Purchased a pair of sunglasses from this specific store location, didnt wear them and decided to return as per the free no hassle returns up to 90 days policy. Today, an arrogant and pretentious gentleman assisted me in ensuring that I never return to this store. He claimed there were scratches all over the lenses despite them having never been worn and stored in a case the entire time. I called later, he hung up on me and acted as though I had inconvenienced him. I am not one to hold a grudge, or even write online reviews - especially not over something as trivial as sunglasses - but the degree of disrespect I encountered was inexcusable. I warn those seeking to deal with courteous and professional stores NOT to go to the Sunglass Hut in the Clinton Outlets.

This store is a scam. Purchased a pair of glasses, changed my mind, brought them back, and apparently there are scratches that are only visible to the staff. Not one scratch on the glasses. The woman claimed they will not sellable to them and they could give me 50% of their value. Are you insane?

One of the guy who seems to be the manager stereotypes his customers. He had the audacity to suggest that the discount glasses were on the other side. I piss away the equivalent of his salary by loosing my pocket change annually!
