I was referred to this shop about two years ago and I’m so glad I got the referral. Gardner and his wife run a very friendly yet professional service shop as well as bike sales. They have repaired my bikes flawlessly and I picked up a nice BMC from there as well. I will continue to support this quality business.

I have gone to other bike shops, but none come close to the quality of service that you will get from Gardner and his wife. If your bike needs fixing or just a standard tuning, I would highly recommend you make an appointment at this shop.

I wandered into the bike shop out of curiosity to try an ebike. As a post-op hip replacement patient, I was itching to get back into biking again. In an instant Rachel assessed my limitations and she and Gardner then went about taking a personal interest in making sure I selected the right bike, right fit, and right ride for me. They did not try to sell me a bike but guided me through every step of my ebike journey. I had my ebike shipped directly to the bike shop where they built, adjusted and ensured I had what I needed for a safe, enjoyable, even therapeutic biking experience. The little bike shop by the river is as charming as it is smart. Make a day of it - and have lunch in the quaint village of Clinton. Bravo!

Came in with a flat rear tire on my mountain bike and was serviced immediately.

We have been shopping small this season so when I needed a bike helmet for a 4-year-old, I went to Clinton Bike Shop. I didnt realize that during this pandemic, they were closing a little earlier. When I arrived, Gardner had just locked up. He asked what I was looking for and without hesitation, opened back up so I could purchase the helmet. When I told him it was for our churchs Christmas giving tree and asked if the recipient could exchange it if it was the wrong size even if I blacked out the price on the receipt, he said that would not be a problem. Wonderful, customer-oriented people. Weve shipped there in the past and will most definitely so there again in the future! Merry Christmas! 🎄

Gardner and Rachel are the best! I had driven about 1 hour from our home to ride the first time on the Columbia Trail. When I got on the bike my rear cassette failed. I went to the Clinton Bicycle Shop and they helped me out immediately even though they were busy. Gardner was nice enough to tell me that he would try to repair the broken parts rather than selling us new ones, in order to save us some bucks. I was desperate to ride, but he did not take advantage of that fact. This kind of service was outstanding! I highly recommend this shop. If you have any bike needs in this area use this shop, they definitely are a 5 STAR rating repair shop!!!!

Gardner and his crew were amazing. Even while on vacation he communicated with me regarding my the status of my bike build. He gives great advice and makes you feel very welcomed. I would strongly suggest checking with them next time you have any bicycle needs.
