Employees would look in my windows if i was not to door quick enough. When complained was told they are trained to look in windows to see if customers are avoiding them. The bed we have was used when I got it and the frame is so flimsy. Do yourself a favor and go through Aarons.

This place hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They had a sofa love seat set on sale for a wonderful price. The manager was very upfront and honest about any damages the set had. (I wouldn’t have called them damages) It was perfect for my family and I. I purchased the set and they offered to store my furniture until I was able to move in. (Which was very considerate in my opinion) Needless to say the place we planned to get fell through. I went and explained the situation, let them know they could deliver it to my storage unit because our place fell through. I believe the woman’s name is Mary, she could tell I was hesitant about storing my furniture in my storage and offered to keep it for even longer. They’re the real deal! Honest, upfront very kind business people. They will bend over backwards for their customers. I would recommend this place a thousand times, and if I could get a cheaper piece of furniture somewhere else I would buy it from them at a higher price because they’re worth it.Very clean quiet store as well.

I have been renting furniture from them for about a year and a half now and I don’t like anything about the store! I do believe that, they are money hungry store because They set up a shop in a small town and when it wasn’t making business they up and move there shop out of our town. now They call me every week asking me for a payment when they know my payment date then they call me from their own personal cell phones asking me to make payments with my credit card over the phone to them, making payments through somebody else’s phone and not their business phone,is wrong to me. And to top it all off I had to returned The couch that I had gotten from them because it was broken and they refused to fix it! so I gave it back to them after paying almost thousand dollars in payments and in late fees. Trust me if I could , I would definitely give them back the refrigerator that I’m renting from them but seeing how I don’t have one and that’s all I owe them is for refrigerator, I’ve paid off everything else that I’ve rented from them, this place is trash ! I wish that I would’ve never started renting from them worst option ever! Would have been better off on a swap and shop!!That comment make me laugh because ur payment history could be forged considering you don’t give receipt after payment has been made, it should’ve been in the mail along time ago,!? but yet I have not got one,then you wanna go ahead and print out this big long page; who to say u didnt forge that. Leave me alone u get ur payments. this freedom of speech, and attacking me dose not make your business look good.I just wrote a review if you can’t live with the review then you shouldn’t have a business on google. that’s what Google is here for to let you know how business is doing and give your view , your own opinion. thank you and I appreciate it if you leave me alone. Your generosity fix my couch or what about the crack in my refrigerator that’s generosity.?! Just leave me alone please !
