I have not slept this good in years. Wonderful atmosphere sales staff not pushy, but very knowledgeable. The store is very clean, they even have a computer that you can used to determine what type of bed is best for you. They have thin cloth to put over anything you sit on, I just wish every place was as careful as this place. Ms. Lucy was the first person I met and she was nice and easy going, but I noticed ever time I asked a question about a product she would stand walk over to the product and give me an abundance of information. She really took her time and explained every question I asked. Then there is Mr. Ray he was wonderful, he was not pushy but he did have me think outside of the box. He gave me information and I based my decision on information that he gave. Thanks to the both of them I sleep so much better at night. I am a miser, and dont like paying a lot for anything. So in my eyes anything over 500.00 dollars is pricy, but even I have to admit my mattress is well worth the price I paid for it. I would rather pay what I did for that mattress than loading up on Motrin and melatonin at night. Lamar was knowledgeable and helpful during my mattress buying experience. Havent purchased a mattress in years. He took time to explain the different types of mattresses, and what made them different, even if I needed the explanation more than once. He was pleasant and polite and made buying experience painless.

I came in here to just look at the beds. I had my mind set on something no more than $600 and it had to be a pillow top. Well I came in and met Lamar, the store manager, and he asked what I was looking for. I told him and then he set me up on their bed match machine. He showed me various beds in and out of my desired price range. Needless to say I settled on the more expensive tempurpedic with an adjustable base. This bed is truly the best and I’ve had the best sleep since I got it about a week ago. Delivery came quickly as well since I ordered on a Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Also when it was delivered it was too high and I called Lamar and he and his stock guy, Anthony, came out and adjusted it for me. They did it free of charge and they didn’t have to since it was my fault the bed was too high but I really appreciated it. This type of customer service is lacking today and they took great care of this customer. My mom has bought beds from here and we will keep coming back. They have top notch customer service and they don’t try to sell to you just to get a sale.

This team was one of the best. So initially i visited the district heights location in search of a Serta Brand Mattress. I was greeted by Ms. Vee who was very friendly. I told her i wasn’t sure of the type of feeling i was looking for in my mattress as i hasn’t purchased a mattress in years. She made me aware that it would be my best bet to take the test but her machine was temporarily down. She said if i had time to ride to Clinton which wasn’t too far, i could take the test to ensure i was happy with my mattress choice. I was told to ask for Ms. Lucy at the Clinton location. When i arrived, Ms. Lucy greeted me! Lol i told her my dilemma and she proceeded to help me through the test! Ms. Lucy was SO knowledgeable about everything really haha but most importantly about mattresses! She explained to me everything I’d be getting in each mattress and let me decide with no force. It was like talking to someone you knew and trusted. She answered all my questions and i believe i left with the best option for me! I really appreciate the customer service and would refer everyone i know to visit.
