They lied multiple times about their ability to service my mower within a reasonable timeframe. I finally went and picked it up. When you lose your word, you’ve lost everything.

Golden Valley warranties are a joke. Theyll weasel their way out of it any way they can. I had a new engine put on my mower with a 90 day parts and labor warranty and have had nothing but issues since then. Theyll say its covered til you go to pick it up then stick you with another bill. Will never go back here for anything.

Great service

I was directed here for warranty repair by the honda website after a newer lawnmower motor did not work. I was called a few days later and told that it would cost more to repair than it was worth and to take it back where I bought it. I cant do that, its over 30 days old. He then proceeded to tell me I owed him money for his time. The thing is he told me he pulled the spark plug off and put his thumb over and saw there was no compression. That was his words, and they want $50 for that?! I brought it to get repaired not ripped off.
