come here when in visiting. Just wish they could move all the shops that I like, together. Some stores prices do not reflect the outlet designation. Busy for a Saturday, but thatbis to be expected.

Tax free week is always chaos here. Some very good deals. Some not very good deals. Bring a mask (we visited during COVID restrictions) a few stores had lines to get in. A few had very long checkout lines. Parking was not as bad as I expected.

Nice place! Great shops and great food but their bathrooms need serious revamping. They are dirty and the toliets dont flush correctly!

Our go to place to buy sneakers and shoes, especially for our kids. They have outlet stores like Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, etc. It is about 20 minutes away from the city of New Haven.

Shops were good but bees everywhere. Could not eat or walk around with out bees following everywhere.

Clinton Premium is a really nice outlet.... youll always find what you need at a really good price just as you should when shopping outlets!

Great place for shopping with a extensive verity of shops, outlets and boutiques. Easy to get around and shop. Excellent prices in all the stores. Food trucks throughout to satisfy any food craving you might want.

Was a decent selection thru the store but there so many bees every where so didnt stay long

One stop school shopping its about a 40 min ride from me but i love shopping their it feels like youre at some type of carnival with all the food thats available as youre shopping plus a wide variety of cloths and shoes basically an outdoor mall sometimes better in my opinion

A great mall to bring family to ,kid friendly car carts, I have a super explorer kiddo who never sits in her stroller and always wants to run and touch things but this car cart was win win ,she was in it for 2 whole hours and wasn’t uncomfortable, and for the place it has everything, good stuff ,good food and great ice cream place, and there was this event going on the day I went which had an amazing vibe great music and food..

Waited probably 40 minutes to get inside of the Nike store, but it was well worth it! Crocs also had a pretty long line. Theyre set to build more right across from the outlet entrance. So, I look forward to seeing what that adds to the overall experience.

Premium Outlets are the best one-stop shopping for apparel and goods. I recently went to the Clinton Premium Outlets, but this company has many Outlets, several in many states. The corridors/ walkways were very clean and well kept. Restrooms were even immaculate. This holiday season I was able to get all my gifting needs met without having to go to multiple malls and shopping centers. This place is awesome if you like high fashion, but want to save money too. I highly recommend the Premium Outlets!!!

I purchased a couple of wanted items, then took my leave. My experience was flawless.

Really greatboutlet but not as many stores as youll find at Wrentham premium outlets. We hit a few stores for some back to school shopping including Crocs....great day out!

I havent been here in over 10 years but when I came back a few days ago I was amazed. There are a lot more shops to go in the food trucks are excellent. Cant wait to return

I was shopping with my son and was having cramps. I looked for a bathroom and went down the hallway where I was stopped abruptly by a man in front of the womans bathroom entrance. I walked past him and he said Were closing the bathroom so hurry up.I walked right in noticed the bathrooms were disgusting! I hadnt seen a public restroom so bad in a while. As I tried to find a clean enough stall I heard the same man telling other women in a hurried rood tone Hurry up.As I was leaving the stall to wash my hands another man kept poking in to see who was left .I understand those restrooms HAD to be cleaned A.S.A.P but they were so very rood. And seriously, how do you let it get that bad knowing it would packed this weekend. Stimulus plus warmest weather-come on!

Great stores but the restrooms were limited for the size of the property.

I love this outlet mall. Most stores are true outlets while others are basically just like the stores you can find in any mall. There are usually great deals to be had, but it depends on the store and the weekend. I love that they have food trucks (weather dependent) in lieu of a food court. There are a lot of great stores here so be sure to check it out if youre in the area. Be aware that weekends can get pretty busy at this mall but theres always plenty of parking.

Have been there a couple of times and I am very fond of this place. fav outlet is fossil. come on, where can you find shades in $15-20 or watches in $40. same shades and watch I have seen in NYC worth $80-90... and prices in other outlets too are so attractive... been to 3-4 premium outlets but I found this place quite good...tommy and CK has good collection too... only shortcoming was lack of food joints...

Overall, these outlets are a pleasant place to shop. Sadly, by comparison, the Westbrook Outlets down the road, which once had a fantastic selection of stores, and that was once bustling with activity, is now a ghost town, with at least half of their stores now vacant. This seems to place Clinton Crossing, in a better position, over its competition, as there are a few stores at Westbrook, that you will also find at Clinton, such as Carters, Hanes, and Bath & Body Works. That said, the Wrentham Outlets in MA are owned by the same company as the Clinton Outlets, and although both shopping centers share a very similar layout. Wrentham is a larger shopping center, with a greater selection of stores. Sometimes, I will hike out to Wrentham outlets, because I need something at one of the stores, that the Clinton Outlets doesn’t have. However, Clinton Crossing really is a great place, to get away for an afternoon of shopping, especially if Wrentham is a bit more of a drive for you.

Great outdoor space. Diverse stores to shop around. The staff is very friendly and the customers are nice. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there were not a lot of sales. If the stores want to keep people coming, there should be better dead.

Some good deals, but honestly the only store worth it here is the Yankee Candle Outlet...the others feel small, cramped and although well staffed just never seem to have anything I am looking for. If you like getting your steps in and eating from food trucks though definitely check it out. Its your call, but this trip reminded me why I dont shop here!

My favorite outlet. I get to shop till I drop, and eat until I can’t anymore. They have way more bang for your buck. I have been to the bigger outlets, this is my outlet of choice.

The place was quite aware of the situation no matter where you went there was always masks. Distancing. And a counted amount of people the entered in exit the buildings that you were going into. Every single store Was being safe. It was a nice experience . I went to sketchers. The line was to get in ... Went back there 10 minutes after and there was no line at all. Lol I guess patience is the key. Wonderful sales

There are many stores to choose from, it is very easy to walk around and find what you are looking for. I love that they respect the veterans with front row center parking spots. Love the kids strollers but sadly they only have a few food vendors if you need a bit to eat. There is no real food Court or café.
