Top notch service. Friendly staff and they have a good variety of items. I love supporting local so I go there any time I need the basic stuff.

The kid making my key was a know it all and argued that the key wouldnt work in my car without the fob. He was wrong, of course.

Hit or miss. Some items never get restocked and some of the employees appear to be there solely for a check. Customer service and a caring attitude go a long way. I’ll keep my business at Clinton Home Center.

Wonderful hardware store. Looks small on the outside but its loaded with everything you can think of. Went for stainless steel cleaner and came home with 3 different types! The staff knew exactly where everything was. It was a very pleasant shopping trip.

I called and ask for an item which they told me that they have it, after I drive to the place that I talked to on the phone, just to find out that they didnt have the item they said they had!

A few months ago I talked to the manager about the fact that no employees were wearing masks. He said that it was up to each employee and they did offer curbside pickup. Today, I overheard employees talking and they have 4 employees out with COVID! I didnt see a sign anywhere saying If you shopped here between these dates you may have been exposed... Nor were any employees wearing masks.This pandemic isnt over, it isnt a joke and I wont go back until way past when I have had my second vaccine. I also overheard employees saying no one should take the vaccine. Sheesh. Where is our responsibility to our fellow man and community?

There web page says they have things in stock and they say the same thing until you drive out there and then they say oh no that has to be ordered what a waste of time and gas will not do business with them again

Shop local...shop often. So much better than the orange box. Employees that meet you at the door to help. Dont have to chase them down.

The store might seem cramped to some, but they know where everything is and its very well organized. Dale has helped me tremendously both times Ive been in there. I appreciate their input when I dont know the fix myself.

So much packed into a small store! They have about everything you need. 4 stars is because staff could be more friendly and not so “hard” the young guys act like they don’t want to be there they don’t smile they are extremely serious like they are afraid to have a conversation with you. Could just be that I’m old school too.

My husband and I just moved to the area and we were looking for a close to home hardware store so we could start small renovations on our new home. We stumbled upon Ace of Clinton, we had no idea where we were going to start (neither of us are the very home improvement type) and a very nice manager named Drake immediately welcomed us at the door. He was extremely knowledgeable of everything we had questions of or needed help with, he showed us the ins and outs of the store and where everything was located and exactly the things we were needing to buy in order to start our projects. The rest of the staff was very kind and the store had a very family friendly feel to it. We will definitely be coming back to Ace to see Drake the next time we start a new project!The Davis family

Been here several times. Always clean, helpful people but last order was done incorrectly so had to give them a mediocre rating, a 3 at best. I certain that rating will go up.

I have visited this Ace Hardware on several occasions. It is well stocked and the staff has always met me at the door to immediately assist me in finding what I need. They have always been courteous and even excepted a return on an item when I did not expect them to. In this day and age when big chain associates will run from you when they think you may need some help, this old-fashioned, small-town service is awesome.

I had a great experience about 2 weeks ago when Matthew spent over an hour helping me. I came in due to having an issue with a Jeep key. Matthew did everything in his power to fix the problem at hand. He was very patient with me as I got confused many times through the process. He took the time to look up my previous sale in order to fix the problem and save me money. He was able to explain most of what happened to cause the previous issue of what made me have to return this time. He then went above and beyond to make it right. He rekeyed my Jeep, saved me money and made sure I had what I needed in order for me not to get stuck in the situation I had before. He is the nicest customer service representative I have ever come across! He made my experience easy, in which I am grateful for. I was worried I would walk into a mess.
