Jackson family of Dealerships is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. The mechanic is very thourough and they explain everything to you about your vehicle. They have a lot of very nice vehicles for sale. They are very nice folks.
I was very pleased with Brent and his manager. They went all out to be sure I got the truck I neededand the trade was done quickly and easily. I will come back when I need to trade again.
Service center charged me for an oil change I didnt request, charged for a software update to fix a check engine light.They did fix the original issue of the power door no longer working on our van.Was offered another free oil change to compensate, but I will not be returning. My advice, stay away from Dodge and this dealership.

I had been having issues with my 2014 jeep JK, I couldnt figure it out, they werent sure. But they dug deeper and found the problem was electrical. The problem was fixed and Im a happy camper.

My wife and 4 kids went to see family in Montezuma. Unfortunately our 2014 Chrysler town and country was having transmission trouble. She took it to the Jackson Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and was told it was a complete failure and needed replaced, even though my wife drove the van to Jackson Dodge, Chrysler Jeep. (Complete failure is when the transmission is seized) We paid the $100+ bill to be told it was a failure which the other shop showed a different story than she was told at Jackson Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. Paid a fraction of the price and am back and going. Take caution of the service department.
