She is nice but they barely have any selections to choose from.

I just went into sipp vapes for the first time and just needed to get a coil. I walked in and the door went off and no one was up front, so I waiting for a minute before I called out hello. No one answered so I waited another minute and did it again. Two more minutes passed and still no one came out. I thought maybe they didn’t hear me so I knocked on the counter and another minute when by without anyone coming out. I’m a very patient person and I like to give places a chance, but waiting 6 minutes after attempting to get someone attention is not professional and I won’t be back.

For the past two Sunday’s I have tried to come by and purchase a few things. The website and the door both say they open at 1. Both times no one has been at the store. I don’t know if the hours have changed or not.

Store sign says its open, but no one is there and door is locked... very unprofessional... Im not from around here I am a truck driver... would have spent alot... needed coils, a new tip, and several bottles of juice... Ill never come back... big disappointment

Showed up at 10am when it said they opened. No one there. Waited around for 15 minutes. Still no one showed up to open shop. Obviously this place is not very professional. I understand its a small business and things come up but if youre not going to be open according to your business hours at least put a note up on the door or something.

Im only giving this 3 instead of 2 because I realize its Clinton and they are the only vape shop in town. Selection is VERY small and it is a bit pricey. Polite employees.

Barely anything in the store. Went in to get some coils that they didn’t have, and have apparently never heard of even though literally every single shop in our area stocks, and barely anything in salt nic. How’re you gonna sell pod systems and only have 4-5 flavors?Also somehow had my info even though I’ve never shopped with them before.

Walked in on Monday, no selection in the store. The last days their trucks run on fridays. I’m not sure how she didn’t realize they were losing money by ordering only enough to last two days. This business won’t be here long.

Awesome experience. There was an older lady there when I went.She had awesome customer service....cheap affordable prices too....I usually go to Magnolia Vapes on 51 and get my items. The coils and juices I buy there are way more expensive than when I get them here at Sipps. They also have a sample table.....I was able to sit there and try the juices before I bought it. It was really nice.....imma start coming here!!

Great staff..willing to help, a fellow vaporist in time of need..CLOSE AT 7PM NOT 8 PM..LIMITED STOCK AS WELL AS OVERPRICED ON SOME ITEMS..The Cute GIRL working the store REALLY HELPED ME in desperate times..the shop my not be the best but its better then the surrounding shops..place is great for a quick single item buy / pick up..Thank you..again..

They have limited inventory, ridiculously over priced above standard market value, and not the best customer service. I just went for my first and last time.

Very limited selection, unorganized and stupid expensive for no name juice and brand name. Friendly service though. Really need to step it up. So far the best Ive found in the Clinton/Jackson area is Cool vapes in flowood.

They have the best vape juices at great prices + they have CBD oil!!!

Not very knowledgeable. Just wasted 10 dollars on 2 coils that are the wrong ones for my vape, and they wont even exchange the unopened one. I will not use them again.
