Great customer service!!! The employees AT THIS LOCATION are patient, informative and professional. The best Metro PCS I have been to. There are two within 2 miles of my house, but I prefer to drive the extra 15 minutes to come here. Same company but different experience and customer service at other locations I have visited.

There is one staffer that will keep me coming back to the Clinton location. She will take care of you.

When I first went to this store the young lady was rude and down right nasty like she nothing but pure hate for me...I dont no what her problem was👿👿👿so when it came time when I needed another phone I did not want to set foot in this store😖😖😖😖😖.but not only was this gentleman handsome but he was a breathe of fresh air..😁😁😁😁he was patience,kind and understanding and now that I have found happiness here I will never stray..Ramsey...was his name..he took his time with me and I had my 2 and 3 year old he was very patient with them too...and after working all day he made me feel at home..I dont no how they do it but they got it Right..when they hired him..sometimes a kind heart can go along way😁😁😁😅

Mr. Allan served me today. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He explained to me the phone he suggested I should get, and why that phone over another. Mr. Allan was very patient. I am highly, highly satisfied with his excellent service!Thank You Mr. Allan!

I when into Metro PCS in Clinton Maryland Woodyard Rd today; for a upgrade Carla work with me and she is the best she when above and beyond; I say this because most reps would say I did all I could do but she was not one of them she is a great person; Im glad that Metro PCS have rep like Carla; she is definitely a jewel to the company. Im very happy now. Thanks to Carla 🤗

Tim was very helpful at first when I called the store to help me figure out my pin number up until he realized that I was at another location taking advantage of the deal thats going on at this moment! He even had the audacity to hang up on me!!! Very rude young man!!

Iwas very pimpressed with the way Ms. Carlita at the Clinton, Maryland storehandled her customers, including me. Working solo, shemade sure to acknowledge everyone who entered. Along line formed, but she served each of us quickly. She seemed to have vast knowledhe of of the various plans and phones. Most impressivly, she answered everones questions while 0taking payments and selling. I was amazed at her efenciency and patience.. From now on I will only go to thatWoodyard Rd store . I like the way i was treated there.

Went into the store trying to get my wifes cell working or replaced and was told that we need to go to waldorf to a corporate store witch was a waste of time and gas. At Which time I was told no you need to go to Lennert town. No time to do that so we stoped back by the clinton store to meet the most useless person you probably have working at this place by herself with not a customers in sight and she was still worthless. Do you have anyone that can do anything. I would happy meet a owner or manager for Results not the Run around We have had.

Listen....Nicole is the best employee of metro pcs period!!!!!!! I took the day off bc i forgot password. I went to corporate store in dc.They could not help me but Nicole in your Clinton store save my number bc im a business man and got into my phone!!!! All i wanted was a new phone. She helped me with that too. I will come here just bc she saved my life!!!!
